I was given this carpet cleaner to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. As a mom of two kids under six with a busy schedule, my favorite feature is definitely the express clean mode! It was quick and easy to use and tackled the dirt and mess in to our high traffic areas. The carpet no longer looks like it was trampled by a herd of elephants! I also liked that the cleaner came with a hose and tough stain tool and could get at some of those hard to reach spots-in corners and by the couch legs. I wish it extended a bit more but it was still very useful. The cleaner was easy to assemble and clean and the instructions were easy to understand. I love the fact that with this carpet cleaner I can tackle messes and dirt frequently and save money on more expensive carpet cleaning services!!

My living room rug was in bad shape but I was hesitant to purchase a new one yet with two cats as well as two young kids and a husband who all love to snack while sitting in the couch. I figured I would try to clean the carpet and see how that worked. This carpet cleaner did a great job and was amazingly easy to use. It is not much bigger then a regular vacuum and is just as easy to push around. With the handheld attachment I was able to clean the couch as well, it was actually kind of fun to use. I am embarrassed about how dirty the water that was pulled out was, but the rug looks a million times better. I love that there were two containers, one for the clean water and one for the dirty water. One of the reasons I hesitated to do this for so long was I didn't want to deal with cleaning up the carpet cleaner and waiting for the rug to dry. This was not a problem at all. The water containers pop out easily and are easy to rinse and it even comes with a little tool to keep the floor suction part clean. And my carpet was not damp for long at all. There is an express option of you really don't have a lot of time to let it dry and just need to do a quick clean but even the deep clean mode didn't take that long long either. The only thing I would change is to add a longer cord as I had to switch outlets but that wasn't that bad. I feel like I will be less stressed when the cats make a mess or the kids spill in the future knowing I can easily give the rug and couch a cleaning. First I just have to say WOW! I have 2 cats at home and a toddler so we have a lot that floats around and gets rubbed into the carpet. This cleaner picked up so much! It came in a large box and was very easy to put together. Everything pretty much clicks into place. The water tank for this is the perfect size for my large room both on the deep clean line and the quick clean line. I love that there are two setting on this device. It allows me to do a deep clean a couple times a month and do a quick clean in-between when it needs it. The machine is lighter than the last one I had which is very nice, and the hose attachments make it easier to get around furniture. The noise level on this one is about normal for cleaners, a little quieter than my last machine I think. The only negative I have is that the clean tank doesn't click in really, so when you get less water in it it can be knocked off the top. It does have a mechanism that keeps water from spilling out if it falls, but it is not toddler/big dog proof in that regard. Overall I really enjoy this cleaner and it's functions and I recommend it if you are looking for a multipurpose machine for your cleaning needs. This thing was great! I received this as part of the Stellar Product Testing panel and we used in both our house and our car. We have kids and pets and you know how hard it can be to get those messes cleaned up, well fret no more! This thing sucks, in the best way possible. It brought our car carpets back to showroom condition and cleaned up the house with ease!

I received this product through Stellar Panel and boy did it come at a great time! We just got a new puppy and so accidents are prone to happen for these first few weeks/months. I was a bit nervous about trying this out as most heavy duty carpet cleaners are quite a pain in the butt to set up, maintain, and clean - so unless there was a HUGE mess I wasn't really planning on taking it out. I was pleasantly surprised to find out how incredibly easy it is to take out of the coat closet, fill up and dump the dirty water. I'm using it for minor spills as well now and the entire process from setting up to cleaning the carpet, to cleaning the buckets takes about five minutes. Did I mention we also have a 3 year old and 1.5 year old? Our carpets have never looked better! I'm sure my kids are happier too as the messes they make get a lot less frustration from me knowing they'll come up super quick and we can all move on. Highly recommend this for a residential purposes as it stores super easy as well.

I was given this carpet cleaner to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I was excited, but skeptical of the TurboClean™ DualPro Pet cleaner as I usually pay for an expensive service to clean the stains out of my carpets. That is not a viable option very often so my carpets suffer and always have stains. The carpet in my basement is especially stained because of the high traffic with kids. My kids inevitably bring food and drinks downstairs for movies and I am always having to clean the carpet. I used the TurboClean right away and surprisingly, it did a very good job of lifting the stains. On some of my very old stains, it definitely lifted and lightened, but did not fully get rid of it. On almost all the other stains, they were gone in a matter of seconds!!!! We used the deep clean function and the hoses worked very well. There is an express clean mode that I will try next time. I could not believe how dirty the water was when we poured it out. It is easy to use. Intuitive design. Easy to assemble, clean and store. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the product. I am excited and relieved to have it on hand and know this appliance will be on rotation in my house.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to use???? Even the power buttons hidden and you have to gave a treasure map to find it. It leaks water everywhere if you carry it more than half a fool and trying to use the solution without simultaneously sucking the water up is pretty much impossible. I finally gave up, went on hands and knees, scrubbed and just used the suction feature. Did the 8x10 area rug, a 4x6 rug and the other 4x6 the dog got sick on went into the trash and so did the Bissell!!!! Granted, it's not the top of the line but even so, it's too much money to waste

This carpet cleaner was super simple to put together - 4 pieces to click together and you're ready to start cleaning! The instructions were super simple to follow and it look less than 5 minutes from receiving to set up complete. The cleaner is light weight and came with a storage bag for attachments and tools so you don't lose them. Simple usage guide was attached to the handle of the steamer for quick reference. Using the cleaner was easy! Although the clean water tank seemed a little loose, once i got to using it it was secure and there were zero leaks. But it was clear and simple as to how to fill it up and with how much water. Super appreciative of that when cleaning in a pinch! It cleaned our garage entry rug like a pro (left side of the image attached!). The only qualms I have is that the dirty water tank was a little hard to pull out and did so abruptly. I wish the it did a little better job of drying while cleaning but, running the cleaner and then going and then going to run some errands gave it plenty of time to dry! Over all I was impressed by the quick and simple assembly and the power this light weight machine packs! I'm so thankful I received the Bissel TurboClean DualPro Pet carpet cleaner as through the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

Easy assembly and so easy to use. The deep clean mode really worked well and I was so shocked at how much dirt and dog hair it removed out of the carpet. Express mode is great if you just need a quick carpet refresh. It also comes with a hose attachment which has been a lifesaver for the couch. The best part about the whole machine is how easy it is to clean and maintain when not in use!! The dirty tank has two openings that make it effortless to get out all the dirt and debris. I was skeptical at first now this machine would work compared to previous carpet cleaners I've tried, but I was absolutely blown away with how much dirt it got out of our carpets. I had cleaned myself not too long ago with a different machine, but they still felt dirty. I was able to use it to clean our stairs, closets, & 3 bedrooms in one session and they all feel so clean now! I even used it under our bed & was shocked how much dirt and carpet fuzz it picked up all over our house. It worked like a dream! This is the closest you can get to a professional job at home. This machine looks like a no frills carpet cleaner, but it completely blew me away with how well it performed. We have an older Maltese and this also worked great on pet stains on the carpet. I was pleasantly surprised on how simple & easy the machine was to clean, too. It was much easier & faster to clean than others I've tried. It is a bit loud, but all carpet cleaners are.
