Could sleep all day and night in my 20s. Not so much in my 30s though. After my son, i suffered bouts of insomnia. This helps for those nights I feel like I wont be getting any shut eye.

I have to admit, I used to occasionally use NyQuil to get to sleep, even when I wasn't sick. So, when they came out with ZzQuil, I bought it and used it quite frequently. With the introduction of these capsules, they made taking it even easier. These have been a lifesaver when I travel.

Works great, I now get a full night's sleep and wake up feeling refreshed. Used melatonin for years always waking up at 3am and then filling sleepy all day.

So glad they came out with these Vicks ZzzQuil sleep aid because they don't have any unnecessary medications in them that you would have to worry about, as well as non-habit forming. And wake up without any problems.

i have a bad hip that is going to be replaced. because of the bad hip, i have level 20 pain in my lower leg. my surgeon wanted me off off oxycodone. at night when that level 20 pain hit, i took 2 zzzquil and it put me to sleep. the pain would interrupt my sleep, but not bad. i fell right back to sleep. if i stayed on oxycodone, i wouldnt have good pain control after surgery. and this zzzquil really helped me stay off of oxycodone and have good pain control after surgery. you need rest because you need to get off narcotics for surgery, or just cant rest these pills really help!!!

the packaging is extremely difficult to open for each dosage. the capsules are enclosed in a clear plastic package with a foil backing needing to be pulled back, making it impossible to open.
