I bought this chair for my husband that is 6'4” and he's very happy. Great lumbar support and very comfortable. The pivot armrests are very convenient for small spaces.

Worth the price, delivered liked promised. My husband put it together no issues. I work remotely for 8 hours no back pain at the end of the day, it is perfect.

Very cushiony and super comfortable. Just wish it would adjust to lower height, it only goes so far. If you have short legs like me, your legs will still dangle at the lowest height adjustment. But other than that, it's really comfortable.

I bought a second chairs, for my husband, because I was happy with mine. His is defective. I have been waiting a week for an email to help me exchange it for another.

This is my second Wellness by Design chair. I love this one more than the last one. I sit at a desk all day and this chair helps. It conforms to your body and supports you. I would highly recommend it.

It was not clear until assembly that the upright/back and arms do not tilt independent from the seat base. If you want to recline, your feet have to get and remain higher than the floor and your armrests are then out of position with your desk. Not to mention that your knees are pushed up into the desk. You cannot lock the chair into a reclined position either.
