I can put in large quantities at the same time and it heats it up great. I like the sleek touchscreen design as well as the different features. I have used the popcorn button several times and it cooks popcorn perfectly each time. Overall, this is a fantastic microwave and a great addition to any household.

You can use Voice Control with certain mobile devices. I especially love using my SmartThings app to remotely control the vent fan. I'm looking forward to using the Sensor Cook. For certain foods, the sensor in the microwave will detect moisture in the food and adjust the cooking time as necessary! It's great for everyday use: reheating my coffee and cooking fast meals or snacks. I recommend this reasonably priced microwave.

It heats food evenly and quickly, and the large capacity is perfect for family-sized dishes. The matte black steel finish also looks really sleek in my kitchen. The auto cook time selections printed on the oven are odd. Hot dogs? Brown rice? Brown and white rice have different cook times. There is more, but I am sure I don't have room. The permanent selections are odd. There's no selection for bacon. No additional cooking time instructions anywhere for frequently cooked items. The most irritating thing is the LIGHTS - YOU CAN NOT SEE THE SELECTIONS. There are no lights on the buttons. I have to use a flash light. Don't get me started on the Samsung stove. Just know if you cook on the stove and bump the select button you will keep turning on the oven while frying. ABSOLUTELY IRRITATING. However, I love that the microwave is quiet, love how efficient it cooks once you figure out. I only use defrost and autocook. The airfryer and airfryer tray on the oven is fantastic, but the oven on button needs a lock out. One other item. I love the space in my 29 sqf refrigerator and flex drawer is a dream. The bespoke oven and bespoke stainless steel doors are a nightmare to keep clean. I bought the product they recommended and it is always smeared and we don't have children. So many pluses, but these items irritate me daily. I would have chosen differently for the reasons above as the stainless also scratches easily. Stickers hide the scratches on picture.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The main board on this unit went bust within 2 months of the purchase. I have a whole home surge protector. The only redeeming thing was the warranty experience from Samsung, it was flawless. After the board was replaced the unit has been working as promised.

After 13 months, the interior light stopped working. Dark gray interior makes it impossible to see in there without a flashlight. Called LG. No help there except an offer to send a repair person for more $$ than I paid for the thing. Better get the extra Sam's warranty!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave is nice, its quiet, looks good but lacks what we consider an essential feature: A timer that can be used regardless of what you are cooking! If you're cooking, you can't set the timer! If you are using the timer, you can't cook! This seems pretty essential to any appliance like this. We used our old microwave as a timer and could still cook. This unit does not support that, requiring us to use a separate timer. That may b e insignificant to many but to those that cook more than one thing at a time (e.g. on the stove and the microwave) it seems pretty significant when I need to cook, say, pasta on the stove for 11 minutes, if I set the timer, I cannot use the microwave oven for anything else until the timer finishes!. That's LAME.)
