I did our bedrooms not really any spots but after new windows and some construction I wanted to freshen up. The carpet scrubber went well. I was surprised how quickly you have to empty the dirty water at about half way. The problem is the hose attachment. I used on stairs a poor center stream did not fan spray. Then when I moved the vacuum to the floor, and needed to do the bottom stairs it would not spray. We checked absolutely everything the support line is sending a new hose If this is the best the hand held works. I will return machine. Also when removing the dirty water tank it drips out the bottom. I had to hold it on its side poor design

I received the TurboClean DualPro Pet carpet cleaner as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel when I was 38 weeks pregnant; timing was perfect with the final nesting process! I was able to easily assemble the vacuum and get started cleaning. I used this on the carpets in all our bedrooms and it made a huge difference as you can clearly see in the photos. I used the express mode in my children's rooms and it was fully dry an hour later. I used deep clean in our room and although it took longer to dry than express mode it was still dry within a few hours. I was really impressed with the results- I thought our carpets were fairly clean but clearly I was wrong. The hose spot clean tool was really useful for getting out a tough rust stain from under a chair. Though heavier than a vacuum, the carpet cleaner was easy enough to use- even at 38 weeks pregnant. Because it's so easy and dries so quickly I plan to use the express mode on all my carpets on a regular basis to keep things clean. All in all a great product I highly recommend.

The darn thing leaked all over leaving extra stains after my carpet dried. It only did not remove the stains, my carpet looked worse after it dried. I am Not a fan.

I was able to try this product through the Stellar Panel, and it was fantastic. The TurboClean™ DualPro Pet carpet cleaner done a great job getting that hard to reach dirt out of the carpeted areas of my home. I used deep clean function hoping that I can now used the express clean more often to keep up on the mess... my house is only 2 years old, I didn't realize how much dirt you can accumulate in that amount of time. With 2 small kids, and a husband who works in excavating it sure did build up quick. Now that we have cleaner carpets we will more mindful of wearing our shoes in the house. This product was easy to use. I did read the manual before even trying to use the sweeper in fear that I would break it before I even got to use it. It was easy to read and I had no issues setting up or operating the sweeper. I am thrilled to have had the opportunity to try this carpet cleaner through the Stellar Panel! Thanks a bunch!

We have light colored carpeting and a big fluffy black cat who sheds like crazy and has the unfortunate habit of coughing up hairballs only on our light colored carpet. Right out of the box this cleaner is super simple to put together. The instructions are clear and concise and it's basically intuitive how it all fits together. After a couple of passes on my carpet, it was noticeably cleaner. Not only did it lift the dirt and stains, but it brushed off the cat fur which was embedded in my carpet fibers (despite constant vacuuming). My carpet is cream again! I love that there is a "green" cleaning solution option, as I try to keep the chemical load in our house very light. I used the tough stain tool and hose on one particularly tough stain and it worked great after several passes. One of my favorite features is the weight. At only twelve pounds, it is easy to carry up and down stairs and all over the house! This is a powerful little cleaning machine that everyone with pets and kids should own. There are many great features of this carpet cleaner that made me very impressed. I really appreciate how there is an express mode and a deep-clean mode, depending on the damage done to your carpet and how much time you have to clean. The suction is really strong - I didn't need any fans to dry out the carpet and my floors felt dry within a few hours, with no musty smell. It is extremely easy to assemble and to clean out - there are many pieces to it but that didn't bother me at all, and it is as easy to store as a standard vacuum. I am not as impressed with the hose, which is supposed to be used to clean off cushions. I used this cleaner to clean my outdoor patio cushions, and ended up using the main cleaner instead of the hose. I do wish the hose had a rotating brush so it would clean better. My favorite part of this product is how well it actually cleaned our carpet and got out all of the dog hair. We had our carpet professionally cleaned just a few months prior to me using this, and it still pulled a lot of dirt out. I also really like how the cleaning solution is eco-friendly and safe around kids and pets - it actually smelled really good! I received this product through the Stellar Product Testing Panel. This carpet cleaner is amazing. I live on a ranch and have 4 dogs plus children. Needless to say, our house has a lot of dirt and hair! It got old stains out that I never thought would come out. I tried all of the modes and tools and they all worked great. The deep clean mode was amazing and brought new life to my carpets. The express clean is nice for quick refresher in between deep cleans. Assembly and taking apart for cleaning were a breeze. Overall, I am so happy to have this product. I was amazed how much dirt was hiding in my carpets even after vacuuming! I will continue to use this to keep my home clean!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this to replace a 30 year old Hoover that still works just not as well as it used to. The Bissell was easy to assemble, is lightweight, and easy to use. I used it once to do my living room and when I was finished I noticed the brush was not spinning. After checking the brush and belt, both seemed to be in good shape. I know it was working when I started but have no idea when it stopped. I really wanted to like this machine, especially after seeing how good of a job it was doing, but if the brush doesn't work it isn't nearly as good of a machine. I will be contacting Bissell but am prepared to switch to a different machine and company.

As a mom of three kids and two dogs, we don't lack for messes to clean! I love the attachments and how lightweight the steam cleaner is. I have had one in the past and it was SO much heavier! The cleaner worked well and I would definitely recommend! My only complaint is that after the first use, it stopped working for a time. After extensive troubleshooting, I believe the issue was that the clean water tank wasn't seated properly. This caused no water to flow through the cleaner. I'm sure it was partially user error, but I did spend quite a bit of time messing around with it to get it to work. Overall, 4/5! I received the product through the Stellar Product Testing Panel for my honest review. Overall this is a really impressive cleaner. It was super easy to put together, light, and easy to maneuver. I liked the power of the deep clean and felt that it did a really good job, especially on my rugs. I also love the quickness of the quick clean option for the inbetweens and on spots. The accessories for upholstery and spot cleaning where easy to setup and use, making spot and upholstery clean up a breeze. They also came in handy bag for storage, and so I wouldn't lose any of the parts. Clean up really is a breeze though emptying the water tank was a little awkward in order to get all the dirty water out the only thing that I would change about this unit to make it the best carpet cleaner I've ever used was for it to heat the water. Overall I highly recommend this carpet cleaner!
