I have an elderly parent and his dog living with me. I used the machine according to the manual. The results were amazing. I have used other carpet machines and have not had the same results. 😊

Never received the product....I had to call someone in the Phillipines to find out why...worst experience for ordering i ever had...now I have no carpet shampooer....and waited 5 days waiting...no explanation was ever given why I didn't receive this product....only when I finally called someone in the Phillipines did i get a reason...this was uncalled for

Easy to assemble, large capacity containers for clean and dirty water. Easy to fill and empty.

Cleans good and has quick drying time.

Don't like how water leaks out for a long while after using.

Great unit! We had the previous model, and this one is much better.
