Extremely comfortable chair. Instructions were easy to follow to put the chair together. One of the levers below the seat was cracked and broken but the company immediately sent a replacement.

I bought a second chairs, for my husband, because I was happy with mine. His is defective. I have been waiting a week for an email to help me exchange it for another.

This chair is as comfortable as it looks. However, it is heavy and not simple to assemble. I had to have someone to unpack and assemble the chair and it was not the merchant's customer service. Am enjoying it so far.

Chair is solid, easy to assemble, and feels great on my back. Height adjustment works great for me @ 6-1. A great value compared to $1000 alternatives.

This is a well made sturdy chair and worth the price. The lumbar support and cushioned seat are excellent. Some assembly was needed. I would recommend this for home or office.

These chairs are excellent, especially at the price point! Buying a desk chair without getting to try it first is always sketchy… we definitely lucked out with these chairs! Super glad we bought two!!
