Bought a set of lunch boxes back in Feb 2022 and over time, it was difficult to shut the lids closed. I contacted customer service and Angelou responded quickly. Within 4 days, I received the replacements. Would recommend. Love our Bentgo lunch boxes and other products we have purchased!

You can fit a lot of food in here, I really like the separate compartments, and mainly IT DOESN’T LEAK! Which is amazing. We also love not having to deal with missing food storage container lids, very convenient. I would love to be able to buy multiple ice packs to freeze so that they’re ready to go each morning. Very happy with this.

We got this for my child and it’s been great! Having a bento that also has the freezer pack is like genius! The cornets are great sizes we haven’t had any spilling issues. We have had some warping over time that made it difficult to close but are going to try a replacement!

We purchased this in August for our children and it has handled well under heavy use. We use this every day with our kids. It has suitable compartments for veggies, fruits, a snack and a larger portioned compartment for a main course. We use these for lunches and they’ve held up quite well!

I bought this product almost a year ago and use it on a regular basis for my 2 year old. it is super durable as it is not breaking and if you are a parent to a toddler you know how rough they can be with items, it is also super easy for him to use as he was able to learn how to open it and close it by himself. The ice packs are also a godsend as it is reaching 105 degrees in Texas, and I am able to keep my child's food cool for longer as the daycare doesn't provide a fridge for the children. I love the way it has different compartments and it allows me to pack a more diverse lunch, it also helps me portion out the items and provide a good variety of food.

We have been a Bentgo family for years, and were excited to upgrade to the chill boxes once my daughter started school. The ice pack keeps my daughters lunch cold from the start of our day, through lunch, and is still cold when we return home! I can't recommend this product enough!

I always wanted to have a lunchbox (bento style) that will keep my kid’s food (like hummus, cheese, avocado, etc) cold and fresh for hours till they eat at lunch, this is definitely the best one you can find that will do that! The portions inside are good, easy to open and the size is perfect for their lunch boxes! Will highly recommend!!!

I bought this four months ago, have been cleaning per instructions. Product warped and won’t close now, though I am told I am getting a replacement. Also, the two large bento boxes in the lunchbox are a tad small, can be a tight squeeze to get half a sandwich or an applesauce/yogurt pouch to fit.

I bought this lunchbox for my daughter for school and have LOVED every second of using it! It's so easy to make lunch for her and the different compartments help me to give her a variety of foods without having to use a bunch of plastic bags. I love the size of the lunchbox, too. My daughter can get overwhelmed by too much food in front of her at one time, so the different sections really help her to not get so overwhelmed and eat a good amount of whatever she likes that day. The ice pack is easy to store in the freezer (it doesn't take up much space) and works for hours! Highly recommend!

We have use bentgo lunch box for a few years. We recently switch to the bentgo chill and I am not satisfy with the quality of the product. The closing bottom stop working on one of them and it can not be use anymore. I think the idea is great but it needs some changes in design. Also, it can not open completely and it is harder to wash. I will recommend bentgo products but not the chill lunch box.
