The blue inside of the cooking area is a nice upgrade and easier to keep clean and free of stains. I do feel the buttons are a bit hard to push and not as responding as I would like them to be. The app is nice touch, it notifies me on my phone when the food is ready. The microwave door opens fully and has a large opening for cooking larger items. The sensor cook is a nice touch and helps keep from over cooking the food, especially for the kids in our home. I love being able to utilize Alexia to turn on ventilation and lighting on the microwave. That is a super cool feature if I am coming into a dark kitchen late at night. Other than that it is a great fixture for my kitchen. It was needed and used on a daily basis. Essential item for my household!

I have had this microwave for less than year. It has quit working three times. I'm going on 3 weeks this time without a working microwave because of an SE error. The part has not been shipped from Samsung. Samsung warranty service is horrific. There is zero communications. I took a day off of work for an appointment. No one showed up, so I called and they had made a different appointment. This happened twice. I bought two Samsung stoves and refrigerators 18 months ago and. I wish I could return them. Don't buy SAMSUNG appliances. I own rental properties and never have an issue with parts and repairs on other major brands, such as Whirlpool and GE.

I did not know it was going to be this huge upgrade.It take up more space then my previous microwave I nerve see a large microwave like this . I love being able to utilize Alexia to turn on ventilation and lighting on the microwave. Including multiple cooking presets for different types of food, allowing you to easily prepare meals with just the touch of a button. You cannot see any fingerprints. The microwave heats food quickly and evenly, ensuring that your meals are cooked to perfection every time. I do like the SmartThings app as I have all my Samsung appliances on it and can easily monitor them and operate them. It updates the time and features with ease. You will nerve say microwave the same way again. My whole kitchen is Samsung I just need the oven now.

I am still learning all the settings as it can be connected to your phone and also our Samsung fridge. It has a Smart Things app that I have not downloaded because my Husband did and wasn’t too happy with it. It gives you a notification when your food is ready and you turn the vent light off and on. I really don’t think this is needed at all. This is a very nice microwave and it looks cool but it’s kinda hard to see in as the window is dark. Overall, this is a great microwave, I just won’t use any of the features on the app.

It is easy to use, and the buttons are prominent enough to find without issue. The microwave is also able to be linked to your Alexa and Smart Things accounts for remote access. Only downside is that it is prone to fingerprints.

The sleek matte black steel finish and hidden handle are a massive upgrade in looks and functionality (no more broken handles!). But the beauty goes beyond skin deep. SmartThings integration is a game-changer for our family. Phone notifications for finished food mean no more wondering if my popcorn is on fire! Plus, when paired with a Samsung range, the vent and light will automatically turn on -- how convenient is that!? The large capacity easily handles large dishes, and the sensor cooking worked well for reheating leftovers. However, the buttons aren't illuminated at night, making late-night reheating a fumble in the dark. Ideally, Samsung would allow light control through voice assistants (I couldn't seem to get it working through Google Home or Alexa). Overall, this microwave is stylish, functional, and packed with smart features. While the lack of illuminated buttons is a bummer, the convenience of SmartThings and the spacious interior make it a strong product, that I am very happy with!

Great Samsung Microwave looks modern with the glass front. Works great with other smart things in the kitchen. Easy to us, popcorn comes out perfectly as well defrosting items.
