I received this product as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel and it works great! With 3 kids, 2 dogs and a cat, the carpet is always in need of a good deep cleaning, and I'm glad I was able to try this. Its very easy to push around. I like the extra long hose to get to those hard spots. It's very easy to use and put together/take apart. And made my carpets look and feel so much better. I was actually kind of grossed out with how much dirt it pulled out of the carpet!

I received the Turboclean Dualpro Pet from the Stellar Product Testing Panel in exchange for my honest review. It was quick and easy to assemble with crystal clear instructions and a quick start guide attached to the handle. I loved the quick start guide and referred to it frequently the first few times I used the carpet cleaner. I opted to first test the express clean mode in part because it required less formula and also because the instructions said the carpet would dry faster after the clean. As instructed, I turned it on, primed the spray, and began making passes back and forth on the carpet. It was simple and easy to maneuver and extremely gratifying to see the dirty water being sucked into the machine as I used it. It quickly cleaned a rather larger sized media room in ten minutes and when I checked back about 30 minutes later the carpet was almost dry! After using the carpet cleaner, clean up is a little annoying, but I am sure with time I will get quicker and more efficient with it. The one thing I haven't figured out is how to prevent it from leaking after using it. Every time I went to carry the carpet cleaner back upstairs after use, it dripped the entire way. I tested out the tough stain tool which has great reach due to its long hose. This will definitely come in handy for hard to reach spots and when I need to clean upholstery. A few suggestions, a longer retractable cord would be great and a tray to store the carpet cleaner on when not in use. Thanks for the opportunity to test it!

I was able to try this product through the Stellar Panel, and it was fantastic. The TurboClean™ DualPro Pet carpet cleaner done a great job getting that hard to reach dirt out of the carpeted areas of my home. I used deep clean function hoping that I can now used the express clean more often to keep up on the mess... my house is only 2 years old, I didn't realize how much dirt you can accumulate in that amount of time. With 2 small kids, and a husband who works in excavating it sure did build up quick. Now that we have cleaner carpets we will more mindful of wearing our shoes in the house. This product was easy to use. I did read the manual before even trying to use the sweeper in fear that I would break it before I even got to use it. It was easy to read and I had no issues setting up or operating the sweeper. I am thrilled to have had the opportunity to try this carpet cleaner through the Stellar Panel! Thanks a bunch!

Let me start out by saying we received the Bissell Tuboclean Dualpro Pet carpet cleaner from stellar panel in exchange for an honest review. Let's start out with what our initial impression was for the carpet cleaner. The Bissell carpet cleaner is a great looking piece of equipment and the colors are appealing. The product seemed very sturdy when moving it around and exploring all the different features. We reviewed the instructions and felt confident enough to take it for a spin. Let me add that we were VERY excited to try this out! We not only have 2 kids but we also have a 95 lb dog that loves to lay in the dirt outside before coming back into the house. Thoughts of having a clean carpet regularly was pretty exciting. Unfortunately we found our first thing we didn't like when we started to prep the tank for use. The top tank is merely secured by a gasket at the base and a small slot on the back. We did experience the tank popping off when we caught a corner of a wall. While the weight of the tank does assist holding the tank on the carpet cleaner it doesn't guarantee it will stop it from coming off. Was this a deal breaker? Nope, the carpet cleaner was that good. We decided to go with the deep clean vs the quick clean since this was our first round. All I have to say is WOW! We used the bissell clean and natural pet cleaner and loved it. I was shocked at how BLACK the water was after cleaning the carpet. emptying the tank after use or changing the water out was just as easy as the initial setup. Unfortunately I did find one more thing I didn't like about the Bissell carpet cleaner. I really wished they had made the brush head removeable to assist with cleaning the machine at the end. We did receive a tool with the machine to help clean the brush of any hair or carpet that gets stuck in them. Again, this isn't a big negative but it is up their for me personally. I was skeptical at first now this machine would work compared to previous carpet cleaners I've tried, but I was absolutely blown away with how much dirt it got out of our carpets. I had cleaned myself not too long ago with a different machine, but they still felt dirty. I was able to use it to clean our stairs, closets, & 3 bedrooms in one session and they all feel so clean now! I even used it under our bed & was shocked how much dirt and carpet fuzz it picked up all over our house. It worked like a dream! This is the closest you can get to a professional job at home. This machine looks like a no frills carpet cleaner, but it completely blew me away with how well it performed. We have an older Maltese and this also worked great on pet stains on the carpet. I was pleasantly surprised on how simple & easy the machine was to clean, too. It was much easier & faster to clean than others I've tried. It is a bit loud, but all carpet cleaners are. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product 6 months ago and have been really happy with it. Unfortunately a small plastic tab broke on the nozzle assembly, which prevents it from sealing, so I get no suction. I would still give it 5 stars, but the replacement nozzle part is out of stock, suggesting many others also have had this problem.

As a mom of three kids and two dogs, we don't lack for messes to clean! I love the attachments and how lightweight the steam cleaner is. I have had one in the past and it was SO much heavier! The cleaner worked well and I would definitely recommend! My only complaint is that after the first use, it stopped working for a time. After extensive troubleshooting, I believe the issue was that the clean water tank wasn't seated properly. This caused no water to flow through the cleaner. I'm sure it was partially user error, but I did spend quite a bit of time messing around with it to get it to work. Overall, 4/5! Pros: light, effective and efficient Cons: maybe a little finicky? *Product was received for free as part of a promotional campaign through Stellar Product Testing panels. All opinions are my own.

This cleaner was extremely easy to assemble, all you have to do is attach the handle to the body. It is also very easy to use the machine. There are two modes to choose from, deep clean and express clean, you just slide a switch on the side to decide which mode you want. Depending on the mode, there are clear markings on the clean water reservoir about how much soap and water you add. Then you power it on and go to work! When it came time to clean the machine after I was done, it was sooo easy! It took me maybe 20mins. I really liked that the front panel comes off where the water is sucked up, so you can rinse it out and remove any trapped hair. Also this allows you to rinse and clean the bristles on the bottom. The difference between Express clean and Deep clean: I admit, I was skeptical about the express mode at first, but ended up loving it! The express mode uses less solution, so your carpets aren't soaked and they will dry faster. On about one tank, I was able to clean 4 rooms, and each room dried in about 30mins after I cleaned it. This feature would work best for freshening up the carpets between deep cleans, but it does still remove a lot of dirt and stains. The dirty water reservoir proved that to me! The deep clean mode uses a full tank of solution. I was able to do about 2 rooms with one tank of solution. The deep clean picked up a lot of dirt and also improved the appearance and smell of an area that has been repeatedly soiled by two senior dogs. In addition, quite a bit of imbedded pet hair was removed by the bristles. Even on deep clean my carpet dried pretty quickly. It took about 45mins to an 1hr for the carpet to feel almost completely dry. Overall, I would recommend this carpet cleaner to anyone with kiddos and/or pets. It worked well to remove stains, and I am very happy with the results of its cleaning power. This was was received through Stellar Panel to try out. I was thoroughly impressed with the efficiency of this product. I have 5 dogs and they track mud and other nasty stuff through my carpet and my husband's work shoes track dirt and grease from his job through the carpet. My carpet not only feels clean, looks clean, my rooms smell sooo much better after one good use! I was very impressed.
