I was excited to get this carpet cleaner as a test product from The Stellar Product Testing Panel because between my dog and two kids, things were getting a little messy! Both my kids have little upholstered rocking chairs, so I used the hand tool first on the rocking chairs and our couch. It was a lot easier to use on the couch, but not foolproof. I have to say that the hand tool is the least effective part of the cleaner for me. They way that the cleaning solution squirts out is hard to control and tends to get everywhere - enter the necessity of cleaning up after the cleaning tool and it get a little tedious. I found that the hand tool overall did not do as good of a job as I expected, but the items that I cleaned with it are passable. However, the rug cleaner is excellent! The express mode is great because it leaves the carpet minimally wet so that it dries fast and looks great if the carpet just needed a little sprucing up. I had another carpet at my parents' house that was about 30 years old that has seen better days. It was an ivory color with confetti like sprinklings of color. We used the deep clean mode and were extremely surprised at how much came up. We did take our time and changed the water at least 6 times for a 20x15 foot rug. Extremely pleased with how that came out. It's very easy to set up this cleaner and get to work; I think it took me about 6-7 minutes to get started, maybe less. Cleaning it takes a little more, and I was surprised that the head of the brush rollers didn't come off so that I could make sure that the machine was completely clean before putting away, but I did the best I could. My last item that I cleaned was a white nursery rocker. Again, using the hand tool, I went over the chair carefully. It removed the stains but once dry both my husband and I noticed that it seems to have made the overall appearance of the chair kinda dingy, which I wasn't too happy about.

Assembly was very easy and straightforward (the best kind) and took no time at all. From unboxing to functional was maybe 10 minutes and that was with two toddlers constantly demanding my attention. The clear instructions made this entirely possible. Cleaning the machine after use was also very straight forward and they supply a handy hair-removing tool which was ah-mazing. I love that there are two modes available: deep clean and express clean, and enjoyed them both for separate reasons. I personally would use deep clean for all initial cleaning and problematic spots. I had the best visible results of SO much grime in the dirty tank after using deep clean mode and the carpet not only looked but smelled amazing afterwards. It took about 4 hours for my carpet to totally dry after deep cleaning. Express clean also did a good job and dried within an hour, which is a huge bonus when you are trying to beat the clock. I didn't notice quite as much grime coming out on express clean vs. deep clean, but it was still noticeably cleaner. The hand-held tool was a wonder to use and made those tough corners so much easier to reach instead of calling them a lose (as I usually did with other cleaners because the hand-held tool never wanted to work!). The only improvements I would suggest is the clean water tank doesn't feel the most secure when attaching it onto the machine. This never inhibited the cleaner's performance of of this amazing carpet cleaner! I have two *extremely* messy toddlers, a large dog, and a mechanic husband who never takes off his shoes and this machine did a beautiful job fulfilling it's promise of a clean carpet! With three very active, sometimes messy, kids and my horrible allergies I often find my carpets in need of a good cleaning. The Bissell TurboClean DualPro Pet did an amazing job in washing away the dirt and stains from all my carpets and area rugs. I have owned a few different Bissell cleaners but this one stood out to me for a couple of reasons. This machine has a two tank system which allows the water that gets put into the carpet to remain separate from the dirty water that gets pulled back into the machine- so the only water touching my carpet was fresh and clean. I also loved the express clean feature which allowed the carpets to dry in record time. With a 45 minute drying time this cleaner gave me the ability to wash carpets at anytime of the day rather than having to wait until everyone was in bed late at night. Set up instructions were very simple to follow and cleaning the machine was also very easy. Having two levels in my home, I also found the machine to be lightweight and easy to maneuver up or down the stairs. The hose and small attachment were great for tough stains or to spot clean carpet or upholstered furniture. Overall, this cleaner is the same great quality you expect from a Bissell. I was lucky to receive the Bissell TurboClean DualPro Pet Carpet cleaner from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I was so excited to try it out, because I've literally never cleaned my carpets. I have several area rugs in our home, as it is all hard wood flooring and I needed to have a few set up in bedrooms and in our living room. I tested this out on a low pile carpet and a high pile carpet, and wow - my carpets were filthy! This machine was able to really get into the fibers and work out the nasties left by our 11 year old dog, and 2 year old son! (see photo of post-cleaning nasties!) The hose and tough stain attachment worked pretty well for our living room couches as well. I liked how simple the cleaner was to assemble, and all instructions were really easy to follow with the exception of one detail: I was confused on whether I needed to push the button for cleaner release the entire time I was making the cleaning passes, or just press the button once and *THEN* do the cleaning passes. If the manufacturer could make that clearer, I would be very delighted. After cleaning is completed, I loved the fact that I could dump out the dirtied water right into my sink, rinse all the parts with clean water, let them air dry on the counter top, and then put it all back together with no problems for storage. One feature I would add to this is a better way to see the tank is full from the angle you are using it. You have to bend down to the tank to see that the dirty water has hit its "full" line. When the vacuum just sort of stops working as well, it's not super intuitive. I would appreciate a better indication of that! Finally, I wish that the foot had a smaller surface area as it is difficult to store it in our small apartment. Other than that, this is a fantastic addition to our household and will be a frequently used cleaner in the years to come!!

The Bissell TurboClean DualPro Pet is a functional carpet deep cleaner. With a large dog, and 3 young kids, there are plenty of spills and dirt to clean up this cleaner did a nice job after a bit of trial and error. My first attempt at using this product didn't go as well, as the dirty tank wasn't completely locked in place and therefore didn't suction up all the water/ solution left behind. My first attempt was our door mats, and they hold a lot of water, so without the dirty water tank completely in place, they were soaking wet. Upon closer inspection, I noticed the dirty tank was barely filling and I pushed it further into place and it was a noticeable difference. The winter water and salt stains came up, and the mats looked brand new after going over them numerous times. A lot of dirt, ground in hair, filled the tank and the mats look great. After cleaning the machine, I used the machine to spot treat dirty areas of our carpeting with the lower water setting, and the carpet was noticeably cleaner. Overall, I didn't know what to expect when using this product and feel it does a more than adequate job deep cleaning mats and carpet. There are some short comings which make it not as fool proof, or easy to use as many every day vacuums, but given the use cases I feel it does the job it is designed to do. The blue handles on the tanks are quick to detach, and the design to carry, and move is slightly awkward, and can cause the tanks to come out of place. Additionally, it is awkwardly heavy and loud, but given the infrequency of use, it more than gets the job done. It was easy to assemble and operate with the included cleaning solutions. The hose with the tough stain tool work decently well, but require more effort without the brushes moving. This product was reviewed as part of a Stellar Product Testing Panel.

We have a Golden Retriever mix dog, a Siamese cat and four energetic kids so having messes on our floors and carpets is a common and frustrating occurrence. I was so excited when we received the TurboClean DualPro Pet Carpet Cleaner from Stellar Product Testing Panel to try out! We've had other carpet cleaners in the past and they were so heavy and bulky that we didn't get them out of storage very often because of the hassle. But this Bissell Pet Carpet Cleaner is surprisingly lightweight and easy to carry and roll around! I also love that it has a much smaller footprint than older models of carpet cleaners. Since we live in a smaller home and have limited storage space this was definitely an added bonus and probably some of the top reasons why I love this carpet cleaner. This machine was very user friendly and easy to use. The instructions to get started are straightforward and clear. With pets and kids in our home, we have a mix of messes and some darker spots on our carpet especially in our living room where we spend most of our time. I also have varying amounts of time to devote to cleaning based on our crazy schedule so I loved the fact that there are two modes and this way you are able to customize your particular needs throughout your home. There are definitely certain stains and messes that required more of a Deep Clean so I appreciated that I was able to use that option. And the Express Clean is great option when I don't need to or am not able to spend as much time cleaning. I used both modes and they seem to do a great job for what they are programmed to do. The DualPro really does have strong cleaning power and was able to get out some of the most stubborn stains. I also love that it neutralizes odor-causing bacteria as well as deep cleans. It is also pretty quick and does not leave the carpet sopping wet like others I've used. It's very lightweight and comfortable to use and overall I was really impressed with the results!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just bought the TurboClean DualPro PetModel No: 3067 and I'm pleased at how well in cleans my carpet. The only problem I have with it is the dirty water tank. The dirty water tank never seems to get more that one-third full before the suction stops and the tank has to be emptied. Don't know if something can be done but I don't want to do anything to it that might void the warranty. The dirty water tank is a good size but if it only gets one-third full before the suctions stops it makes for a longer time cleaning the carpet.‍

We enjoyed using our TurboClean™ DualPro Pet! There were several spots on our carpet and furniture from our dog and kids that we were looking forward to using this carpet cleaner for! Compared to our older carpet cleaner, the DualPro Pet was very successful at removing our toughest of stains. We even enjoyed using the express clean mode for areas we needed cleaned and dried quickly. The 8 foot long hose made for easy access to harder to reach areas of our home. The instructions made it easy to assemble and the clean up process was a breeze compared to other carpet cleaners we've had previously. The tanks located in the front were easy to remove when it was time to clean out and we were impressed with the amount of dirt that was removed. The only downside is that the cleaning solution is mixed directly with the water as opposed to other cleaners that keep the water and solution separate, so there isn't really an option to just "rinse" the carpet with water if we simply wanted to rinse an area of carpet. However, this wasn't a deal breaker by any means, just something to keep in mind. It's so refreshing to know our carpets are clean and sanitized for our family/pets. The TurboClean™ DualPro Pet from Bissell gets the job done! With two cats, two dogs, and a toddler running around our house, the rugs get messy and stains are a common occurrence. This rug cleaner made our hall carpet look brand new. Upon first opening the box, I notice that the rug cleaner is very light before you add any water or cleaner which I appreciate. The water/cleaner tub has several markings on it depending on whether you are using a deep clean or quick clean cycle. It's very easy to measure the appropriate levels based on the markings. The instructions were easy to follow, but honestly it would be very easy to figure out without the whole manual. It's very user friendly.The rug cleaner came with samples of two different cleaning solutions which is nice to try them out before buying a full sized product. The cleaner has four rows of brushes underneath which helps to really rub the cleaning solution into the stains. I mostly used the deep clean cycle to help with smells and stains. My carpet was not too wet after using the cleaner. I've had experiences with other cleaners where the rugs got too wet and warped. Not the case with this one!The hose attachment is quite long so can really reach far helping with cleaning our stairs. I also used the hose attachment to clean some yogurt stains on our couch and it worked like a charm.The dirty and clean water tanks are so easy to take in and out, simple pulling removes them. I appreciate a product that lets me get the job done with easy to follow and simple steps. And cleaning it is as easy as removing the tank and pulling a stopper/plug. The only thing I'd change would be for there to be a separation between the cleaning solution and the clean water so that you can add water as you go. Also just be careful to grab the green handle in the middle to carry it rather than the blue handle on top which lifts off the clean water chamber! I received this product through the Stellar Product Testing Panel. This carpet cleaner is amazing. I live on a ranch and have 4 dogs plus children. Needless to say, our house has a lot of dirt and hair! It got old stains out that I never thought would come out. I tried all of the modes and tools and they all worked great. The deep clean mode was amazing and brought new life to my carpets. The express clean is nice for quick refresher in between deep cleans. Assembly and taking apart for cleaning were a breeze. Overall, I am so happy to have this product. I was amazed how much dirt was hiding in my carpets even after vacuuming! I will continue to use this to keep my home clean!
