Assembly was very easy and straightforward (the best kind) and took no time at all. From unboxing to functional was maybe 10 minutes and that was with two toddlers constantly demanding my attention. The clear instructions made this entirely possible. Cleaning the machine after use was also very straight forward and they supply a handy hair-removing tool which was ah-mazing. I love that there are two modes available: deep clean and express clean, and enjoyed them both for separate reasons. I personally would use deep clean for all initial cleaning and problematic spots. I had the best visible results of SO much grime in the dirty tank after using deep clean mode and the carpet not only looked but smelled amazing afterwards. It took about 4 hours for my carpet to totally dry after deep cleaning. Express clean also did a good job and dried within an hour, which is a huge bonus when you are trying to beat the clock. I didn't notice quite as much grime coming out on express clean vs. deep clean, but it was still noticeably cleaner. The hand-held tool was a wonder to use and made those tough corners so much easier to reach instead of calling them a lose (as I usually did with other cleaners because the hand-held tool never wanted to work!). The only improvements I would suggest is the clean water tank doesn't feel the most secure when attaching it onto the machine. This never inhibited the cleaner's performance of of this amazing carpet cleaner! I have two *extremely* messy toddlers, a large dog, and a mechanic husband who never takes off his shoes and this machine did a beautiful job fulfilling it's promise of a clean carpet! The TurboClean™ DualPro Pet from Bissell gets the job done! With two cats, two dogs, and a toddler running around our house, the rugs get messy and stains are a common occurrence. This rug cleaner made our hall carpet look brand new. Upon first opening the box, I notice that the rug cleaner is very light before you add any water or cleaner which I appreciate. The water/cleaner tub has several markings on it depending on whether you are using a deep clean or quick clean cycle. It's very easy to measure the appropriate levels based on the markings. The instructions were easy to follow, but honestly it would be very easy to figure out without the whole manual. It's very user friendly.The rug cleaner came with samples of two different cleaning solutions which is nice to try them out before buying a full sized product. The cleaner has four rows of brushes underneath which helps to really rub the cleaning solution into the stains. I mostly used the deep clean cycle to help with smells and stains. My carpet was not too wet after using the cleaner. I've had experiences with other cleaners where the rugs got too wet and warped. Not the case with this one!The hose attachment is quite long so can really reach far helping with cleaning our stairs. I also used the hose attachment to clean some yogurt stains on our couch and it worked like a charm.The dirty and clean water tanks are so easy to take in and out, simple pulling removes them. I appreciate a product that lets me get the job done with easy to follow and simple steps. And cleaning it is as easy as removing the tank and pulling a stopper/plug. The only thing I'd change would be for there to be a separation between the cleaning solution and the clean water so that you can add water as you go. Also just be careful to grab the green handle in the middle to carry it rather than the blue handle on top which lifts off the clean water chamber! This carpet cleaner did a great job cleaning my bedroom carpets. There has been a lot of rain and my dog tracks in wet paws consistently. While the carpet may not show stains, this carpet cleaner cleaned a lot of dirt. The express mode is really nice for quick touchups. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new Bissell steam cleaner made my carpet look even worse than before I started. The darn thing leaked all over leaving extra stains after my carpet dried. It only did not remove the stains, my carpet looked worse after it dried. I am Not a fan.

Up until recently I had always treated carpet stains with some pet-grade spray and thought that was good enough. Holy cow I had no idea how gross my carpets were until I used this! It really went in and brought up layers and layers of staining I didn't even know were there and I love it! I have two dogs, a toddler and an infant and mostly carpet in my home. There is ALWAYS something to clean and often I have to do it quickly and with one arm (baby in the other). The tough stain tool was perfect for this. It is probably my favorite feature as often times I just need to take care of a localized mess and not deep clean the whole area. (Express mode is also great for this!) I only wish it had an internal heating mechanism to keep water hot, but I'm pretty sure omitting it has made it light weight and easy to maneuver so that's a win in my book. I had high hopes for this machine but it unfortunately didn't work for me. It definitely gets high marks for clear, easy to follow instructions and ease of putting together. I was a little intimidated opening the box but everything is well packaged, clearly labeled, and easy to assemble. I decided to start small and use the hose and attachment to clean sofa cushions. The machine leaked all over my wood floors. I stopped the machine several times and tried trouble shooting but couldn't not figure out how to stop the leak. Despite the leaking, it did do a decent job of cleaning. It couldn't get some spots out, but it made a big improvement to the look of the cushions. I then tried the machine on my carpets to see how it did. It was able to lift most spots and stains but couldn't make a dent in others. I also had leaking issues on the carpet, but only if I left the machine sitting with water in the dirty water tank. The dirty water just leaked right back into the carpet. I tried both cleaning settings on the carpet - express and deep clean. The express clean did dry pretty quickly, so I was impressed by that. I found the machine a little hard to maneuver on my carpets and it occasionally would get really loud, as if the motor was struggling. I took a pause to empty the dirty water tank whenever it did that and it helped a bit. Overall, I think this may be a good machine and I may just have a faulty one. The company did reach out with some troubleshooting instructions which I will try and then try cleaning another carpet in my house and see if it helps. * I received this product as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just bought it today, were excited to use after seeing the reviews. It worked for about 30 min then shut off and won't power up. Made sure the brush was free to spin, to the tanks off, put them back on and switched outlets. Still no power at all.

I used the Bissell TurboClean DualPro Pet to clean our carpets and rugs. I was amazed how dirty the water was empty at the end. It did a great job getting out new and set in stains. It was super easy to put together from the box and easy to use. I used the express clean mode, which worked well for its purpose, but it does not get a real deep clean. The hose is a nice length and good for cleaning stairs and furniture. My favorite part was cleanup. It was very easy to clean the tanks and put away. We have a Golden Retriever mix dog, a Siamese cat and four energetic kids so having messes on our floors and carpets is a common and frustrating occurrence. I was so excited when we received the TurboClean DualPro Pet Carpet Cleaner from Stellar Product Testing Panel to try out! We've had other carpet cleaners in the past and they were so heavy and bulky that we didn't get them out of storage very often because of the hassle. But this Bissell Pet Carpet Cleaner is surprisingly lightweight and easy to carry and roll around! I also love that it has a much smaller footprint than older models of carpet cleaners. Since we live in a smaller home and have limited storage space this was definitely an added bonus and probably some of the top reasons why I love this carpet cleaner. This machine was very user friendly and easy to use. The instructions to get started are straightforward and clear. With pets and kids in our home, we have a mix of messes and some darker spots on our carpet especially in our living room where we spend most of our time. I also have varying amounts of time to devote to cleaning based on our crazy schedule so I loved the fact that there are two modes and this way you are able to customize your particular needs throughout your home. There are definitely certain stains and messes that required more of a Deep Clean so I appreciated that I was able to use that option. And the Express Clean is great option when I don't need to or am not able to spend as much time cleaning. I used both modes and they seem to do a great job for what they are programmed to do. The DualPro really does have strong cleaning power and was able to get out some of the most stubborn stains. I also love that it neutralizes odor-causing bacteria as well as deep cleans. It is also pretty quick and does not leave the carpet sopping wet like others I've used. It's very lightweight and comfortable to use and overall I was really impressed with the results!

This carpet cleaner is a game changer. I was horrified and impressed with what came out of my carpets after using the TurboClean™ DualPro Pet. The amount of pet hair alone was shocking. I have a single cat and vacuum often but the DualPro Pet still removed tons of hair. I couldn't believe what I saw in the tank after cleaning. Deep clean is an understatement. The photo is after cleaning the carpet in a bedroom with very light use/traffic. The machine was incredibly easy to get set up and start using and easy to empty and clean after use. The upright design made it really easy to cover a large area quickly. The hose and tough stain tool is really handy, perfect for spot cleaning upholstery. I love that it has both deep clean and express clean modes. I use express clean in the evening and it is completely dry by morning. I feel like I can actually stay on top of keeping everything clean now. With two little kids in the house, I feel so much better knowing that I have thoroughly cleaned the floors that they play on everyday. I highly recommend this cleaner!
