Would've liked to seen it pick up the dog hair better than what it did it. collected a lot in the bottom of the machine by the brissels instead of going into tank. But did amazing job cleaning high traffic area and stains that I thought wouldn't come out!

This was was received through Stellar Panel to try out. I was thoroughly impressed with the efficiency of this product. I have 5 dogs and they track mud and other nasty stuff through my carpet and my husband's work shoes track dirt and grease from his job through the carpet. My carpet not only feels clean, looks clean, my rooms smell sooo much better after one good use! I was very impressed.

I'm 77 years old and this machine is easy for me to use, to clean, to store. I cleaned my living room carpet and it turned out so nice! I had to do it in pieces, as I can't move some of the furniture very far. The carpet dried well...usually about an hour and it was completely dry. I'm thrilled to have this machine as part of my tools. My elderly cat does cough up hairballs etc and I'm not sure why, but it seems to happen most when she's in the living room! Now I can grab my Bissel pet machine and do a quick clean. Very satisfied.

I truly loved this product! Who knew it could be so easy (and satisfying) to clean your carpets. I truly had no idea how dirty our beloved pet could make our floors! I pride myself on a clean home and after using the Turboclean Dualpro pet, I realized it previously wasn't as clean as I though but now I can be confident in its cleanliness! My Favorite feature was the accessory hose tool. It was great being able to easily reach my upholstered furniture! Oh goodness, I love this carpet cleaner! The initial setup was so simple; instructions very easy to follow. When I started to clean my carpet I noticed how extremely light it is! So my curiosity got the better of me and weighted it...just under 20lbs (with no water)!!! So if you have issues with maneuvering heavier cleaners, this is definitely the one for you! I did the regular clean (not the express) and it dried in less than 3 hours, with the ceiling fan on. My impression is the cleaner doesn't completely saturate the carpet, but dispenses just enough to do a good cleaning. The cleaner is a bit loud, but really what carpet cleaner isn't? I love my TurboClean DualPro Pet carpet cleaner. After not having deep cleaned my carpets in a couple of years, it was getting pretty grungy. Spot treating was not cutting it anymore and I was really starting to hate my carpets. The day that I received this carpet cleaner, I was able to pull it out of the box and assemble it within a few minutes. After going through the manual, I was able to get to work right away. I worked in sections and completed a large room fairly quickly, despite the fact that I was overzealous with the amount of water I released out. The nastiest stains came out of my cream-colored carpets, which I was shocked and amazed with. It did an excellent job on both the express and deep clean modes of use. The hose attachment tool was great for doing my stairs and without it I don't think I could have cleaned them. My absolute favorite part of this cleaner is that it really gets the water back out, so in about an hour the carpets are dry again. I was given this product as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I LOVE this thing. Let me start with some background. I have a small dog, children, and a messy spouse. We have LVP in our home, LOTS of rugs, and some carpet in bedrooms. Our rugs get filthy and our bedrooms need cleaned often. I used to have one of the spot cleaning machines from another brand, but when it broke, I wanted to get something larger to do an entire room. The machine I purchased did not have a separate hose to do small areas, and I regretted buying it. THIS product has the best of both worlds! You can clean an entire house or just a small spill. I found this carpet cleaner to be amazing at getting out messes and even stains that were left behind from previous cleaning adventures. The hose was just long enough for what I needed, and the tough stain tool works amazingly. I tried out the express clean mode, but honestly, if I'm going to the trouble to clean, I will probably just use the normal setting. Removal of the tank was super easy, and everything comes apart easily so you can CLEAN IT! My old spot cleaner was such a bear to clean, and even after it was "cleaned," it stunk because I could never quite get into ever groove. 10/10 would recommend this to anyone wanting a carpet cleaner. NOT just for pet owners, everyone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cleaner does what it is supposed to do, but that's not a hard goal to hit, it's really kind of a no-brainer and should be the standard for purchasing a product. i've had to replace a torn drive belt before a year of ownership. There is also alot of hair around the belt driven gears on the side of the vacuum and it seems that there hasn't been enough emphasis ,during the design phase, to really make the belt-access area on the side a hair, dust, and water-free location. I've noticed rust forming on the belt drive gears themselves. Which indicates to me, who's a mechanic, that there was not enough emphasis placed on the design of this area of the cleaner... (in a carpet cleaner, that uses water)... I had figured the thought of water on metal corrosion inside of a carpet cleaner system would've been an already worked out problem by a major corporation like bissell, I guess I was wrong.

With having two large dogs and 4 small kids, keeping carpets and upholstery clean is a next to impossible job, but not anymore! My muddy pawprint carpet and kid stained couch got the luxury treatment from the TurboClean DualPro pet! The assembly was a breeze and required no hardware or screws to complete the set up! All you do is pop into place and get on your way! Cleaning the system was a breeze too, I just wiped all the gunk and grime off the brush cage and it was ready to go! The best feature is the removable hose with the storage bag. My 2 year old had just ground s'mores pop tart into my brand new couch, so using the hose with the tough stain tool on express clean mode easily got all ground in pop tart off of my precious new couch. The carpet cleaner itself got so much dirt out of the carpet and area rug, that it shocked me! So. Much. Dirt! Overall, I am so incredibly impressed and pleased with this product.
