[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just bought the TurboClean DualPro PetModel No: 3067 and I'm pleased at how well in cleans my carpet. The only problem I have with it is the dirty water tank. The dirty water tank never seems to get more that one-third full before the suction stops and the tank has to be emptied. Don't know if something can be done but I don't want to do anything to it that might void the warranty. The dirty water tank is a good size but if it only gets one-third full before the suctions stops it makes for a longer time cleaning the carpet.‍

This deep clean carpet cleaner is not only easy to use, but it cleans beautifully. I love that it has 2 modes so if I need to do a quick clean I have that option as well as a deep clean. The 2 separate ta ks are really nice and hold more than my other cleaner has so I don't have to dump and refill as often. The long hose is such a nice feature because I dont have to pull the thing across the floor or down the steps. It is lighter and easier to maneuver, and it is really easy to assemble and clean. The tough stain tool is nice but isn't as ergonomic as it could be. My favorite feature would be the two tanks ao I dont worry about spilling dirty water all over the place when they need switched out. I received the product through the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I think I received a defective product, because it did not work properly. The cleaning solution/water did not come out of the machine very well and not much dirt was lifted into the dirty tank. Also, I think it would be better if the water and cleaning solution had separate compartments in the tank. It did move around okay and was easy enough to maneuver, but it just did not work great. The carpets were barely wet after using it. This is not the norm for Bissell products so I do think that the product I received was defective. I would recommend trying this product and if you experience the same, return it.

I received this product as a tester on the Stellar Product Testing Panels and I was very excited to clean my carpets. I used the accessories and additional cleaners sent from the packages and it did a great job cleaning my carpets. The only issue is that the carpet took 2-3 days to dry after cleaning it. Ill just be sure to keep that in mind when using the product next time. Maybe use a little less water and that may fix my issue but all in all a pretty good cleaner. It was easy to use and clean out and refill the tub to attach to the cleaner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not only have we used this carpet cleaner twice, but we have lent it to 2 friends down the street. Everyone's carpets come out looking SO FRESH. Grateful for Stellar Product Testing Panel for having us test this product. This carpet cleaner was so easy to assemble and use to clean. The instructions were helpful and we could all follow them quickly. My favorite feature are the different shampoos you are able to purchase from Bissell- we have a lot of pet messes and it was nice to be able to tailor the shampoo to the mess. I used the tough stain tool on our couch and was able to get additional kid messes out- which was wonderful and efficient! I recommend this product for anyone with pets and/or kids. It gives us such peace of mind that we can easily clean our carpets!

With three very active, sometimes messy, kids and my horrible allergies I often find my carpets in need of a good cleaning. The Bissell TurboClean DualPro Pet did an amazing job in washing away the dirt and stains from all my carpets and area rugs. I have owned a few different Bissell cleaners but this one stood out to me for a couple of reasons. This machine has a two tank system which allows the water that gets put into the carpet to remain separate from the dirty water that gets pulled back into the machine- so the only water touching my carpet was fresh and clean. I also loved the express clean feature which allowed the carpets to dry in record time. With a 45 minute drying time this cleaner gave me the ability to wash carpets at anytime of the day rather than having to wait until everyone was in bed late at night. Set up instructions were very simple to follow and cleaning the machine was also very easy. Having two levels in my home, I also found the machine to be lightweight and easy to maneuver up or down the stairs. The hose and small attachment were great for tough stains or to spot clean carpet or upholstered furniture. Overall, this cleaner is the same great quality you expect from a Bissell. It does an amazing job at cleaning and keeps my carpets looking brand new. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this carpet cleaner.

I received the TurboClean DualPro Pet carpet cleaner as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel when I was 38 weeks pregnant; timing was perfect with the final nesting process! I was able to easily assemble the vacuum and get started cleaning. I used this on the carpets in all our bedrooms and it made a huge difference as you can clearly see in the photos. I used the express mode in my children's rooms and it was fully dry an hour later. I used deep clean in our room and although it took longer to dry than express mode it was still dry within a few hours. I was really impressed with the results- I thought our carpets were fairly clean but clearly I was wrong. The hose spot clean tool was really useful for getting out a tough rust stain from under a chair. Though heavier than a vacuum, the carpet cleaner was easy enough to use- even at 38 weeks pregnant. Because it's so easy and dries so quickly I plan to use the express mode on all my carpets on a regular basis to keep things clean. All in all a great product I highly recommend.

I recently had the opportunity to conduct an in-home test of this product thanks to the team at the Stellar Product Testing Panel to see how it works in real world conditions. It's a solid carpet cleaner considering it's intended purpose (consumer grade home use) but the stains that other cleaners have left behind are still present-this did a solid job (as proved by the filthy water in the tank lost-cleaning!) but didn't blow me away like the occasional professional steaming does. Where I think this product fills a niche is with the express mode and the hose tool. Express mode is outstanding to clean up after a small toddler spill or pet stain without having to avoid a wet area for 24 hours or more like other cleaners. I also found the hose to be a great tool in an automotive application. I have yet to use any other consumer cleaning tool with that versatility. All in all, it's an easy to use, easy to handle cleaner that can handle most jobs you'll ask of it. For the price it's worth checking out.

We have a Golden Retriever mix dog, a Siamese cat and four energetic kids so having messes on our floors and carpets is a common and frustrating occurrence. I was so excited when we received the TurboClean DualPro Pet Carpet Cleaner from Stellar Product Testing Panel to try out! We've had other carpet cleaners in the past and they were so heavy and bulky that we didn't get them out of storage very often because of the hassle. But this Bissell Pet Carpet Cleaner is surprisingly lightweight and easy to carry and roll around! I also love that it has a much smaller footprint than older models of carpet cleaners. Since we live in a smaller home and have limited storage space this was definitely an added bonus and probably some of the top reasons why I love this carpet cleaner. With pets and kids in our home, we have a mix of messes and some darker spots on our carpet especially in our living room where we spend most of our time. I also have varying amounts of time to devote to cleaning based on our crazy schedule so I loved the fact that there are two modes and this way you are able to customize your particular needs throughout your home. There are definitely certain stains and messes that required more of a Deep Clean so I appreciated that I was able to use that option. And the Express Clean is great option when I don't need to or am not able to spend as much time cleaning. I used both modes and they seem to do a great job for what they are programmed to do. The DualPro really does have strong cleaning power and was able to get out some of the most stubborn stains. I also love that it neutralizes odor-causing bacteria as well as deep cleans. It is also pretty quick. It's very lightweight and comfortable to use and overall I was really impressed with the results!

I have a carpet that has been abused by both a rambunctious 2 year old AND a moody 7 year old Pomeranian. There were plenty of stains that needed to be addressed. I received this cleaner and had it set up within 5 minutes. The directions were easy to follow. I started with the lightest setting and was impressed at how much dirt came off the carpet (I vacuumed the carpet the day before). The next day I went all out and maxed out the settings and was able to clean even more off the carpet. Very impressive! The only draw back on this was how wet the carpet was afterward, but I guess that is to be expected. The tools that came with the package were easy to use and were equally effective in cleaning. Cleaning the machine after I was done was easy too. Overall, I am happy with the product. I only wish I had more carpet in my house to clean!
