It didn’t make me fall asleep for 2 hours so I don’t think it worked. I’d like to try again but like I said I just had the one dose and I wouldn’t buy a product unless I know it worked.

Just make sure you get enough sleep or you feel groggy in the morning. Overall it works for me. I definitely recommend it. Free for my honest opinion.

I don't take a lot of medicine but sometimes you have to get some rest. It doesn't leave you groggy or feeling run down once you get up. You are up and on your way. That was nice. I do plan on getting some for in case of needed rest.

The quality of sleep was great but dreamless. I woke up feeling refreshed. I do not normally need a sleep aid so I won't be purchasing this product but I recommend it for someone who has problems falling asleep.
