I don't have trouble falling asleep but I have a problem staying asleep. This product is awesome. I only take 1 gel tab and it helps me go right back to sleep, even if I wake up. And the next day I don't feel tired or foggy. Just make sure you have 7-8 hours to sleep.

Not worth purchasing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Took the zzzquil sample I was sent the night I received. The nighttime sleep aid didn't do anything for me. The only good thing about this is no side effects. Will I purchase in the future no I will not. Not a effective product for me whatsoever. Thankful for the free sample but wouldn't buy zzzquil at all.
