Smoker does not work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This grill and smoker is so amazing. I have so far cooked a brisket and jerky on this thing and both turned out amazing. You can grill, bake, air crisp, roast, dehydrate, smoke on it. This is my new favorite thing I've got by ninja. It is a bit heavy but so easy to use.

I was happily surprised at how easy this was to operate and how good the food came out. I ended up getting one for my daughter who lives in an apartment with no room for a BBQ and she loves it!

I've desperately wanted a smoker and now I have the ability to smoke meats and cheeses without having to have a huge smoker outside on my patio. This thing works well and is easy to clean. I can't say enough good things about this. I will continue to try out new things thanks to this ninja.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This grill is amazing. With the app, and the temperature probes, you can just walk away and come back when your food is done. The smoking function absolutely permeates the meat with smoky flavor, and it cooks in half the time a regular grill would. The meat is evenly heated all around, so you don't even need to flip it unless you want the grill marks, and it seals in all the juices with an even sear. It's large enough to hold quite a few cuts, or a whole dinner for a big family. With how fast it cooks, you could keep a large party well stocked with barbecue. The wood pellet port is very easy to use and clean, but purportedly only works with the designated pellets which is somewhat of a downside. There's all kinds of accessories to go with it that make cooking just about anything as easy as the settings on the app, and multiple settings for everything from smoking to dehydrating. It's easy to clean with the pop out cooking attachments and the nonstick griddle, and the drip tray makes it almost too easy. Overall, this is a great grill, and unless you're a pit master cooking tons of meat every day, this is the last grill you'll ever need. Another big plus if you're not smoking, it's electric, so there's no emissions.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This works just as advertised,is hefty and solidly built. The cons are that it doesn't come with any kind of a stand so you'll need something to set it on and I'm not super happy about buying special pellets.

Without a shadow of a doubt every grillmaster needs one of these. The ability to smoke six chicken breasts in 35 minutes cooked perfectly is reason enough. Boston butt, three hours. Brisket, no, overcooks it. Ribs perfect in two hours.

He says he feels so techy. We made a perfect steak the first time we used it. This would definitely be a great housewarming or wedding gift.
