This machine was powerful and worthwhile to use. It provided the deep clean I needed for my carpets that was as sufficient as I would have expected if I had sought a professional cleaning service. I had a few very old spots on my carpet that were stained from when my dogs threw up and this carpet cleaner made it look like new. I appreciated that this offers 2 different modes for use. I liked the deep clean and used it for my thick pile rug which suffered many milk spills over the past year. The deep clean was definitely noticeable. The express clean I used in the bedrooms and although they were beneficial, I don't think I'd use this function often. Using this on my carpeted stairs proved challenging, but that was expected. The 8 foot hose definitely cam in handy for this cleaning. I am hopeful that the brand will offer a cordless option in future. The user guide was easy to follow and easy to understand. I didn't come across any directions which were ambiguous or unclear. I was given this carpet cleaner to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

I received this carpet cleaner from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. With 2 kids and 2 dogs, our carpet was in rough shape. It cleaned up old stains from spills and pets with ease. I love the express clean mode for quickly cleaning and refreshing the carpet in a room with a quick dry time. The long hose is great for cleaning tough to reach areas and was a godsend on our carpeted stairs! The tank's large capacity allowed me to clean about 1200 sqft of carpet in one fill. The clean water reservoir being on the neck of the machine makes it a bit heavy when full, but overall the machine is easy to maneuver. Cleaning out the dirty water was quick and easy but cleaning the area around the roller brush was a little more difficult. I vacuumed before using the carpet cleaner but the amount of dog hair that this picked up was awesome! I love having the ability to quickly shampoo my carpets on a regular basis now... walking barefoot on freshly cleaned carpet feels so luxurious!

I was given this carpet cleaner to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I have cream colored carpet with a small dog and 2 kids, so I had really needed to get a deep clean. This cleaner was so easy to set up and start cleaning. I was amazed at how much dirt was pulled up from my floors considering I had recently vacuumed. The express mode didn't seem to get the stains out of some problem areas on my carpet, but the deep cleaning took care of it. The carpet took a few hours to dry, so the express mode would be perfect if you're expecting people over soon, etc. The attachment was super easy to use on my couch to get some dirt stains out. After it dried, I noticed there were still some stains so I will need to do it again. I knocked off a star since I will need to go over some spots again and since there's no place to tie up the cord other than looping it over the handle. I'm loving this cleaner though and how easy it is to use!

I received the Turboclean Dualpro Pet from the Stellar Product Testing Panel in exchange for my honest review. It was quick and easy to assemble with crystal clear instructions and a quick start guide attached to the handle. I loved the quick start guide and referred to it frequently the first few times I used the carpet cleaner. I opted to first test the express clean mode in part because it required less formula and also because the instructions said the carpet would dry faster after the clean. As instructed, I turned it on, primed the spray, and began making passes back and forth on the carpet. It was simple and easy to maneuver and extremely gratifying to see the dirty water being sucked into the machine as I used it. It quickly cleaned a rather larger sized media room in ten minutes and when I checked back about 30 minutes later the carpet was almost dry! After using the carpet cleaner, clean up is a little annoying, but I am sure with time I will get quicker and more efficient with it. The one thing I haven't figured out is how to prevent it from leaking after using it. Every time I went to carry the carpet cleaner back upstairs after use, it dripped the entire way. I tested out the tough stain tool which has great reach due to its long hose. This will definitely come in handy for hard to reach spots and when I need to clean upholstery. A few suggestions, a longer retractable cord would be great and a tray to store the carpet cleaner on when not in use. Thanks for the opportunity to test it!

The carpet cleaner is really nice to remove stains, hair, and some odor without the hassle of stripping all the cushions and re-stuffing them. It did a nice job, but not as good as the washing machine. I like that the carpet cleaner penetrates both the cover and the cushion beneath to some extent. It didn't suck the water out quite as much as I'd hoped, but I will continue to use to spruce out my couch between I was given this carpet cleaner to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. This carpet cleaner is a game changer. I was horrified and impressed with what came out of my carpets after using the TurboClean™ DualPro Pet. The amount of pet hair alone was shocking. I have a single cat and vacuum often but the DualPro Pet still removed tons of hair. I couldn't believe what I saw in the tank after cleaning. Deep clean is an understatement. The photo is after cleaning the carpet in a bedroom with very light use/traffic. The machine was incredibly easy to get set up and start using and easy to empty and clean after use. The upright design made it really easy to cover a large area quickly. The hose and tough stain tool is really handy, perfect for spot cleaning upholstery. I love that it has both deep clean and express clean modes. I use express clean in the evening and it is completely dry by morning. I feel like I can actually stay on top of keeping everything clean now. With two little kids in the house, I feel so much better knowing that I have thoroughly cleaned the floors that they play on everyday. I highly recommend this cleaner! Up until recently I had always treated carpet stains with some pet-grade spray and thought that was good enough. Holy cow I had no idea how gross my carpets were until I used this! It really went in and brought up layers and layers of staining I didn't even know were there and I love it! I have two dogs, a toddler and an infant and mostly carpet in my home. There is ALWAYS something to clean and often I have to do it quickly and with one arm (baby in the other). The tough stain tool was perfect for this. It is probably my favorite feature as often times I just need to take care of a localized mess and not deep clean the whole area. (Express mode is also great for this!) I only wish it had an internal heating mechanism to keep water hot, but I'm pretty sure omitting it has made it light weight and easy to maneuver so that's a win in my book. I received this product as partners of the Stellar Product Testing Panel and I am so glad that I did! It's absolutely wonderful.

I received the TurboClean DualPro pet in exchange for a review from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I am so happy with this carpet cleaner, it has become one of my favorite/must have household items! I love my dogs but they leave my house a mess. I have a German Shepard and a mini schnauzer. Between the shedding and occasional doggy accidents on the carpet I am constantly cleaning up after them. This carpet cleaner made cleaning up so easy and quick. My dogs tend to pee on the carpet in our closet and there were several stains. I used the deep clean mode with the cleaner and the stains lifted out of the carpet completely (this was even without pretreating the stains). I was able to clean my entire closet within 15-20 minutes. The machine was sometimes heavy for me to push but I was 37 weeks pregnant while cleaning and overall I found it easy to use. I used the express clean mode along with the hose attachment to clean my couch. The hose was great! It was long enough that I did not have to keep pulling the machine with me while cleaning the couch. It was so effective and with the express mode my couch was dry within an hour. I highly recommend this product and have been telling my family and friends that this is something they need to invest in! It is quick to assemble, easy to use and provides great results. The proof is in the pudding when you see the water at the end of your cleaning and you can see all of the dirt that was removed.

We are so grateful to have received the Bissell TurboClean DualPro Pet as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. We own another (more expensive) Bissell carpet cleaner but this cleaner is our family's new go-to cleaner. The assembly was very easy, and the directions were simple to follow and understand. We loved the two separate tanks for clean and dirty water. This helped ensure that the old smells the cleaner picked up were not redistributed into our carpet. This also allowed for the cleaning of the machine after use to be a quick and painless process versus our other cleaner's dual tank bladder design. The suction that this carpet cleaner was able to achieve is hands down the best! After making one or two passes on a section of carpet, the carpet itself looked amazing and felt only slightly damp. Within just over an hour both our carpet and pad were completely dry to the touch. The cleaner also came with a separate hose, hand-tools, and carrying bag. My husband liked that this was not attached to the machine to potentially get in his way during the carpet cleaning process. In summary, the appearance of this cleaner seems a bit barebones. However, the performance of the machine is hands down AMAZING! We will never rent again and will be replacing our old cleaning machine with this one.
