This cleaner was extremely easy to assemble, all you have to do is attach the handle to the body. It is also very easy to use the machine. There are two modes to choose from, deep clean and express clean, you just slide a switch on the side to decide which mode you want. Depending on the mode, there are clear markings on the clean water reservoir about how much soap and water you add. Then you power it on and go to work! When it came time to clean the machine after I was done, it was sooo easy! It took me maybe 20mins. I really liked that the front panel comes off where the water is sucked up, so you can rinse it out and remove any trapped hair. Also this allows you to rinse and clean the bristles on the bottom. The difference between Express clean and Deep clean: I admit, I was skeptical about the express mode at first, but ended up loving it! The express mode uses less solution, so your carpets aren't soaked and they will dry faster. On about one tank, I was able to clean 4 rooms, and each room dried in about 30mins after I cleaned it. This feature would work best for freshening up the carpets between deep cleans, but it does still remove a lot of dirt and stains. The dirty water reservoir proved that to me! The deep clean mode uses a full tank of solution. I was able to do about 2 rooms with one tank of solution. The deep clean picked up a lot of dirt and also improved the appearance and smell of an area that has been repeatedly soiled by two senior dogs. In addition, quite a bit of imbedded pet hair was removed by the bristles. Even on deep clean my carpet dried pretty quickly. It took about 45mins to an 1hr for the carpet to feel almost completely dry. Overall, I would recommend this carpet cleaner to anyone with kiddos and/or pets. It worked well to remove stains, and I am very happy with the results of its cleaning power. We have an older dog who sometimes can't hold it. This carpet cleaner got it up quickly and without a fuss. We were able to use the attachments to get hard to reach areas! The instructions were done if the easiest I've read and made it easy to put together in ten minutes! My favorite feature was the express clean when we first used it because it dried super fast! The TurboClean™ DualPro Pet from Bissell gets the job done! With two cats, two dogs, and a toddler running around our house, the rugs get messy and stains are a common occurrence. This rug cleaner made our hall carpet look brand new. Upon first opening the box, I notice that the rug cleaner is very light before you add any water or cleaner which I appreciate. The water/cleaner tub has several markings on it depending on whether you are using a deep clean or quick clean cycle. It's very easy to measure the appropriate levels based on the markings. The instructions were easy to follow, but honestly it would be very easy to figure out without the whole manual. It's very user friendly.The rug cleaner came with samples of two different cleaning solutions which is nice to try them out before buying a full sized product. The cleaner has four rows of brushes underneath which helps to really rub the cleaning solution into the stains. I mostly used the deep clean cycle to help with smells and stains. My carpet was not too wet after using the cleaner. I've had experiences with other cleaners where the rugs got too wet and warped. Not the case with this one!The hose attachment is quite long so can really reach far helping with cleaning our stairs. I also used the hose attachment to clean some yogurt stains on our couch and it worked like a charm.The dirty and clean water tanks are so easy to take in and out, simple pulling removes them. I appreciate a product that lets me get the job done with easy to follow and simple steps. And cleaning it is as easy as removing the tank and pulling a stopper/plug. The only thing I'd change would be for there to be a separation between the cleaning solution and the clean water so that you can add water as you go. Also just be careful to grab the green handle in the middle to carry it rather than the blue handle on top which lifts off the clean water chamber! I was thrilled when I learned that I'd be getting a TurboClean™ DualPro Pet to review through the Stellar Product Testing Panel! The DualPro Pet felt super sturdy and well engineered: the pieces really click together in a satisfying way. The first project I tackled was my bedroom rug, which I dragged to a tile floor so that I wouldn't damage my bedroom hardwood floor. I vacuumed it really well with my regular vacuum and then used the Pro Max Clean + Protect solution that came with the DualPro Pet to clean the rug. MAN the dirty water that came off that rug was dirty. And the solution smelled good and the instructions were clear, I thought it was a great success! My only concern was that there seemed to be clumps of rug fibers being pulled off the rug. If the rug had been more precious I would have worried about it, but ultimately I don't think there was any noticeable damage. Next I tried the living room carpet with the stains and cat pee, and those stains and smells came right out! Again I saw some clumps of rug fibers coming up, but nothing too concerning. There were a few times that I struggled to keep the machine going in a straight line, it kept wanting to veer to the side, but overall it was easy to manage. I did want to try out the hose and tough stain tool, so I used them on my carpeted runner on my stairs. I struggled a little bit here because the sprayer wouldn't work unless the machine was above the level of the stairs I was spraying. Ultimately I figured it out, though, and I ended up with some seriously dirty water after cleaning the stairs! I do have to say that the machine was a bit annoyingly loud when it was on the hardwood floor, though when I used it on the rug or carpet it didn't bother me. I was also concerned that the machine would damage my hardwood floor while I was using the hose and tough stain tool because the manual warns about this, but the brushes actually stopped spinning and I didn't worry about damage to the floor.

I am 7 months pregnant, have 2 young sons (3 messy boys if you count my husband haha) and a large fur baby (Labrador). If that doesn't explain the mess on any carpet in my house then I don't know what will. The TurboClean™ DualPro Pet was really easy to assemble, use and clean even with my massive belly and clumsy self. The manual has great info so don't skip it. I liked how it recommended how many passes to do with soap and without. I think this is what helped get almost all of the stains out that were on my carpets and cream bar stools. I only needed one use to get the majority out and I am super impressed. The express mode helped a lot too when I had time to immediately attack some spilled juice or ground in Cheetos. I loved how I can detach the hose and tough stain tool to clean and store. A bag is provided where I can put everything together and hang it on the handle of the machine so everything stays together. I have to say my favorite thing about this machine would have been how solid the water tanks are (odd I know), but the handles like to pop off. Such a bummer. When I had the clean water tank filled and was replacing it, the handle popped off almost half the time. Luckily the tank is super sturdy and didn't break. A little bottom support helped prevent that so not a huge deal. The only other problem I had was how messy it was using the hose and stain tool. Water got everywhere. I'm not saying carpet cleaning is the easiest thing to do but it shoots water out the sides so you have to clean the surrounding area as well as your furniture. Those are the reasons I have given it only 4 stars. So now my favorite thing has to be where the front suction panel comes off for cleaning. Dog hair is always left over so I can just take it off, rinse in the sink and replace. Done. No more messing with the stick provide to help with that. Easy assembly and so easy to use. The deep clean mode really worked well and I was so shocked at how much dirt and dog hair it removed out of the carpet. Express mode is great if you just need a quick carpet refresh. It also comes with a hose attachment which has been a lifesaver for the couch. The best part about the whole machine is how easy it is to clean and maintain when not in use!! The dirty tank has two openings that make it effortless to get out all the dirt and debris. The Bissel Turboclean Dualpro Pet deep carpet cleaner worked wonders on my heavily used living room carpet. With 3 young kids and a dog the carpet and the furniture gets a lot of use. This carpet cleaner got up a coffee stain from my husband that had been there for months! The hose attachment made getting spots off the arms of my sofa and chairs easy. The cleaner is easy to get together and easy to take apart to clean. I was able to get everything together and ready to get started in just a few minutes. I did the deep clean in my living room but used the express clean option in the bedrooms and hallways. The instructions are clear and easy to follow and the sample cleaning liquid smelled really nice. My favorite feature is how the dirty water collection container stays upright even when I tilted the handle. It ensured no dirty water splashed around my freshly cleaned floors. This carpet cleaner is solid and strong. I will be using this for years to come I am sure. The carpet cleaner is really nice to remove stains, hair, and some odor without the hassle of stripping all the cushions and re-stuffing them. It did a nice job, but not as good as the washing machine. I like that the carpet cleaner penetrates both the cover and the cushion beneath to some extent. It didn't suck the water out quite as much as I'd hoped, but I will continue to use to spruce out my couch between I was given this carpet cleaner to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. Wow. Just wow. I have never used a carpet cleaner before that was so easy, so effective, and so light! The set-up is super intuitive - you'll be cleaning your carpets in less than 10 minutes from opening the box. We have 4 children, 3 dogs, and one potty-training puppy, so I was thrilled when I received the TurboClean™ DualPro Pet as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. Our carpets are GROSS. In one sweep, the carpets felt softer and fresher than with previous cleaners. I was impressed by how much water it pulled up, especially considering how light and moveable it is. One tank of water+cleaner required emptying the dirty water tank 3x - which is super easy and quick. Overall- wonderful! I would absolutely recommend TurboClean™ DualPro Pet to anyone looking for a deep clean who is short on time and energy! And that price point- wow. This carpet cleaner is a deal.

I was given this carpet cleaner to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. As a mom of two kids under six with a busy schedule, my favorite feature is definitely the express clean mode! It was quick and easy to use and tackled the dirt and mess in to our high traffic areas. The carpet no longer looks like it was trampled by a herd of elephants! I also liked that the cleaner came with a hose and tough stain tool and could get at some of those hard to reach spots-in corners and by the couch legs. I wish it extended a bit more but it was still very useful. The cleaner was easy to assemble and clean and the instructions were easy to understand. I love the fact that with this carpet cleaner I can tackle messes and dirt frequently and save money on more expensive carpet cleaning services!!
