The Bissel Turboclean Dualpro Pet deep carpet cleaner worked wonders on my heavily used living room carpet. With 3 young kids and a dog the carpet and the furniture gets a lot of use. This carpet cleaner got up a coffee stain from my husband that had been there for months! The hose attachment made getting spots off the arms of my sofa and chairs easy. The cleaner is easy to get together and easy to take apart to clean. I was able to get everything together and ready to get started in just a few minutes. I did the deep clean in my living room but used the express clean option in the bedrooms and hallways. The instructions are clear and easy to follow and the sample cleaning liquid smelled really nice. My favorite feature is how the dirty water collection container stays upright even when I tilted the handle. It ensured no dirty water splashed around my freshly cleaned floors. This carpet cleaner is solid and strong. I will be using this for years to come I am sure. I received the TurboClean DualPro Pet carpet cleaner as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel when I was 38 weeks pregnant; timing was perfect with the final nesting process! I was able to easily assemble the vacuum and get started cleaning. I used this on the carpets in all our bedrooms and it made a huge difference as you can clearly see in the photos. I used the express mode in my children's rooms and it was fully dry an hour later. I used deep clean in our room and although it took longer to dry than express mode it was still dry within a few hours. I was really impressed with the results- I thought our carpets were fairly clean but clearly I was wrong. The hose spot clean tool was really useful for getting out a tough rust stain from under a chair. Though heavier than a vacuum, the carpet cleaner was easy enough to use- even at 38 weeks pregnant. Because it's so easy and dries so quickly I plan to use the express mode on all my carpets on a regular basis to keep things clean. All in all a great product I highly recommend.

I received the TurboClean Dual Pet Pro as part of the Stellar Product Review Testing Panel. As a previous user of Bissel carpet cleaners I had high hopes for this carpet cleaner. I have two kids, two dogs and a cat, so have frequent hard to get out carpet stains. The TurboClean is fairly light weight and easy to carry from room to room, however it is LOUD. It works well getting pet stains out if caught immediately, but if you discover something later, it may be tough. Also, if you are using the small attachment nozzle you will always end up with puddle from the main vacuum portion. This has been an issue with past Bissel carpet cleaners and still hasn't been resolved. All in all it's decent, but not some kind of magic carpet stain remover we all want :)

I recently received the TurboClean™ DualPro Pet carpet cleaner from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I was excited to use it as our whole basement is carpeted and gets used frequently by our three little kids and our cat - I'm not sure who makes the biggest mess. Set up for the machine was not difficult. I have tried carpet cleaners in the past so I knew what to expect, but the manual was clear and I was off and running quite quickly. The first time I did the carpet I used the regular mode and ewwww, even though my carpets generally look clean and a vacuumed regularly, the color of the water after was so dirty! Subsequent runs with the TurboClean™ DualPro Pet became less and less dirty. I also appreciated the Express Clean feature that I could do during nap time so the kids could still play in the basement later in the day. My small adorable cat makes some pretty gross messes so I like that this carpet cleaner is meant for pets. Truly, that seven pound ball of fur creates more carpet messes than the kids. I've tried to spot clean her vomit (sorry TMI) with the cleaner which helped, but I've found that it's better to do my usual blotting with a separate cleaner and once it looks good then go over the spot with the TurboClean™ DualPro Pet. It is the only real fault I have with the cleaner. Overall, it leaves my carpet much cleaner, it's easy to use, and easy to store. I'm happy to have it in my home!

I recently had the opportunity to conduct an in-home test of this product thanks to the team at the Stellar Product Testing Panel to see how it works in real world conditions. It's a solid carpet cleaner considering it's intended purpose (consumer grade home use) but the stains that other cleaners have left behind are still present-this did a solid job (as proved by the filthy water in the tank lost-cleaning!) but didn't blow me away like the occasional professional steaming does. Where I think this product fills a niche is with the express mode and the hose tool. Express mode is outstanding to clean up after a small toddler spill or pet stain without having to avoid a wet area for 24 hours or more like other cleaners. I also found the hose to be a great tool in an automotive application. I have yet to use any other consumer cleaning tool with that versatility. All in all, it's an easy to use, easy to handle cleaner that can handle most jobs you'll ask of it. For the price it's worth checking out.

Wow. Just wow. I have never used a carpet cleaner before that was so easy, so effective, and so light! The set-up is super intuitive - you'll be cleaning your carpets in less than 10 minutes from opening the box. We have 4 children, 3 dogs, and one potty-training puppy, so I was thrilled when I received the TurboClean™ DualPro Pet as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. Our carpets are GROSS. In one sweep, the carpets felt softer and fresher than with previous cleaners. I was impressed by how much water it pulled up, especially considering how light and moveable it is. One tank of water+cleaner required emptying the dirty water tank 3x - which is super easy and quick. Overall- wonderful! I would absolutely recommend TurboClean™ DualPro Pet to anyone looking for a deep clean who is short on time and energy! And that price point- wow. This carpet cleaner is a deal.

I used the Bissell TurboClean DualPro Pet to clean our carpets and rugs. I was amazed how dirty the water was empty at the end. It did a great job getting out new and set in stains. It was super easy to put together from the box and easy to use. I used the express clean mode, which worked well for its purpose, but it does not get a real deep clean. The hose is a nice length and good for cleaning stairs and furniture. My favorite part was cleanup. It was very easy to clean the tanks and put away. I had high hopes for this machine but it unfortunately didn't work for me. It definitely gets high marks for clear, easy to follow instructions and ease of putting together. I was a little intimidated opening the box but everything is well packaged, clearly labeled, and easy to assemble. I decided to start small and use the hose and attachment to clean sofa cushions. The machine leaked all over my wood floors. I stopped the machine several times and tried trouble shooting but couldn't not figure out how to stop the leak. Despite the leaking, it did do a decent job of cleaning. It couldn't get some spots out, but it made a big improvement to the look of the cushions. I then tried the machine on my carpets to see how it did. It was able to lift most spots and stains but couldn't make a dent in others. I also had leaking issues on the carpet, but only if I left the machine sitting with water in the dirty water tank. The dirty water just leaked right back into the carpet. I tried both cleaning settings on the carpet - express and deep clean. The express clean did dry pretty quickly, so I was impressed by that. I found the machine a little hard to maneuver on my carpets and it occasionally would get really loud, as if the motor was struggling. I took a pause to empty the dirty water tank whenever it did that and it helped a bit. Overall, I think this may be a good machine and I may just have a faulty one. The company did reach out with some troubleshooting instructions which I will try and then try cleaning another carpet in my house and see if it helps. * I received this product as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. This deep clean carpet cleaner is not only easy to use, but it cleans beautifully. I love that it has 2 modes so if I need to do a quick clean I have that option as well as a deep clean. The 2 separate ta ks are really nice and hold more than my other cleaner has so I don't have to dump and refill as often. The long hose is such a nice feature because I dont have to pull the thing across the floor or down the steps. It is lighter and easier to maneuver, and it is really easy to assemble and clean. The tough stain tool is nice but isn't as ergonomic as it could be. My favorite feature would be the two tanks ao I dont worry about spilling dirty water all over the place when they need switched out. Assembly was very easy and straightforward (the best kind) and took no time at all. From unboxing to functional was maybe 10 minutes and that was with two toddlers constantly demanding my attention. The clear instructions made this entirely possible. Cleaning the machine after use was also very straight forward and they supply a handy hair-removing tool which was ah-mazing. I love that there are two modes available: deep clean and express clean, and enjoyed them both for separate reasons. I personally would use deep clean for all initial cleaning and problematic spots. I had the best visible results of SO much grime in the dirty tank after using deep clean mode and the carpet not only looked but smelled amazing afterwards. It took about 4 hours for my carpet to totally dry after deep cleaning. Express clean also did a good job and dried within an hour, which is a huge bonus when you are trying to beat the clock. I didn't notice quite as much grime coming out on express clean vs. deep clean, but it was still noticeably cleaner. The hand-held tool was a wonder to use and made those tough corners so much easier to reach instead of calling them a lose (as I usually did with other cleaners because the hand-held tool never wanted to work!). The only improvements I would suggest is the clean water tank doesn't feel the most secure when attaching it onto the machine. This never inhibited the cleaner's performance of of this amazing carpet cleaner! I have two *extremely* messy toddlers, a large dog, and a mechanic husband who never takes off his shoes and this machine did a beautiful job fulfilling it's promise of a clean carpet!
