[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lightweight and easy to use! My old one-different brand-was hard to seat the clean water tank. Always took a few tries. Not this one. Plus, I got great clean results. Not an ordeal to pop it out and use it. So easy to carry it up and down stairs.

It is easy to use and works very well. This shampooer is larger than the last one I had and I can finish a eoom without having to mix more cleaner or empty the dirty water. An excellent upgrade in my opinion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to maintain the carpet in our home. We have two young children and no pets. The deep clean mode works great. I could see using the express clean mode just to maintain the carpet in between deep cleans. My son spilled an entire container of cocoa powder on the carpet. After using the vacuum cleaner my entire carpet was a rust color. I used this machine to clean it the next day and you couldn't tell that there was ever cocoa powder. It did take hours and many many passes with the carpet cleaner, but my carpet is clean. Worth the money, in my opinion.
