Great machine! We’ve had Hoovers in the past and they just don’t seem durable, and the suction leaves a lot of water in the carpet. I can’t speak to the durability (yet!) but it gets the carpets much drier, and cleaner, will update after I’ve used some attachments.

Don't like how water leaks out for a long while after using.

This is a well built carpet cleaner with great suction. You will use your muscles but my rug had so much dirt, I was surprised.

Really wasn’t sure about it due to the price point. There’s a lot of more expensive options. I was really happy with this purchase, did a great job cleaning our carpets.

It has two options, a quick clean and a deep clean which makes it convenient. Easy to add water and dump the dirty water. It isn’t loud and still cleans very well

I haven't used it yet. Boyfriend has and said it's easy to put together and use. He's actually done the whole house and runners in 2 days. He was quite impressed. YAY for me!

I replaced my very old Bissell carpet cleaner with this one. I like the ease of use, filling, emptying and cleaning the canisters. It did a good job cleaning the carpet.

This was exactly what I needed and it exceeded my expectations, it deep cleans really well. My carpet is old and I have a fur baby who sheds badly. I am now doing weekly quick cleanings.

I used this machine tonight for the first time. We have a French Bulldog and I didn’t realize how much he had sheared until i shampoo the carpet.

Never received the product....I had to call someone in the Phillipines to find out why...worst experience for ordering i ever had...now I have no carpet shampooer....and waited 5 days waiting...no explanation was ever given why I didn't receive this product....only when I finally called someone in the Phillipines did i get a reason...this was uncalled for
