[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very skeptical about buying a carpet cleaner had thought about renting one. I'm glad I spent the money very impressed with how it works. Would've liked to seen it pick up the dog hair better than what it did it. collected a lot in the bottom of the machine by the brissels instead of going into tank. But did amazing job cleaning high traffic area and stains that I thought wouldn't come out!

Let me start out by saying we received the Bissell Tuboclean Dualpro Pet carpet cleaner from stellar panel in exchange for an honest review. Let's start out with what our initial impression was for the carpet cleaner. The Bissell carpet cleaner is a great looking piece of equipment and the colors are appealing. The product seemed very sturdy when moving it around and exploring all the different features. We reviewed the instructions and felt confident enough to take it for a spin. Let me add that we were VERY excited to try this out! We not only have 2 kids but we also have a 95 lb dog that loves to lay in the dirt outside before coming back into the house. Thoughts of having a clean carpet regularly was pretty exciting. Unfortunately we found our first thing we didn't like when we started to prep the tank for use. The top tank is merely secured by a gasket at the base and a small slot on the back. We did experience the tank popping off when we caught a corner of a wall. While the weight of the tank does assist holding the tank on the carpet cleaner it doesn't guarantee it will stop it from coming off. Was this a deal breaker? Nope, the carpet cleaner was that good. We decided to go with the deep clean vs the quick clean since this was our first round. All I have to say is WOW! We used the bissell clean and natural pet cleaner and loved it. I was shocked at how BLACK the water was after cleaning the carpet. emptying the tank after use or changing the water out was just as easy as the initial setup. Unfortunately I did find one more thing I didn't like about the Bissell carpet cleaner. I really wished they had made the brush head removeable to assist with cleaning the machine at the end. We did receive a tool with the machine to help clean the brush of any hair or carpet that gets stuck in them. Again, this isn't a big negative but it is up their for me personally. This machine was powerful and worthwhile to use. It provided the deep clean I needed for my carpets that was as sufficient as I would have expected if I had sought a professional cleaning service. I had a few very old spots on my carpet that were stained from when my dogs threw up and this carpet cleaner made it look like new. I appreciated that this offers 2 different modes for use. I liked the deep clean and used it for my thick pile rug which suffered many milk spills over the past year. The deep clean was definitely noticeable. The express clean I used in the bedrooms and although they were beneficial, I don't think I'd use this function often. Using this on my carpeted stairs proved challenging, but that was expected. The 8 foot hose definitely cam in handy for this cleaning. I am hopeful that the brand will offer a cordless option in future. The user guide was easy to follow and easy to understand. I didn't come across any directions which were ambiguous or unclear. I was given this carpet cleaner to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

As a mom of two young toddlers I need all the help I can get in cleaning up messes and stains! Thankfully, the TurboClean DualPro Pet helped with that and much more. First things first, set up: I'd give this the highest score possible! It was a couple clicks and snaps, so easy to put together with the 2 large pieces connecting in one click and the two tanks inserted. I'd say in less than 5 minutes and I was on my way to clean carpets! I quickly skimmed the directions, poured solution and water as directed, and choose the deep cleaning mode in order to pull up some stains on my white carpet! Sure enough, in just one pass, the stains were lifted and I couldn't even find the original spot. It was incredible! I was also extremely impressed by the suction. Say goodbye to soggy carpets! My children were able to play on the carpet without worrying about the wetness within a matter of 15 minutes. I think this is something worth noting because most carpet cleaners leave your carpets extremely wet for an hour or more. The carpet went from stained and dull to a bright white again! I used it on another carpet that was much more lush and was happy to see that it cleaned it just as easily. Overall, I thought it was easy to use, intuitive and not nearly as bulky as I expected. Challenges did not present themselves when I cleaned two large carpets. The only thing that I wanted to point out is that I had to dump the dirty tank multiple times to do one carpet when I was on the deep cleaning mode. On express mode you could do multiple carpets on one tank which is great! My favorite featured was the hose and tough stain tool. I used it to wash some spots on my couches! I loved that this carpet cleaner was so versatile. There were food stains on my dark gray fabric couch from my kids and with just a few passes using the tough stain tool, the couch was stain free. First, thank you Stellar Product Testing Panel for gifting me the opportunity to test the TurboClean DualPro Pet carpet cleaner. Within days of receiving the carpet cleaner my son threw up all over our couch and carpet. The TurboClean carpet cleaner was quick and easy to assemble as well as understand the instructions to clean up the mess. I was doubtful on the outcome since it was red juice but the deep cleaner worked like magic. The carpet looked brand new after using it. Since I liked the results and actually enjoyed cleaning, I continued to clean the rest of the carpets with the express clean mode. I was impressed the carpets felt so clean but not soaked in water. I even used the hose and tool on the couch, which with kids and pets it was what my life needed. Every part of the TurboClean carpet cleaner was easy to use and straight forward. I only struggled on cleaning the vacuum head after deep cleaning the puke. I honestly didn't know I needed this product in my life but now I think the carpet cleaner is a necessary tool for the house.

This machine is powerful, effective, and easy to use! I love the dual tanks - one for clean water and one for dirty water. The power cord is extremely long which is very nice when cleaning a larger area. I also really like that the hose is already expanded (not collapsed like most cleaners) making it easy to maintain control. I was surprised that even though the cleaner is large, it is lightweight and easy to maneuver. I love that there are two different modes of cleaning with this machine. So far we have only used the express clean. I love that after cleaning, the carpet dries relatively quickly (which is SO important when you have kids and pets that need to continue their day). The express clean does an excellent job of cleaning, so I imagine the deep clean would do just as good. I had a hard time seeing the fill lines on the clean water tank. I think it would be easier to read the lettering if it were in black rather than white. I wish that there was a feature to turn off the main brush roll when the hose and tool attachment are being used. I would hate to risk damaging a section of carpet while trying to deep clean with the hose. We have a LOT of hair on our floors (human and pet). Long hair gets tangled very easily in the main brush roll and it is difficult to remove. I would love to see an alternative type of brush that is easier to clean. The user guide was easy to understand and provided a lot of good information. It was also very nice that the information was condensed, but thorough. This is a great product! I think that the challenges I see are more of suggestions, but they are merely preferences. Even without those changes, this is effective and it's great to have the convenience of a cleaner right in your home! The TurboClean™ DualPro Pet from Bissell gets the job done! With two cats, two dogs, and a toddler running around our house, the rugs get messy and stains are a common occurrence. This rug cleaner made our hall carpet look brand new. Upon first opening the box, I notice that the rug cleaner is very light before you add any water or cleaner which I appreciate. The water/cleaner tub has several markings on it depending on whether you are using a deep clean or quick clean cycle. It's very easy to measure the appropriate levels based on the markings. The instructions were easy to follow, but honestly it would be very easy to figure out without the whole manual. It's very user friendly.The rug cleaner came with samples of two different cleaning solutions which is nice to try them out before buying a full sized product. The cleaner has four rows of brushes underneath which helps to really rub the cleaning solution into the stains. I mostly used the deep clean cycle to help with smells and stains. My carpet was not too wet after using the cleaner. I've had experiences with other cleaners where the rugs got too wet and warped. Not the case with this one!The hose attachment is quite long so can really reach far helping with cleaning our stairs. I also used the hose attachment to clean some yogurt stains on our couch and it worked like a charm.The dirty and clean water tanks are so easy to take in and out, simple pulling removes them. I appreciate a product that lets me get the job done with easy to follow and simple steps. And cleaning it is as easy as removing the tank and pulling a stopper/plug. The only thing I'd change would be for there to be a separation between the cleaning solution and the clean water so that you can add water as you go. Also just be careful to grab the green handle in the middle to carry it rather than the blue handle on top which lifts off the clean water chamber! I was given this carpet cleaner to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel, and I am so glad our family has the TurboClean™ DualPro Pet on hand for all of our carpet cleaning needs. This deep carpet cleaner gave our home a much needed refresh; I love how easy it was to setup and use. It is lightweight and well-designed. I truly loved this product! Who knew it could be so easy (and satisfying) to clean your carpets. I truly had no idea how dirty our beloved pet could make our floors! I pride myself on a clean home and after using the Turboclean Dualpro pet, I realized it previously wasn't as clean as I though but now I can be confident in its cleanliness! My Favorite feature was the accessory hose tool. It was great being able to easily reach my upholstered furniture! I love my TurboClean DualPro Pet carpet cleaner. After not having deep cleaned my carpets in a couple of years, it was getting pretty grungy. Spot treating was not cutting it anymore and I was really starting to hate my carpets. The day that I received this carpet cleaner, I was able to pull it out of the box and assemble it within a few minutes. After going through the manual, I was able to get to work right away. I worked in sections and completed a large room fairly quickly, despite the fact that I was overzealous with the amount of water I released out. The nastiest stains came out of my cream-colored carpets, which I was shocked and amazed with. It did an excellent job on both the express and deep clean modes of use. The hose attachment tool was great for doing my stairs and without it I don't think I could have cleaned them. My absolute favorite part of this cleaner is that it really gets the water back out, so in about an hour the carpets are dry again.
