I was given this carpet cleaner to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. As a mom of two kids under six with a busy schedule, my favorite feature is definitely the express clean mode! It was quick and easy to use and tackled the dirt and mess in to our high traffic areas. The carpet no longer looks like it was trampled by a herd of elephants! I also liked that the cleaner came with a hose and tough stain tool and could get at some of those hard to reach spots-in corners and by the couch legs. I wish it extended a bit more but it was still very useful. The cleaner was easy to assemble and clean and the instructions were easy to understand. I love the fact that with this carpet cleaner I can tackle messes and dirt frequently and save money on more expensive carpet cleaning services!!

I had high hopes for this machine but it unfortunately didn't work for me. It definitely gets high marks for clear, easy to follow instructions and ease of putting together. I was a little intimidated opening the box but everything is well packaged, clearly labeled, and easy to assemble. I decided to start small and use the hose and attachment to clean sofa cushions. The machine leaked all over my wood floors. I stopped the machine several times and tried trouble shooting but couldn't not figure out how to stop the leak. Despite the leaking, it did do a decent job of cleaning. It couldn't get some spots out, but it made a big improvement to the look of the cushions. I then tried the machine on my carpets to see how it did. It was able to lift most spots and stains but couldn't make a dent in others. I also had leaking issues on the carpet, but only if I left the machine sitting with water in the dirty water tank. The dirty water just leaked right back into the carpet. I tried both cleaning settings on the carpet - express and deep clean. The express clean did dry pretty quickly, so I was impressed by that. I found the machine a little hard to maneuver on my carpets and it occasionally would get really loud, as if the motor was struggling. I took a pause to empty the dirty water tank whenever it did that and it helped a bit. Overall, I think this may be a good machine and I may just have a faulty one. The company did reach out with some troubleshooting instructions which I will try and then try cleaning another carpet in my house and see if it helps. * I received this product as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just bought the TurboClean DualPro PetModel No: 3067 and I'm pleased at how well in cleans my carpet. The only problem I have with it is the dirty water tank. The dirty water tank never seems to get more that one-third full before the suction stops and the tank has to be emptied. Don't know if something can be done but I don't want to do anything to it that might void the warranty. The dirty water tank is a good size but if it only gets one-third full before the suctions stops it makes for a longer time cleaning the carpet.‍

Wow. Just wow. I have never used a carpet cleaner before that was so easy, so effective, and so light! The set-up is super intuitive - you'll be cleaning your carpets in less than 10 minutes from opening the box. We have 4 children, 3 dogs, and one potty-training puppy, so I was thrilled when I received the TurboClean™ DualPro Pet as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. Our carpets are GROSS. In one sweep, the carpets felt softer and fresher than with previous cleaners. I was impressed by how much water it pulled up, especially considering how light and moveable it is. One tank of water+cleaner required emptying the dirty water tank 3x - which is super easy and quick. Overall- wonderful! I would absolutely recommend TurboClean™ DualPro Pet to anyone looking for a deep clean who is short on time and energy! And that price point- wow. This carpet cleaner is a deal.

This carpet cleaner is a game changer. I was horrified and impressed with what came out of my carpets after using the TurboClean™ DualPro Pet. The amount of pet hair alone was shocking. I have a single cat and vacuum often but the DualPro Pet still removed tons of hair. I couldn't believe what I saw in the tank after cleaning. Deep clean is an understatement. The photo is after cleaning the carpet in a bedroom with very light use/traffic. The machine was incredibly easy to get set up and start using and easy to empty and clean after use. The upright design made it really easy to cover a large area quickly. The hose and tough stain tool is really handy, perfect for spot cleaning upholstery. I love that it has both deep clean and express clean modes. I use express clean in the evening and it is completely dry by morning. I feel like I can actually stay on top of keeping everything clean now. With two little kids in the house, I feel so much better knowing that I have thoroughly cleaned the floors that they play on everyday. I highly recommend this cleaner! First, thank you Stellar Product Testing Panel for gifting me the opportunity to test the TurboClean DualPro Pet carpet cleaner. Within days of receiving the carpet cleaner my son threw up all over our couch and carpet. The TurboClean carpet cleaner was quick and easy to assemble as well as understand the instructions to clean up the mess. I was doubtful on the outcome since it was red juice but the deep cleaner worked like magic. The carpet looked brand new after using it. Since I liked the results and actually enjoyed cleaning, I continued to clean the rest of the carpets with the express clean mode. I was impressed the carpets felt so clean but not soaked in water. I even used the hose and tool on the couch, which with kids and pets it was what my life needed. Every part of the TurboClean carpet cleaner was easy to use and straight forward. I only struggled on cleaning the vacuum head after deep cleaning the puke. I honestly didn't know I needed this product in my life but now I think the carpet cleaner is a necessary tool for the house.

We have a Golden Retriever mix dog, a Siamese cat and four energetic kids so having messes on our floors and carpets is a common and frustrating occurrence. I was so excited when we received the TurboClean DualPro Pet Carpet Cleaner from Stellar Product Testing Panel to try out! We've had other carpet cleaners in the past and they were so heavy and bulky that we didn't get them out of storage very often because of the hassle. But this Bissell Pet Carpet Cleaner is surprisingly lightweight and easy to carry and roll around! I also love that it has a much smaller footprint than older models of carpet cleaners. Since we live in a smaller home and have limited storage space this was definitely an added bonus and probably some of the top reasons why I love this carpet cleaner. This machine was very user friendly and easy to use. The instructions to get started are straightforward and clear. With pets and kids in our home, we have a mix of messes and some darker spots on our carpet especially in our living room where we spend most of our time. I also have varying amounts of time to devote to cleaning based on our crazy schedule so I loved the fact that there are two modes and this way you are able to customize your particular needs throughout your home. There are definitely certain stains and messes that required more of a Deep Clean so I appreciated that I was able to use that option. And the Express Clean is great option when I don't need to or am not able to spend as much time cleaning. I used both modes and they seem to do a great job for what they are programmed to do. The DualPro really does have strong cleaning power and was able to get out some of the most stubborn stains. I also love that it neutralizes odor-causing bacteria as well as deep cleans. It is also pretty quick and does not leave the carpet sopping wet like others I've used. It's very lightweight and comfortable to use and overall I was really impressed with the results!

I received this product through the Stellar Product Testing Panel. This carpet cleaner is amazing. I live on a ranch and have 4 dogs plus children. Needless to say, our house has a lot of dirt and hair! It got old stains out that I never thought would come out. I tried all of the modes and tools and they all worked great. The deep clean mode was amazing and brought new life to my carpets. The express clean is nice for quick refresher in between deep cleans. Assembly and taking apart for cleaning were a breeze. Overall, I am so happy to have this product. I was amazed how much dirt was hiding in my carpets even after vacuuming! I will continue to use this to keep my home clean!

If you have carpeting, you probably know you're supposed to give them a routine deep cleaning. If you have carpeting + toddlers + a dog, you probably need to feel clean it more than you really want to. Between muddy paws and spilled food and drinks, I've spent a lot of time spraying/scrubbing/patting with towels/repeat on our carpets that we did buy a small, hand-held style carpet cleaner for targeted messes. For me, as much as I wanted an upright, professional style machine, I didn't want to deal with the long drying time most machines typically have. It wasn't until we received the TurboClean DualPro pet carpet cleaner from Stellar Product Testing Panel to review, did I believe that an upright cleaner can deep clean well AND quickly. Gone are the days when you run a machine and wait hours for the carpet to dry (and sometimes end up crunchy!). With the express clean mode, I cleaned our dining room and living room carpets and they were dry within the hour! And the handheld brush tool was fantastic! I was able to get some old stains out of our stairs that our other small machine couldn't get!
