I have to go over the rug/carpet several times to get it clean and not leave it soaked

It's lightweight and much lighter than the hulking monsters we used to rent. Comes with a couple of sample bottles of shampoo. We love it!

This is a good machine. Can do small jobs or a big job. Leaves carpets damp but not wet. I'd recommend it.

This carpet cleaner does a great job. The only drawback is that the tank for the dirty water isn't big enough.

My old one still worked beautifully I just wanted a newer Bissell. So I gave my old one to my brother. So all I can say is Bissell still has terrific products. I am a Bissell woman to death.

My senior dog has many accidents and it is Bissell to the rescue. The price point was reasonable for this amazing product. No other brand could tackle my dirty carpets as well. Superior performance and so easy to use. Stores well. The attachments allow for cleaning small areas and can be used for many projects. I am very pleased with my purchase. The results were awesome.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this Bissell to replace an older Bissell pet carpet cleaner. We have 4 cats and 2 dogs with several room size area carpets. This new turbo cleaner does the best job in cleaning these carpets thoroughly. The best features are the ease of removing and reinserting the clean water tank and dirty water tank. The unit operates with a fairly loud motor. The on/off switch could be better designed so that you can easily turn the machine on/off. The switch is too small and covered with a grommet about the size of a dime. The other point in the instructions do not call for rinsing the carpet after applying the soapy water. We rinse using two tanks of clean water. The final point is no regrets in purchasing direct from Bissell.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Arrived in good condition, I cleaned my carpet to 90% of my expectations. It took a while to clean, it's super loud, 740 watts though, enough to suck the water back up. Anything less than that probably wouldn't work all that well. It worked solidly for two 20-minute sessions. I just hope the internals last for more cleaning in the future. The build quality is more solid than I expected. It's a pretty good carpet cleaner for the price.
