A lil heavier than my old one, but sure gets a larger area cleaned. Great job on rugs n no pet smells! Very easy to clean afterwards which is a plus as well. Easy to push.

I am very happy with this carpet cleaner because it does amazingly remove all the stains, sand and dog hairs especially at the heavy traffic areas. So far, I have been using express cleaning mode. It worked very well. The drying time is pretty fast which is around an hour. This machine is easy to put together because it comes with simple and easy instructions. The only thing I hope for this unit is to have retractable compartment for wires storage. Otherwise, I am satisfied with this machine.

Called customer service and all I got was a line of BS. Now I am here to say I love this rug shampooer. Has great suction and cleans very nicely and did not at all break the bank!

With the deep clean setting it seems to really pull stuff out of the carpet. Makes the carpet smell good after using it. The express clean does a good job at cleaning minor accidents from the dogs. Plus the dry time with using the express clean is very quick, which is very nice. It's a good product at a budget price.

My senior dog has many accidents and it's Bissell to the rescue. Simple to use and stores nicely.The price point was reasonable for such a remarkable carpet cleaner. My carpets were extremely dirty and no other brand name products have tackled the job like Bissell. Extremely please with this purchase.
