Never came with the on/off valve that it clearly shows in the photo and in the description. Super frustrating as this is the sole reason we ordered this!

Lightweight hose is easy to move and store. Does not kink when winding or unwinding. To lengthen life of hose, turn off water and release water pressure when not in use.

5 Months after getting hose, it is now leaking a lot. The 5 year warranty is a joke. No way to even contact the manufacturer. Won't be buying this expensive hose again.

I love this hose, it is so light and flexible and doesn't kink, it makes watering a breeze for me. Because it is so light, it is very easy for me to roll it up again on the hose reel.

Next door neighbour bought a Bionic Steel garden hose and recommended it. I needed a new hose and bought one. It is best hose I've ever owned. It is strong, light and doesn't kink. It is very easy to roll up.

I like these metal hoses and the 100’ length is very nice to have. The nozzle that comes with the hose is adequate but the stream setting is average. I am done with hoses that kink and these do not.

This is literally the best water hose I have ever owned. It doesn’t kink, it’s lightweight, it doesn’t get hot when left out in the sun, and the free nozzle works better than any other I’ve used. I highly recommend this!

Great all purpose hose! It is lightweight but tough and easy to handle. I like the beefed up connection sites on each end which make on/off connections so much easier.

Best hose I have ever used. It is lightweight, but still good quality. It does not kink and is easy to roll up. This is the only hose I will ever recommended to anyone!

LOVE this hose. Does not kink or get tangled up at all. I water my plants and just pull it back towards the house when I am done. The next time I go to pull it out, it is just nice and smooth.
