This is a nice chair. Especially for a chair that would go in a conference room. I would give it a 6 to 8 hour rating. If you have a larger frame, then I would say this chair is not really made for more than 6 hours.

Very comfortable, especially lower back support. Even at the lowest setting, it sits high. I am tall (6'1"), so sitting this high is not a problem, but if you are shorter, your feet may be off the ground.

Several of the men in our office have this chair and they all love it! Can't say how long it will hold up, I have noticed the arm pads are getting flat and one chair leans quite a bit (user issue?)

Working from home requires a comfortable chair, my old one was horrible. This chair is soft and comfortable with good back support. My only complaint is I'm tall and the back could be a little higher or have an adjustable headrest.

This chair is as comfortable as it looks. However, it is heavy and not simple to assemble. I had to have someone to unpack and assemble the chair and it was not the merchant's customer service. Am enjoying it so far.

Chair is solid, easy to assemble, and feels great on my back. Height adjustment works great for me @ 6-1. A great value compared to $1000 alternatives.

I bought a second chairs, for my husband, because I was happy with mine. His is defective. I have been waiting a week for an email to help me exchange it for another.

Super comfortable and sturdy. I have health problems that require for me to have a very comfortable chair. This is by far the best chair that has allowed me to be sitting for a long period of time with no pain at all.

Comfortable, it does make a sound when you haircut in the chair. But most office chairs do. It I way more comfortable than my office chair work provided. Love the full back support and head rest.

Bought this for my 90 lb son who rarely used the seat lever. After about 14 months, the lever broke. It is held onto the chair by a plastic ring which broke. Customer service said part needed was out of stock. The part was nearly a 1/3 of the cost of the chair. Don't waste your money.
