I was given this product as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I LOVE this thing. Let me start with some background. I have a small dog, children, and a messy spouse. We have LVP in our home, LOTS of rugs, and some carpet in bedrooms. Our rugs get filthy and our bedrooms need cleaned often. I used to have one of the spot cleaning machines from another brand, but when it broke, I wanted to get something larger to do an entire room. The machine I purchased did not have a separate hose to do small areas, and I regretted buying it. THIS product has the best of both worlds! You can clean an entire house or just a small spill. I found this carpet cleaner to be amazing at getting out messes and even stains that were left behind from previous cleaning adventures. The hose was just long enough for what I needed, and the tough stain tool works amazingly. I tried out the express clean mode, but honestly, if I'm going to the trouble to clean, I will probably just use the normal setting. Removal of the tank was super easy, and everything comes apart easily so you can CLEAN IT! My old spot cleaner was such a bear to clean, and even after it was "cleaned," it stunk because I could never quite get into ever groove. 10/10 would recommend this to anyone wanting a carpet cleaner. NOT just for pet owners, everyone!

The Bissel Turboclean Dualpro Pet deep carpet cleaner worked wonders on my heavily used living room carpet. With 3 young kids and a dog the carpet and the furniture gets a lot of use. This carpet cleaner got up a coffee stain from my husband that had been there for months! The hose attachment made getting spots off the arms of my sofa and chairs easy. The cleaner is easy to get together and easy to take apart to clean. I was able to get everything together and ready to get started in just a few minutes. I did the deep clean in my living room but used the express clean option in the bedrooms and hallways. The instructions are clear and easy to follow and the sample cleaning liquid smelled really nice. My favorite feature is how the dirty water collection container stays upright even when I tilted the handle. It ensured no dirty water splashed around my freshly cleaned floors. This carpet cleaner is solid and strong. I will be using this for years to come I am sure. Wow. Just wow. I have never used a carpet cleaner before that was so easy, so effective, and so light! The set-up is super intuitive - you'll be cleaning your carpets in less than 10 minutes from opening the box. We have 4 children, 3 dogs, and one potty-training puppy, so I was thrilled when I received the TurboClean™ DualPro Pet as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. Our carpets are GROSS. In one sweep, the carpets felt softer and fresher than with previous cleaners. I was impressed by how much water it pulled up, especially considering how light and moveable it is. One tank of water+cleaner required emptying the dirty water tank 3x - which is super easy and quick. Overall- wonderful! I would absolutely recommend TurboClean™ DualPro Pet to anyone looking for a deep clean who is short on time and energy! And that price point- wow. This carpet cleaner is a deal.

Easy assembly and so easy to use. The deep clean mode really worked well and I was so shocked at how much dirt and dog hair it removed out of the carpet. Express mode is great if you just need a quick carpet refresh. It also comes with a hose attachment which has been a lifesaver for the couch. The best part about the whole machine is how easy it is to clean and maintain when not in use!! The dirty tank has two openings that make it effortless to get out all the dirt and debris. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cleaner does what it is supposed to do, but that's not a hard goal to hit, it's really kind of a no-brainer and should be the standard for purchasing a product. i've had to replace a torn drive belt before a year of ownership. There is also alot of hair around the belt driven gears on the side of the vacuum and it seems that there hasn't been enough emphasis ,during the design phase, to really make the belt-access area on the side a hair, dust, and water-free location. I've noticed rust forming on the belt drive gears themselves. Which indicates to me, who's a mechanic, that there was not enough emphasis placed on the design of this area of the cleaner... (in a carpet cleaner, that uses water)... I had figured the thought of water on metal corrosion inside of a carpet cleaner system would've been an already worked out problem by a major corporation like bissell, I guess I was wrong.

Let me start out by saying we received the Bissell Tuboclean Dualpro Pet carpet cleaner from stellar panel in exchange for an honest review. Let's start out with what our initial impression was for the carpet cleaner. The Bissell carpet cleaner is a great looking piece of equipment and the colors are appealing. The product seemed very sturdy when moving it around and exploring all the different features. We reviewed the instructions and felt confident enough to take it for a spin. Let me add that we were VERY excited to try this out! We not only have 2 kids but we also have a 95 lb dog that loves to lay in the dirt outside before coming back into the house. Thoughts of having a clean carpet regularly was pretty exciting. Unfortunately we found our first thing we didn't like when we started to prep the tank for use. The top tank is merely secured by a gasket at the base and a small slot on the back. We did experience the tank popping off when we caught a corner of a wall. While the weight of the tank does assist holding the tank on the carpet cleaner it doesn't guarantee it will stop it from coming off. Was this a deal breaker? Nope, the carpet cleaner was that good. We decided to go with the deep clean vs the quick clean since this was our first round. All I have to say is WOW! We used the bissell clean and natural pet cleaner and loved it. I was shocked at how BLACK the water was after cleaning the carpet. emptying the tank after use or changing the water out was just as easy as the initial setup. Unfortunately I did find one more thing I didn't like about the Bissell carpet cleaner. I really wished they had made the brush head removeable to assist with cleaning the machine at the end. We did receive a tool with the machine to help clean the brush of any hair or carpet that gets stuck in them. Again, this isn't a big negative but it is up their for me personally. I am 7 months pregnant, have 2 young sons (3 messy boys if you count my husband haha) and a large fur baby (Labrador). If that doesn't explain the mess on any carpet in my house then I don't know what will. The TurboClean™ DualPro Pet was really easy to assemble, use and clean even with my massive belly and clumsy self. The manual has great info so don't skip it. I liked how it recommended how many passes to do with soap and without. I think this is what helped get almost all of the stains out that were on my carpets and cream bar stools. I only needed one use to get the majority out and I am super impressed. The express mode helped a lot too when I had time to immediately attack some spilled juice or ground in Cheetos. I loved how I can detach the hose and tough stain tool to clean and store. A bag is provided where I can put everything together and hang it on the handle of the machine so everything stays together. I have to say my favorite thing about this machine would have been how solid the water tanks are (odd I know), but the handles like to pop off. Such a bummer. When I had the clean water tank filled and was replacing it, the handle popped off almost half the time. Luckily the tank is super sturdy and didn't break. A little bottom support helped prevent that so not a huge deal. The only other problem I had was how messy it was using the hose and stain tool. Water got everywhere. I'm not saying carpet cleaning is the easiest thing to do but it shoots water out the sides so you have to clean the surrounding area as well as your furniture. Those are the reasons I have given it only 4 stars. So now my favorite thing has to be where the front suction panel comes off for cleaning. Dog hair is always left over so I can just take it off, rinse in the sink and replace. Done. No more messing with the stick provide to help with that. I was thrilled when I learned that I'd be getting a TurboClean™ DualPro Pet to review through the Stellar Product Testing Panel! The DualPro Pet felt super sturdy and well engineered: the pieces really click together in a satisfying way. The first project I tackled was my bedroom rug, which I dragged to a tile floor so that I wouldn't damage my bedroom hardwood floor. I vacuumed it really well with my regular vacuum and then used the Pro Max Clean + Protect solution that came with the DualPro Pet to clean the rug. MAN the dirty water that came off that rug was dirty. And the solution smelled good and the instructions were clear, I thought it was a great success! My only concern was that there seemed to be clumps of rug fibers being pulled off the rug. If the rug had been more precious I would have worried about it, but ultimately I don't think there was any noticeable damage. Next I tried the living room carpet with the stains and cat pee, and those stains and smells came right out! Again I saw some clumps of rug fibers coming up, but nothing too concerning. There were a few times that I struggled to keep the machine going in a straight line, it kept wanting to veer to the side, but overall it was easy to manage. I did want to try out the hose and tough stain tool, so I used them on my carpeted runner on my stairs. I struggled a little bit here because the sprayer wouldn't work unless the machine was above the level of the stairs I was spraying. Ultimately I figured it out, though, and I ended up with some seriously dirty water after cleaning the stairs! I do have to say that the machine was a bit annoyingly loud when it was on the hardwood floor, though when I used it on the rug or carpet it didn't bother me. I was also concerned that the machine would damage my hardwood floor while I was using the hose and tough stain tool because the manual warns about this, but the brushes actually stopped spinning and I didn't worry about damage to the floor.
