Usually I shred my own cabbage and carrots in the food processor. Sometimes I get lazy and this is a good substitute. I add a jar of Marzetti slaw dressing to a package and refrigerate overnight then enjoy.

Bought a bag this week. The cabbage is bitter and too much core parts and big pieces inside. I have to throw it away. What a waste. I hope it's just a bad batch.

For the last couple years, until Spring 2025, coleslaw was a staple in my home. We used it for salads because it had a long shelf life in the fridge. Then something changed, it wasn't available for quite some time. Then it reappeared and we were EXCITED...until the first bag spoiled within in days of opening. The next 2 bags were spoiled before opening. At this point it is a waste of time and money.

Coleslaw mi was bland and wilted, tasted old.

This cabbage was covered in mold; I had to throw it away.
