[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ZzzQuil Nighttime Sleep-Aid was an interesting product that I was eager to try. It definitely accomplished its first promise. It helped me sleep. However, I, unfortunately felt groggy the following day. I prefer good unmedicated sleep.

I've used it and only took one (it comes with two) but it knocks me out too deeply and I feel like a zombie the following morning. I could just have a sensitive system as my friends and relatives don't experience this.

Which normally i have a hard time falling asleep and i wake up multiple times. So in that respect, it worked to get me to sleep but i didn't stay asleep. I may be weird though.

When I gave this to my dad, he had a hard time in the morning, he was groggy. I say take it, but be careful. It does make you sleep soundly, but you feel well rested,

This is useless unless you have an allergy to the inactive ingredients in the generic, which is a whole lot cheaper. Zzzquil is only a Nighttime sleep aid because it's an antihistamine, they're marketing this product on a side effect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't take sleeping pills very often, I usually need them for long flights, and I took these on a 9 hour flight and it didn't help me sleep at all, I had a harder time trying to sleep than if I would've taken the regular pills.

I feel a bit sleepy after I took it...but I wasn't sure if it was because of the pill or just the long day. I think I would like to try it again to see if it makes sense to use this. Not sure If I would need to use it on a regular basis.
