I received this carpet cleaner from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. With 2 kids and 2 dogs, our carpet was in rough shape. It cleaned up old stains from spills and pets with ease. I love the express clean mode for quickly cleaning and refreshing the carpet in a room with a quick dry time. The long hose is great for cleaning tough to reach areas and was a godsend on our carpeted stairs! The tank's large capacity allowed me to clean about 1200 sqft of carpet in one fill. The clean water reservoir being on the neck of the machine makes it a bit heavy when full, but overall the machine is easy to maneuver. Cleaning out the dirty water was quick and easy but cleaning the area around the roller brush was a little more difficult. I vacuumed before using the carpet cleaner but the amount of dog hair that this picked up was awesome! I love having the ability to quickly shampoo my carpets on a regular basis now... walking barefoot on freshly cleaned carpet feels so luxurious!

If you have carpeting, you probably know you're supposed to give them a routine deep cleaning. If you have carpeting + toddlers + a dog, you probably need to feel clean it more than you really want to. Between muddy paws and spilled food and drinks, I've spent a lot of time spraying/scrubbing/patting with towels/repeat on our carpets that we did buy a small, hand-held style carpet cleaner for targeted messes. For me, as much as I wanted an upright, professional style machine, I didn't want to deal with the long drying time most machines typically have. It wasn't until we received the TurboClean DualPro pet carpet cleaner from Stellar Product Testing Panel to review, did I believe that an upright cleaner can deep clean well AND quickly. Gone are the days when you run a machine and wait hours for the carpet to dry (and sometimes end up crunchy!). With the express clean mode, I cleaned our dining room and living room carpets and they were dry within the hour! And the handheld brush tool was fantastic! I was able to get some old stains out of our stairs that our other small machine couldn't get!

We are so grateful to have received the Bissell TurboClean DualPro Pet as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. We own another (more expensive) Bissell carpet cleaner but this cleaner is our family's new go-to cleaner. The assembly was very easy, and the directions were simple to follow and understand. We loved the two separate tanks for clean and dirty water. This helped ensure that the old smells the cleaner picked up were not redistributed into our carpet. This also allowed for the cleaning of the machine after use to be a quick and painless process versus our other cleaner's dual tank bladder design. The suction that this carpet cleaner was able to achieve is hands down the best! After making one or two passes on a section of carpet, the carpet itself looked amazing and felt only slightly damp. Within just over an hour both our carpet and pad were completely dry to the touch. The cleaner also came with a separate hose, hand-tools, and carrying bag. My husband liked that this was not attached to the machine to potentially get in his way during the carpet cleaning process. In summary, the appearance of this cleaner seems a bit barebones. However, the performance of the machine is hands down AMAZING! We will never rent again and will be replacing our old cleaning machine with this one.

We have a Golden Retriever mix dog, a Siamese cat and four energetic kids so having messes on our floors and carpets is a common and frustrating occurrence. I was so excited when we received the TurboClean DualPro Pet Carpet Cleaner from Stellar Product Testing Panel to try out! We've had other carpet cleaners in the past and they were so heavy and bulky that we didn't get them out of storage very often because of the hassle. But this Bissell Pet Carpet Cleaner is surprisingly lightweight and easy to carry and roll around! I also love that it has a much smaller footprint than older models of carpet cleaners. Since we live in a smaller home and have limited storage space this was definitely an added bonus and probably some of the top reasons why I love this carpet cleaner. With pets and kids in our home, we have a mix of messes and some darker spots on our carpet especially in our living room where we spend most of our time. I also have varying amounts of time to devote to cleaning based on our crazy schedule so I loved the fact that there are two modes and this way you are able to customize your particular needs throughout your home. There are definitely certain stains and messes that required more of a Deep Clean so I appreciated that I was able to use that option. And the Express Clean is great option when I don't need to or am not able to spend as much time cleaning. I used both modes and they seem to do a great job for what they are programmed to do. The DualPro really does have strong cleaning power and was able to get out some of the most stubborn stains. I also love that it neutralizes odor-causing bacteria as well as deep cleans. It is also pretty quick. It's very lightweight and comfortable to use and overall I was really impressed with the results!

First I just have to say WOW! I have 2 cats at home and a toddler so we have a lot that floats around and gets rubbed into the carpet. This cleaner picked up so much! It came in a large box and was very easy to put together. Everything pretty much clicks into place. The water tank for this is the perfect size for my large room both on the deep clean line and the quick clean line. I love that there are two setting on this device. It allows me to do a deep clean a couple times a month and do a quick clean in-between when it needs it. The machine is lighter than the last one I had which is very nice, and the hose attachments make it easier to get around furniture. The noise level on this one is about normal for cleaners, a little quieter than my last machine I think. The only negative I have is that the clean tank doesn't click in really, so when you get less water in it it can be knocked off the top. It does have a mechanism that keeps water from spilling out if it falls, but it is not toddler/big dog proof in that regard. Overall I really enjoy this cleaner and it's functions and I recommend it if you are looking for a multipurpose machine for your cleaning needs. I received this product to review through the Stellar Product Testing Panel and it worked very well. We have an older cat and he started having accidents at the same time we were potty training our daughter. So the timing for receiving this product was perfect. We have a well know pet vacuum and I always thought it worked well but I was shocked at how much cat hair this pulled up right after we ran the vacuum. I started with a deep clean and the carpet instantly felt 100 times more clean. The hose attachment was perfect for hard to reach areas and the stairs. The cleaner got most of the stains out except one old coffee stain. One thing I did not like was that the carpet cleaner left a trail of carpet fibers and per hair that I had to go back around and pick up after running it through the room, which is why I knocked it down one star. The express clean really worked great for the little potty training accidents and dried very quickly!

My living room rug was in bad shape but I was hesitant to purchase a new one yet with two cats as well as two young kids and a husband who all love to snack while sitting in the couch. I figured I would try to clean the carpet and see how that worked. This carpet cleaner did a great job and was amazingly easy to use. It is not much bigger then a regular vacuum and is just as easy to push around. With the handheld attachment I was able to clean the couch as well, it was actually kind of fun to use. I am embarrassed about how dirty the water that was pulled out was, but the rug looks a million times better. I love that there were two containers, one for the clean water and one for the dirty water. One of the reasons I hesitated to do this for so long was I didn't want to deal with cleaning up the carpet cleaner and waiting for the rug to dry. This was not a problem at all. The water containers pop out easily and are easy to rinse and it even comes with a little tool to keep the floor suction part clean. And my carpet was not damp for long at all. There is an express option of you really don't have a lot of time to let it dry and just need to do a quick clean but even the deep clean mode didn't take that long long either. The only thing I would change is to add a longer cord as I had to switch outlets but that wasn't that bad. I feel like I will be less stressed when the cats make a mess or the kids spill in the future knowing I can easily give the rug and couch a cleaning. With three children under 6, three dogs, and a cat there is no end to spills and messes in my house. The TurboClean DualPro Pet Deep Carpet Cleaner is the perfect addition to my cleaning routine. This carpet cleaner was quick to assemble, the instruction manual was easy to understand, and the carpet cleaning was as simple as running a vacuum. I was amazed at how much this cleaner picked up in my carpets. It did a fantastic job of removing stains (even old, set-in stains. I used it on several types of carpet including: wall-to-wall carpeting, area rugs, and children's car rugs. The express mode was great for those area rugs that I needed to dry quickly. The hose and brush attachment were perfect to easily clean the sofas as well. I love that this cleaner has an extra long hose to get to all areas. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I kept having clumps of dirt/pet hair come out of the unit while cleaning the carpet. It was easy to just pass over the area again to such it up but it was annoying. It could be because I have a lot of pets though and my carpet was in desperate need of a good cleaning. The TurboClean DualPro Pet Deep Carpet Cleaner was definitely a very helpful and useful cleaning tool to have on hand. I would definitely recommend this carpet cleaner especially to those with pets. We have light colored carpeting and a big fluffy black cat who sheds like crazy and has the unfortunate habit of coughing up hairballs only on our light colored carpet. Right out of the box this cleaner is super simple to put together. The instructions are clear and concise and it's basically intuitive how it all fits together. After a couple of passes on my carpet, it was noticeably cleaner. Not only did it lift the dirt and stains, but it brushed off the cat fur which was embedded in my carpet fibers (despite constant vacuuming). My carpet is cream again! I love that there is a "green" cleaning solution option, as I try to keep the chemical load in our house very light. I used the tough stain tool and hose on one particularly tough stain and it worked great after several passes. One of my favorite features is the weight. At only twelve pounds, it is easy to carry up and down stairs and all over the house! This is a powerful little cleaning machine that everyone with pets and kids should own.
