First, thank you Stellar Product Testing Panel for gifting me the opportunity to test the TurboClean DualPro Pet carpet cleaner. Within days of receiving the carpet cleaner my son threw up all over our couch and carpet. The TurboClean carpet cleaner was quick and easy to assemble as well as understand the instructions to clean up the mess. I was doubtful on the outcome since it was red juice but the deep cleaner worked like magic. The carpet looked brand new after using it. Since I liked the results and actually enjoyed cleaning, I continued to clean the rest of the carpets with the express clean mode. I was impressed the carpets felt so clean but not soaked in water. I even used the hose and tool on the couch, which with kids and pets it was what my life needed. Every part of the TurboClean carpet cleaner was easy to use and straight forward. I only struggled on cleaning the vacuum head after deep cleaning the puke. I honestly didn't know I needed this product in my life but now I think the carpet cleaner is a necessary tool for the house.

With 3 kids, 2 cats, and a house full of carpet, I needed a machine that would give me a deep clean but was easy to use. I found that in the TurboClean™ DualPro Pet. It's lightweight, simple to put together, and worked well on dried food stains. The express clean mode got out a lot of dirt and dried relatively quickly. When using this cleaner in deep clean mode, it left a few clumps even though I had vacuumed first. This mode was better on more set in stains. The TurboClean DualPro Pet is a terrific carpet cleaner! I have two long-haired dogs that shed multiple times a year and I vacuum at least once a week because of all the pet hair. I was amazed how much pet hair that the TurboClean DualPro Pet pulled out of my carpet! This carpet cleaner was great on the stains that I couldn't get out by hand. It made my carpet look newer and made the room smell cleaner. The tough stain tool is great for when my dog, who is still potty training, has accidents on the couch. It is so convenient! I also liked that the hose was long which made it easy to use the tough stain tool. My favorite feature is the express clean mode. It makes it so much easier to clean my carpets on a quarterly basis, while saving the deep clean for a yearly task. When I was finished with cleaning my carpets, the TurboClean DualPro Pet was super easy to clean, the dirty water tank can disassemble easily to clean it out quickly and thoroughly. I received the Bissell TurboClean™ DualPro Pet as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel and I am the perfect candidate haha! I have 2 young kids AND 2 dogs (one of which is old) so our carpet really gets put through the wringer. The first time I used it, I tried the "express clean mode" and was stunned at how well it worked! We have an old spot on our carpet that I haven't been able to get out for weeks (ahem, old doggo). This cleaner did it! It is so simple to use and easy to maneuver. Plus the speed at which i was able to get it done is priceless, especially when you're a mommy like me! The second time I used it, I tried out the hose attachment on my stairs and despite my wishing either the hose or cord were longer, it still worked just as well and I was surprised at how well it got into corners and crevices. This carpet cleaner will definitely be a go-to in my house for the foreseeable future!

The TurboClean Duo Pet Carpet Cleaner was perfect for my oversized rug. I have a toddler, baby, and a dog. We also host small group with children at our house once a week. Needless to say, our light colored rug gets a lot of messy traffic. I used the express mode over the entire rug and could see a difference as soon as I finished. I loved that you can pick the best cleaning solution to meet your needs. The express mode was quick and only took an hour to dry. The extendable hose with the tough stain tool was great for spills. It's also perfect for furniture. The carpet cleaner was simple to assemble and the instructions were easy to follow. The overall weight of the cleaner lighter than expected. I would like the electrical cord to be a little longer. I had to switch outlets in the middle of cleaning. The TurboClean Duo Pet Carpet Cleaner has all the features I need. The Bissell TurboClean DualPro Pet is a perfect addition to our deep carpet cleaning regime. My favorite feature is the powerful suction, even on express mode, it does not leave residue and lifts stains really well. I was surprised by the lightweight yet sturdy design and how easy it was to assemble (the instructions were straightforward and simple to follow). This carpet cleaner is bigger than others I have used in the past, and at first I was a little concerned that it would leave my carpets soaking wet, but after using it, I was no longer concerned. The DualPro leaves my carpet damp, not wet, and it lifts up any hair and dirt leaving my carpets bright and clean. My carpets look like new after a deep clean, and although it is a fairly large vacuum, it is so easy to maneuver and store when I finish cleaning. I am so happy to have received this product from the Stellar Testing Panel.

I was pleasantly surprised with the new TurboClean DualPro Pet carpet cleaner. First of all, I feel like Bissell made some huge improvements on this machine verses older models. This machine is a beast! It's very heavy duty and well made. It reminds me of a professional carpet cleaner. The cleaning power is unreal. I used an older Bissell machine on my carpet two weeks before testing out this new one and I could not believe the amount of dirt it pulled out of my carpet. The water coming out of it was nearly black. Also the carpet cleaner did a fantastic job lifting the water back out of the carpet. I walked on the carpet with socks and they were just slightly damp (not soaked). It was super easy to take apart and fully clean, just like previous models. What I love about this newer model is that it has an attachment for upholstery and steps. What I will say is that I do not feel like the attachment did an amazing job lifting smells from my couch. I was able to lift stains but still felt as though it left a bit of a pet smell behind. It may be user error. Overall I'm super satisfied with this cleaner and would absolutely recommend this one for a more powerful machine. I'm so grateful I got to test the TurboClean DualPro Pet through the Steller Product Testing Panel. I tried it out on a makeup stain on my living room rug, my 4 and 6 year old girl's room carpet, and a couple of throw pillows. Please note, I also have a very sheddy German Shepherd mix who hangs out on most of those carpets. Instructions are clear and set up is very quick. I tried the deep clean function on the makeup stain first, and the stain was gone so fast! I ended up going ahead and cleaning the entire rug (5X7), and it looks new now. Next, I used the express clean mode to do my girl's carpet which is a 12X16 foot room. I'm so embarrassed about how dirty their carpet was. The cleaning solution left their room smelling so good, and it only took about 2 hours for the rug and carpet to dry. It left the carpet soft and looking almost new. After all that, there was still a little cleaning solution left in the machine so I tried the attachment on a couple of throw pillows. The suction wasn't as impressive with the attachment but the pillows still came out cleaner looking than they were before. I am very happy with the cleaning power of this machine. It definitely delivers great results!

The TurboClean DualPro Pet carpet cleaner was easy to assemble, had directions that were easy to follow, and was very easy to clean. It is lightweight and easy to handle. The Express Clean feature is a handy option to have and uses very little water (see photo); however, the Deep Clean mode did do a noticeably better job at truly deep cleaning the carpet. The box came with two cleaning solution samples, which was a convenient addition. The water tank included fill lines for soap and water depending on which cleaning mode you're using, which made it even easier to use. The noise level of the cleaner seemed relatively quiet when using during the day, but definitely seemed louder when using in the middle of the night. Overall, it didn't seem too loud. I have never owned a carpet cleaner before, so I've always used stain remover sprays on carpet messes. My child was sick and soiled the carpet one night and, instead of reaching for a stain remover, I tried this and it did an an amazing job at sucking up all of the gunk and getting the carpet back to its original state! Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this carpet cleaner. We have two dogs, a cat, and two kids under 5. So there are lots of messes in our house! I love this deep carpet cleaner. It was easy to take out of the box and assemble and all the parts are easy to take off and clean. It's really great at getting stains out and cleaning up fresh messes as well. I LOVE that the hose is detachable and that it's so long! It's easy to make sure the hose is dry and then it's not as bulky when storing it. The tough stain tool is perfect for the stairs! It's such a high traffic area that is hard to clean. The express clean mode is nice for the living room rug because I feel like it doesn't soak the carpet and leave it feeling wet forever.
