[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like how this cleaner lifts stains quickly, and gets all the dirt. My dirty water tank was filthy when I was done cleaning. BUT it makes the carpet really, really wet. I found I need to go back and forth over the carpet several times to suck up more water. It's very time consuming and still leaves the carpet pretty wet. I keep a fan running for 24-48 hours after using the carpet cleaner just to dry the carpet as well as I can. Since using this carpet cleaner, the carpeted areas of my house smell different, and I'm worried it's because the carpet did not dry properly. In addition, I had to have the clean water tank replaced before I could even run my machine the first time because it was leaking when I filled it. Bissell quickly replaced the part for me which I appreciated. But because of all this, I feel this is an average machine and not worth the money.

As a mom of two young toddlers I need all the help I can get in cleaning up messes and stains! Thankfully, the TurboClean DualPro Pet helped with that and much more. First things first, set up: I'd give this the highest score possible! It was a couple clicks and snaps, so easy to put together with the 2 large pieces connecting in one click and the two tanks inserted. I'd say in less than 5 minutes and I was on my way to clean carpets! I quickly skimmed the directions, poured solution and water as directed, and choose the deep cleaning mode in order to pull up some stains on my white carpet! Sure enough, in just one pass, the stains were lifted and I couldn't even find the original spot. It was incredible! I was also extremely impressed by the suction. Say goodbye to soggy carpets! My children were able to play on the carpet without worrying about the wetness within a matter of 15 minutes. I think this is something worth noting because most carpet cleaners leave your carpets extremely wet for an hour or more. The carpet went from stained and dull to a bright white again! I used it on another carpet that was much more lush and was happy to see that it cleaned it just as easily. Overall, I thought it was easy to use, intuitive and not nearly as bulky as I expected. Challenges did not present themselves when I cleaned two large carpets. The only thing that I wanted to point out is that I had to dump the dirty tank multiple times to do one carpet when I was on the deep cleaning mode. On express mode you could do multiple carpets on one tank which is great! My favorite featured was the hose and tough stain tool. I used it to wash some spots on my couches! I loved that this carpet cleaner was so versatile. There were food stains on my dark gray fabric couch from my kids and with just a few passes using the tough stain tool, the couch was stain free. We have a Golden Retriever mix dog, a Siamese cat and four energetic kids so having messes on our floors and carpets is a common and frustrating occurrence. I was so excited when we received the TurboClean DualPro Pet Carpet Cleaner from Stellar Product Testing Panel to try out! We've had other carpet cleaners in the past and they were so heavy and bulky that we didn't get them out of storage very often because of the hassle. But this Bissell Pet Carpet Cleaner is surprisingly lightweight and easy to carry and roll around! I also love that it has a much smaller footprint than older models of carpet cleaners. Since we live in a smaller home and have limited storage space this was definitely an added bonus and probably some of the top reasons why I love this carpet cleaner. With pets and kids in our home, we have a mix of messes and some darker spots on our carpet especially in our living room where we spend most of our time. I also have varying amounts of time to devote to cleaning based on our crazy schedule so I loved the fact that there are two modes and this way you are able to customize your particular needs throughout your home. There are definitely certain stains and messes that required more of a Deep Clean so I appreciated that I was able to use that option. And the Express Clean is great option when I don't need to or am not able to spend as much time cleaning. I used both modes and they seem to do a great job for what they are programmed to do. The DualPro really does have strong cleaning power and was able to get out some of the most stubborn stains. I also love that it neutralizes odor-causing bacteria as well as deep cleans. It is also pretty quick. It's very lightweight and comfortable to use and overall I was really impressed with the results!

I received this product thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel. Overall, the TurboClean DualPro Pet carpet cleaner is a good product. It has many features that work well, and helped to clean stains and messes on our carpet and even on an ottoman. The reason for three stars is that the machine is overall lacking in power. You have to go over each area more than expected to suck up enough water, and in the end it still seemed like more should be removed. It does a good job at cleaning, but I don't want too much water on my carpets and it took longer to finish the job. It's easy enough to use and assemble out of the box, but a little more power and suction would greatly improve my overall view on this product. The express clean mode would be my favorite feature, but again better suction is needed.

I was excited to test out the TurboClean™ DualPro Pet carpet cleaner as a member of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. We have two small children, a dog, and a number of area rugs. Our area rugs have seen spilled milk, potty training mishaps, doggie barf, among many other putrid, rancid, sticky messes. Initial Reports (+) Even on the Deep Clean setting, the water did not penetrate the carpet backing. It was a good indicator that the suction was doing an excellent job at removing the excess water. This is really key if your carpet is over hardwood floor that you don't want damaged. (+) It was equally easy to use the Express Clean option. This is the setting I used for our high traffic areas that I couldn't keep the kids off for an extended drying time. (+) On both settings, the used water in the tank was FILTHY! The carpet cleaner was definitely doing its job. (+) Very easy to clean up after use and to put away. (=) The carpet cleaner is heavy and a little challenging to maneuver. I don't think this is really a negative, though, since any machine filled with water is going to be heavy. (=) The hose was fine, but I felt like I really needed a beater brush to get the cleaning solution deep into the carpet. (-) I was quite confused by the "Easy Fill" information. I'm honestly still unsure what is supposed to make it "Easy" since using a non "Easy Fill" solution was actually more straightforward! (-) I didn't want to use the cleaning solution with "Stain Protect" because I feel like that's got to be depositing some residue on the carpet. Overall: Easy to fill the machine with solution and hot water, and I thought it did a great job cleaning on both the Express and Deep Clean modes. On Express, the water use was moderate enough to get a couple area rugs done in one go, which was so convenient! I just wish Bissell did away with "Easy Fill" and just had one standard fill line and type of solution, since it only complicated an otherwise easy-to-use machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Didn't last more than two month. It's basically a disposable carpet cleaner, the next time you use it, something like the brush motor will be dead. Avoid at all cost. Super disappointed.
