A much more comfortable chair for sitting long hours in than my last $100 mesh office chair. Not completely convinced of the utility of the "articulating" factor of the lumbar support though.  My only gripe concerns the difficulty in configuring the arms up and down, but I don't use them very much anyway.

Very worthy of its price range

I absolutely love this chair! I have Sciatica pain and needed a very supportive chair. I ordered this one without being able to try it out. It was super easy to assemble and I did it by myself with no problem. The first time I sat in it, I almost weeped! It completely supported my back.The next morning I actually walked from my bed to the kitchen without pain. I couldn't believe it. To let you know, the hydraulic seat support that connects the base to the seat is too tall for me and I'm 5'7. I called them and ordered the smaller one so that I can put my feet flat on the floor. It would be perfect for a longer legged person than I. This is just a fabulous chair.

This is THE chair to have!

OK Chair, where have you been all my life?! OMG, what a superb chair, especially for someone that spends 8 to 10 hrs per workday via computer work, so this chair has truly made my sitting experience much more pleasurable. The memory foam and design within the chair seat takes the pressure off the back of my legs that I once experience with standard office chairs.  Plus, the back rest floats/pivots with your movements and reduces any back strain.  This user is an immediate fan, the only change I made was to upgrade to silicon wheels (purchased from another vendor for $20), as the chair comes with standard office chair wheels. Overall, this chair is a 5 star purchase for this user & extremely thankful to find it less than half-price over retail. Highly recommend to anyone that sits for extended sessions or has lower back or leg pain.

The MOST COMFORTABLE Chair!

This is a really comfortable chair…..better than I had hoped for.  I picked it out for my Christmas present from my wife.  It has great support for my back and neck which that was what I was needing.   I replaced my old chair that I had used for several years.  I feel certain that this chair will last even longer. Too, assembling it was quite easy.  My wife did pitch in which was helpful.  The pieces fit together perfectly without having to make any adjustments.  All the holes and screws lined up.  It only took a few minutes and it was done.  Thank you, Sam's for a great chair!

Comfortable All-Day Desk Chair

I have a rather small room that is used as a make-up ,spa room, computer space, and sewing area. I did not have room for a chair that sat out in the middle of the floor. Not only does this chair provide excellent comfort it can be pushed all the way up to my desk or sewing table leaving me the floor space I need to move around. Can't speak for anyone else but my funds for purchasing items are limited so I do research for several days before buying. Comfort of course came first but I absolutely needed the arms to raise and give me the option of pushing the chair up to the tables  This office chair is a winner !

Give me some space!

Great for the money but it's also one of those things that I will be surprised if it lasts more than a few years.  It is comfortable now, it supports well but the material is the faux leather stuff that cracks and rips easily once that start's happening it's a wrap..

Nice chair

This chair is very comfortable and the lumbar support is exceptional. One of the best features is the ability to raise the arm rests all the way so that the user can scoot up to a desk while still sitting back in the chair. This has always been my issue with previous chairs. It didn't matter how good the lumbar support was if I couldn't sit all the way back in all the way back while working.  The seat is nicely firm and supportive while still being comfortable. It's just an overall great chair.

Comfortable, functional chair

Very comfortable, the arms lift up when needed, rolls very easy, good lumbar support, but not too much. The arms are padded, which make them really comfy. I really like this chair, and I recommend it!!

Very comfortable

I laughed a bit when the box arrived and it clearly stated, “Manager Chair”. I happen to be a manager, but, anyone can choose to order this chair. I work long hours and sit for long periods. I needed a better quality chair with arm rests. This had good reviews and was on sale. None of the reviews talked about the depth of the seat. This chair is constructed for people with long femur bones. I'm an average-sized female at 5'4”. Because the seat is so long, my lumbar spine does not reach the back of the chair. I resolved this by putting a pillow at my lumbar area. You cannot adjust the back of the seat (like my old, cheap, chair) to move closer to the front of the seat. You can adjust the height of the seat and how easily the seat back flexes back/reclines. It makes me think that when they engineered this for, “managers”, they were thinking only of men or very tall women. I don't intend to make this a gender issue. I've never experienced gender inequality. My intent is to make it clear that the chair is made for tall people. Male or female. If you are 5'4” or less, the chair is somewhat comfortable (and easy to assemble), but you will need a pillow behind your back for proper posture and comfort.

Not well engineered for short legs and torso

Very nice chair. Really comfortable and adjustable/lifting arms are a plus. Unfortunately I had to return the chair because the back is slightly leaned back and doesn't adjust. This caused big issues with my neck as I'm used to sitting more upright. I think it's suited for large framed bodies.

Very nice but returned

I was sent a chair that was previously used. There were scuffs on the arms of the chair and the box was opened then sealed back. I returned the item. FYI: if you get the extended warranty, you only have 30 days to return or you forfeit your money.
