Wow. Just wow. I have never used a carpet cleaner before that was so easy, so effective, and so light! The set-up is super intuitive - you'll be cleaning your carpets in less than 10 minutes from opening the box. We have 4 children, 3 dogs, and one potty-training puppy, so I was thrilled when I received the TurboClean™ DualPro Pet as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. Our carpets are GROSS. In one sweep, the carpets felt softer and fresher than with previous cleaners. I was impressed by how much water it pulled up, especially considering how light and moveable it is. One tank of water+cleaner required emptying the dirty water tank 3x - which is super easy and quick. Overall- wonderful! I would absolutely recommend TurboClean™ DualPro Pet to anyone looking for a deep clean who is short on time and energy! And that price point- wow. This carpet cleaner is a deal.

I did our bedrooms not really any spots but after new windows and some construction I wanted to freshen up. The carpet scrubber went well. I was surprised how quickly you have to empty the dirty water at about half way. The problem is the hose attachment. I used on stairs a poor center stream did not fan spray. Then when I moved the vacuum to the floor, and needed to do the bottom stairs it would not spray. We checked absolutely everything the support line is sending a new hose If this is the best the hand held works. I will return machine. Also when removing the dirty water tank it drips out the bottom. I had to hold it on its side poor design

I received this product as a tester on the Stellar Product Testing Panels and I was very excited to clean my carpets. I used the accessories and additional cleaners sent from the packages and it did a great job cleaning my carpets. The only issue is that the carpet took 2-3 days to dry after cleaning it. Ill just be sure to keep that in mind when using the product next time. Maybe use a little less water and that may fix my issue but all in all a pretty good cleaner. It was easy to use and clean out and refill the tub to attach to the cleaner.

I have used other carpet cleaners in the past so the thing that surprised me the most about this one was that it's not as bulky and difficult to maneuver. It is much easier to control and push around, closer to a normal vacuum. It cleans great and leaves the carpet looking new again. The express clean mode is the best! It doesn't leave the carpets soaked. Comes with a hose and attachments. We use the hose for cleaning the dreaded stairs. Unfortunately it's not quite long enough for our straight shot stairs to set the vacuum at one end and get halfway. I have to do a balancing act with the big cleaner on a stair to be able to get them all. Overall it's a great cleaner and makes cleaning the carpets feel like less of a chore. I had high hopes for this machine but it unfortunately didn't work for me. It definitely gets high marks for clear, easy to follow instructions and ease of putting together. I was a little intimidated opening the box but everything is well packaged, clearly labeled, and easy to assemble. I decided to start small and use the hose and attachment to clean sofa cushions. The machine leaked all over my wood floors. I stopped the machine several times and tried trouble shooting but couldn't not figure out how to stop the leak. Despite the leaking, it did do a decent job of cleaning. It couldn't get some spots out, but it made a big improvement to the look of the cushions. I then tried the machine on my carpets to see how it did. It was able to lift most spots and stains but couldn't make a dent in others. I also had leaking issues on the carpet, but only if I left the machine sitting with water in the dirty water tank. The dirty water just leaked right back into the carpet. I tried both cleaning settings on the carpet - express and deep clean. The express clean did dry pretty quickly, so I was impressed by that. I found the machine a little hard to maneuver on my carpets and it occasionally would get really loud, as if the motor was struggling. I took a pause to empty the dirty water tank whenever it did that and it helped a bit. Overall, I think this may be a good machine and I may just have a faulty one. The company did reach out with some troubleshooting instructions which I will try and then try cleaning another carpet in my house and see if it helps. * I received this product as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just bought this thing! Very first use and the brush quit spinning in the middle of cleaning my carpet! Turns out the smaller belt broke so I replaced it. When I turned the machine on it broke again! Very disappointed. I need a carpet cleaner. My dog got sick. I'll have to get a new one, likely a different brand!

This cleaned much better than expected. I just found the weight of the clean water tank in the upper handle to be awkward and hard to maneuver.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just bought the TurboClean DualPro PetModel No: 3067 and I'm pleased at how well in cleans my carpet. The only problem I have with it is the dirty water tank. The dirty water tank never seems to get more that one-third full before the suction stops and the tank has to be emptied. Don't know if something can be done but I don't want to do anything to it that might void the warranty. The dirty water tank is a good size but if it only gets one-third full before the suctions stops it makes for a longer time cleaning the carpet.‍

The TurboClean DualPro Pet worked magic on my carpets. We've got a cat, dog, and two toddler boys, so our carpets take a beating! It was super easy to assemble and the instructions were quick and simple to get started. I'm excited to do even more rooms in the house! We have short/berber style carpet so it dried in 30-45 minutes even without taking a towel to it after in deep clean mode, and express mode was even quicker to dry. The room smelled amazing after too! I loved trying this as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.
