I have two dogs one that sheds and I have a cat. This product is wonderful. It is easy to clean first of all. I’ve never had a carpet cleaner that was easy to clean. That was such a biggie for me. It cleans the carpets like magic. My carpet looks brand new especially after I vacuumed it the first time oh my goodness. And it dried in record time. Definitely five stars out of five stars.

I found the more often I had my carpets cleaned the sooner they got dirty. I believe it is because the soap stays in the carpet and attracts the dirt. Anyway, I got this and cleaned the carpet using hot water and vinegar and it looks good. Hopefully it will stay cleaner a little longer.

Works great. I had an older one and was surprised when I saw that the cleaner was in same canister as the water. I wasn’t sure all the soap would be removed from the rugs. Everything seems to work great as this machine is much more powerful than my old one.

This has been the best carpet cleaner I have ever owned. I love the way it cleans, but mostly the suction. It removes so much of the water/shampoo. Highly recommend

Excellent shampoo machine! Easy to handle! I honestly needed a new carpet, $$$ reasons, it was cheaper to buy the shampoo machine… I’m so happy, it cleaned up an old carpet so well.. I couldn’t believe it! The only regrets I have, that I did not buy sooner!

Bought this just in time-my dog got into something, causing her to be sick at night. The steam cleaner was easy to set up, easy to use, and worked wonderfully. Stains came up with ease. A few days later I also decided to clean a rug near by front door. It looks bright and fresh again. Removing the dirty water tank is easy, as well as cleaning it. I am so happy I purchased it and recommend for pet owners.

To start with, it was very easy to assemble. I used the supplied bottle of carpet cleaner to test it in 2 rooms and found that it did a very good job of cleaning the carpet. The water in the extraction container was filthy. I was replacing an older cleaner that had developed some leaks, which fortunately this one didn't have.

Brand new, right out of the box and it’s already broken. For some reason, the water only comes out if you push in on the handle a specific way. Not sure why, but if it weren’t for that, the vacuum works fantastic

Upon first use, the machine stopped dispensing the solution. Further, the upper and lower handle joint connection is solid causing it to constantly shift up and downward.

It worked great the first time I used it. After that it wont suck up the water and leaves my carpet soaked.
