Used this coleslaw mix for a coleslaw to a company fish tacos. Great crunchy mix.

Part of cabbage stalk was sliced thinly and included in slaw. These pieces of cabbage was bitter.

Most chopped pieces and variety nice, some pieces large and needed slicing.
