great replacement

There was a grinding noise after installation. I contacted Samsung who opened a repair ticket but the vendor assigned said I’d need to uninstall the microwave to have it serviced for “liability reasons”. It was just installed the same day. I contacted the installer who referred me to Sam’s Club who referred me back to Samsung. Sorry but my patience is exhausted for a brand new appliance. I’d rather return it.

Grinding Noise - VERY Loud

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave is fantastic! I have tried everything from defrosting, reheating, and steaming vegetables and it did not disappoint. I recommend this product to anyone looking for an OVR microwave. To add, it wasn't overly expensive either considering the options it comes with.
