Quick and easy to assemble with clear instructions. It was easy to mix the solution and the machine was adequate for home cleaning though did not provide as deep of a clean as a commercial cleaning service. It did pull out a good amount of dirt, and will provide a nice and easy way to clean between professional cleanings and for spot cleaning. Nice to have on hand for homes with kids and pets.

I was lucky to receive the Bissell TurboClean DualPro Pet Carpet cleaner from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I was so excited to try it out, because I've literally never cleaned my carpets. I have several area rugs in our home, as it is all hard wood flooring and I needed to have a few set up in bedrooms and in our living room. I tested this out on a low pile carpet and a high pile carpet, and wow - my carpets were filthy! This machine was able to really get into the fibers and work out the nasties left by our 11 year old dog, and 2 year old son! (see photo of post-cleaning nasties!) The hose and tough stain attachment worked pretty well for our living room couches as well. I liked how simple the cleaner was to assemble, and all instructions were really easy to follow with the exception of one detail: I was confused on whether I needed to push the button for cleaner release the entire time I was making the cleaning passes, or just press the button once and *THEN* do the cleaning passes. If the manufacturer could make that clearer, I would be very delighted. After cleaning is completed, I loved the fact that I could dump out the dirtied water right into my sink, rinse all the parts with clean water, let them air dry on the counter top, and then put it all back together with no problems for storage. One feature I would add to this is a better way to see the tank is full from the angle you are using it. You have to bend down to the tank to see that the dirty water has hit its "full" line. When the vacuum just sort of stops working as well, it's not super intuitive. I would appreciate a better indication of that! Finally, I wish that the foot had a smaller surface area as it is difficult to store it in our small apartment. Other than that, this is a fantastic addition to our household and will be a frequently used cleaner in the years to come!!

I received the Turboclean Dualpro Pet from the Stellar Product Testing Panel in exchange for my honest review. It was quick and easy to assemble with crystal clear instructions and a quick start guide attached to the handle. I loved the quick start guide and referred to it frequently the first few times I used the carpet cleaner. I opted to first test the express clean mode in part because it required less formula and also because the instructions said the carpet would dry faster after the clean. As instructed, I turned it on, primed the spray, and began making passes back and forth on the carpet. It was simple and easy to maneuver and extremely gratifying to see the dirty water being sucked into the machine as I used it. It quickly cleaned a rather larger sized media room in ten minutes and when I checked back about 30 minutes later the carpet was almost dry! After using the carpet cleaner, clean up is a little annoying, but I am sure with time I will get quicker and more efficient with it. The one thing I haven't figured out is how to prevent it from leaking after using it. Every time I went to carry the carpet cleaner back upstairs after use, it dripped the entire way. I tested out the tough stain tool which has great reach due to its long hose. This will definitely come in handy for hard to reach spots and when I need to clean upholstery. A few suggestions, a longer retractable cord would be great and a tray to store the carpet cleaner on when not in use. Thanks for the opportunity to test it!

As a mom of three kids and two dogs, we don't lack for messes to clean! I love the attachments and how lightweight the steam cleaner is. I have had one in the past and it was SO much heavier! The cleaner worked well and I would definitely recommend! My only complaint is that after the first use, it stopped working for a time. After extensive troubleshooting, I believe the issue was that the clean water tank wasn't seated properly. This caused no water to flow through the cleaner. I'm sure it was partially user error, but I did spend quite a bit of time messing around with it to get it to work. Overall, 4/5! Pros: light, effective and efficient Cons: maybe a little finicky? *Product was received for free as part of a promotional campaign through Stellar Product Testing panels. All opinions are my own.

This cleaner was extremely easy to assemble, all you have to do is attach the handle to the body. It is also very easy to use the machine. There are two modes to choose from, deep clean and express clean, you just slide a switch on the side to decide which mode you want. Depending on the mode, there are clear markings on the clean water reservoir about how much soap and water you add. Then you power it on and go to work! When it came time to clean the machine after I was done, it was sooo easy! It took me maybe 20mins. I really liked that the front panel comes off where the water is sucked up, so you can rinse it out and remove any trapped hair. Also this allows you to rinse and clean the bristles on the bottom. The difference between Express clean and Deep clean: I admit, I was skeptical about the express mode at first, but ended up loving it! The express mode uses less solution, so your carpets aren't soaked and they will dry faster. On about one tank, I was able to clean 4 rooms, and each room dried in about 30mins after I cleaned it. This feature would work best for freshening up the carpets between deep cleans, but it does still remove a lot of dirt and stains. The dirty water reservoir proved that to me! The deep clean mode uses a full tank of solution. I was able to do about 2 rooms with one tank of solution. The deep clean picked up a lot of dirt and also improved the appearance and smell of an area that has been repeatedly soiled by two senior dogs. In addition, quite a bit of imbedded pet hair was removed by the bristles. Even on deep clean my carpet dried pretty quickly. It took about 45mins to an 1hr for the carpet to feel almost completely dry. Overall, I would recommend this carpet cleaner to anyone with kiddos and/or pets. It worked well to remove stains, and I am very happy with the results of its cleaning power. The TurboClean™ DualPro Pet from Bissell gets the job done! With two cats, two dogs, and a toddler running around our house, the rugs get messy and stains are a common occurrence. This rug cleaner made our hall carpet look brand new. Upon first opening the box, I notice that the rug cleaner is very light before you add any water or cleaner which I appreciate. The water/cleaner tub has several markings on it depending on whether you are using a deep clean or quick clean cycle. It's very easy to measure the appropriate levels based on the markings. The instructions were easy to follow, but honestly it would be very easy to figure out without the whole manual. It's very user friendly.The rug cleaner came with samples of two different cleaning solutions which is nice to try them out before buying a full sized product. The cleaner has four rows of brushes underneath which helps to really rub the cleaning solution into the stains. I mostly used the deep clean cycle to help with smells and stains. My carpet was not too wet after using the cleaner. I've had experiences with other cleaners where the rugs got too wet and warped. Not the case with this one!The hose attachment is quite long so can really reach far helping with cleaning our stairs. I also used the hose attachment to clean some yogurt stains on our couch and it worked like a charm.The dirty and clean water tanks are so easy to take in and out, simple pulling removes them. I appreciate a product that lets me get the job done with easy to follow and simple steps. And cleaning it is as easy as removing the tank and pulling a stopper/plug. The only thing I'd change would be for there to be a separation between the cleaning solution and the clean water so that you can add water as you go. Also just be careful to grab the green handle in the middle to carry it rather than the blue handle on top which lifts off the clean water chamber! We are so grateful to have received the Bissell TurboClean DualPro Pet as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. We own another (more expensive) Bissell carpet cleaner but this cleaner is our family's new go-to cleaner. The assembly was very easy, and the directions were simple to follow and understand. We loved the two separate tanks for clean and dirty water. This helped ensure that the old smells the cleaner picked up were not redistributed into our carpet. This also allowed for the cleaning of the machine after use to be a quick and painless process versus our other cleaner's dual tank bladder design. The suction that this carpet cleaner was able to achieve is hands down the best! After making one or two passes on a section of carpet, the carpet itself looked amazing and felt only slightly damp. Within just over an hour both our carpet and pad were completely dry to the touch. The cleaner also came with a separate hose, hand-tools, and carrying bag. My husband liked that this was not attached to the machine to potentially get in his way during the carpet cleaning process. In summary, the appearance of this cleaner seems a bit barebones. However, the performance of the machine is hands down AMAZING! We will never rent again and will be replacing our old cleaning machine with this one.

Oh goodness, I love this carpet cleaner! The initial setup was so simple; instructions very easy to follow. When I started to clean my carpet I noticed how extremely light it is! So my curiosity got the better of me and weighted it...just under 20lbs (with no water)!!! So if you have issues with maneuvering heavier cleaners, this is definitely the one for you! I did the regular clean (not the express) and it dried in less than 3 hours, with the ceiling fan on. My impression is the cleaner doesn't completely saturate the carpet, but dispenses just enough to do a good cleaning. The cleaner is a bit loud, but really what carpet cleaner isn't? The pros definitely outweigh the cons with the DualPro Pet...quit reading this and order yours now!!!! Thank you to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for sending me this product to try.

First I just have to say WOW! I have 2 cats at home and a toddler so we have a lot that floats around and gets rubbed into the carpet. This cleaner picked up so much! It came in a large box and was very easy to put together. Everything pretty much clicks into place. The water tank for this is the perfect size for my large room both on the deep clean line and the quick clean line. I love that there are two setting on this device. It allows me to do a deep clean a couple times a month and do a quick clean in-between when it needs it. The machine is lighter than the last one I had which is very nice, and the hose attachments make it easier to get around furniture. The noise level on this one is about normal for cleaners, a little quieter than my last machine I think. The only negative I have is that the clean tank doesn't click in really, so when you get less water in it it can be knocked off the top. It does have a mechanism that keeps water from spilling out if it falls, but it is not toddler/big dog proof in that regard. Overall I really enjoy this cleaner and it's functions and I recommend it if you are looking for a multipurpose machine for your cleaning needs. I received the TurboClean DualPro pet in exchange for a review from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I am so happy with this carpet cleaner, it has become one of my favorite/must have household items! I love my dogs but they leave my house a mess. I have a German Shepard and a mini schnauzer. Between the shedding and occasional doggy accidents on the carpet I am constantly cleaning up after them. This carpet cleaner made cleaning up so easy and quick. My dogs tend to pee on the carpet in our closet and there were several stains. I used the deep clean mode with the cleaner and the stains lifted out of the carpet completely (this was even without pretreating the stains). I was able to clean my entire closet within 15-20 minutes. The machine was sometimes heavy for me to push but I was 37 weeks pregnant while cleaning and overall I found it easy to use. I used the express clean mode along with the hose attachment to clean my couch. The hose was great! It was long enough that I did not have to keep pulling the machine with me while cleaning the couch. It was so effective and with the express mode my couch was dry within an hour. I highly recommend this product and have been telling my family and friends that this is something they need to invest in! It is quick to assemble, easy to use and provides great results. The proof is in the pudding when you see the water at the end of your cleaning and you can see all of the dirt that was removed.
