[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I was shopping for new appliances I thought I didn’t care much about the microwave. A microwave is a microwave, right? As long as I can reheat the occasional leftovers and pop some popcorn, who cares about bells and whistles. So I didn’t even necessarily choose this — it just came with the rest of my Samsung appliances. But wow. I didn’t know it was possible for a microwave to intuitively heat leftovers so that the outside and inside of the plate cook at the same pace. This microwave does it with a couple quick auto-setting choices. No guesswork on how many minutes at what power. I don’t think I’ve EVER successfully used the automatic settings successfully in a microwave before now. It’s seriously impressive. I’m also told you can bake a cake in this thing, which I actually believe (though I haven’t tested this claim, because I also got an excellent new Samsung oven). Overall, I’m exceptionally pleased!

We already love Samsung, so it was only fitting to switch our microwave to Samsung! The microwave was the last appliance to be upgraded and it looks beautiful! I already use the SmartThings app, so connecting the microwave was so easy! The Samsung Microwave features: LED Display, Glass Touch Controls, SmartThings Cooking, and Ceramic Enamel Interior! The Microwave also offers a kitchen timer, +30 seconds, SensorCook, Auto Cook, Keep Warm, and Defrost! Compared to our old microwave, this is a huge upgrade! I adore the Wi-Fi Connectivity, Voice-Enabled, Clock (12 hr/24 hr) with Daylight Savings Time Adjustment, Reminder End Signal, LED Cooktop Lighting, Halogen Interior Lighting, Vent Fan Control: On/Off/DelayOff, Sound On/Off, and Eco Mode! Learning the Samsung Microwave looks to be straight forward. We are so grateful and excited for our new microwave!

I bought this two weeks ago, and it was installed to days ago. So far, I have found it to be a wonderful microwave, however, when I tried to use Auto Cook to soften some butter, I couldn't get it to work. The book was no help. I ended up guessing at the seconds needed, like I used to do on my old "Stupid" microwave. Also, when trying to add my microwave to the SmartThings app, it has not progressed through the final step. It stopped saying, "Almost there! Your microwave is being added to SmartThings.

It was going to a large repair bill and had no guarantee it would last. I found this one after doing some research and loved the look, the technology behind it and the price. The food always come out perfect and the interior finish is great. The no handle design matches my bespoke Fridge/Freezer complete with the stainless steel finish. I added them to my Samsung app and I love that I can multitask and start/stop my cooking or reheating without touching the microwave itself. The difference in performance from our last microwave is night and day. This is the first microwave that a popcorn setting actually works and doesn't burn or undercook your popcorn. Definitely worth the price and the installation was easy to follow and complete.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very nice microwave. Its looks are sleek and modern. I had to blur some parts of the pictures to hide my messy kitchen. It complements my samsung range, fridge and dishwasher. Its really powerful, heats up food quickly and is pretty quiet. I haven't had a chance to test out the smart features yet but I'm looking forward to it. Update: The smartthings app is really ease to use. I have a number of other things connected in my home. The capacity of the microwave is large, I can fit a large bowl inside. The voice control is novel, but I dont see using it much. I like the different speed settings on the exhaust fan.

It all communicates very well through SmartThings and our Samsung phones. The Microwave has sensor cook that cooks a plate of food even with different size items to the perfect temperature by using the ability to sense the steam/humidity of the food and the temperature cooks to the perfect temp Everytime with the push of a button. It also alerts your phone and smart hub screens when food is done or the timer goes off. You can verbally communicate through Bixby or your smart hubs to keep food warm or add more time if needed. Great purchase with zero cons or regrets. Absolutely love this microwave and Samsung.

I bought this microwave over a month ago everything is plugged in and set to wifi. Yet I cannot use it. None of the buttons work. I even set a timer with the smart thing app, then go to push the start button and nothing. It is a huge hunk of metal that has a clock on it.
