I'm so grateful I got to test the TurboClean DualPro Pet through the Steller Product Testing Panel. I tried it out on a makeup stain on my living room rug, my 4 and 6 year old girl's room carpet, and a couple of throw pillows. Please note, I also have a very sheddy German Shepherd mix who hangs out on most of those carpets. Instructions are clear and set up is very quick. I tried the deep clean function on the makeup stain first, and the stain was gone so fast! I ended up going ahead and cleaning the entire rug (5X7), and it looks new now. Next, I used the express clean mode to do my girl's carpet which is a 12X16 foot room. I'm so embarrassed about how dirty their carpet was. The cleaning solution left their room smelling so good, and it only took about 2 hours for the rug and carpet to dry. It left the carpet soft and looking almost new. After all that, there was still a little cleaning solution left in the machine so I tried the attachment on a couple of throw pillows. The suction wasn't as impressive with the attachment but the pillows still came out cleaner looking than they were before. I am very happy with the cleaning power of this machine. It definitely delivers great results!

I received this product thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel. Overall, the TurboClean DualPro Pet carpet cleaner is a good product. It has many features that work well, and helped to clean stains and messes on our carpet and even on an ottoman. The reason for three stars is that the machine is overall lacking in power. You have to go over each area more than expected to suck up enough water, and in the end it still seemed like more should be removed. It does a good job at cleaning, but I don't want too much water on my carpets and it took longer to finish the job. It's easy enough to use and assemble out of the box, but a little more power and suction would greatly improve my overall view on this product. The express clean mode would be my favorite feature, but again better suction is needed.

The TurboClean DualPro Pet carpet cleaner was easy to assemble, had directions that were easy to follow, and was very easy to clean. It is lightweight and easy to handle. The Express Clean feature is a handy option to have and uses very little water (see photo); however, the Deep Clean mode did do a noticeably better job at truly deep cleaning the carpet. The box came with two cleaning solution samples, which was a convenient addition. The water tank included fill lines for soap and water depending on which cleaning mode you're using, which made it even easier to use. The noise level of the cleaner seemed relatively quiet when using during the day, but definitely seemed louder when using in the middle of the night. Overall, it didn't seem too loud. I have never owned a carpet cleaner before, so I've always used stain remover sprays on carpet messes. My child was sick and soiled the carpet one night and, instead of reaching for a stain remover, I tried this and it did an an amazing job at sucking up all of the gunk and getting the carpet back to its original state! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like how this cleaner lifts stains quickly, and gets all the dirt. My dirty water tank was filthy when I was done cleaning. BUT it makes the carpet really, really wet. I found I need to go back and forth over the carpet several times to suck up more water. It's very time consuming and still leaves the carpet pretty wet. I keep a fan running for 24-48 hours after using the carpet cleaner just to dry the carpet as well as I can. Since using this carpet cleaner, the carpeted areas of my house smell different, and I'm worried it's because the carpet did not dry properly. In addition, I had to have the clean water tank replaced before I could even run my machine the first time because it was leaking when I filled it. Bissell quickly replaced the part for me which I appreciated. But because of all this, I feel this is an average machine and not worth the money.

Grateful for Stellar Product Testing Panel for having us test this product. This carpet cleaner was so easy to assemble and use to clean. The instructions were helpful and we could all follow them quickly. My favorite feature are the different shampoos you are able to purchase from Bissell- we have a lot of pet messes and it was nice to be able to tailor the shampoo to the mess. I used the tough stain tool on our couch and was able to get additional kid messes out- which was wonderful and efficient! I recommend this product for anyone with pets and/or kids. It gives us such peace of mind that we can easily clean our carpets!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the hand held on my couch for about 10 minutes. When I was unsung it was great. Got the spill out. I turned it off to dump the bottom part and now the handle no longer sprays. Just a single small stream of water comes out. Very disappointed

We enjoyed having the opportunity to try the TurboClean™ DualPro Pet carpet cleaner! My husband and I have three children and many pets, and we found this cleaner to be very effective at removing various messes and stains from our carpets and rugs. We particularly liked using the hose and tough stain tool, as we could easily use it on various upholstery (where we often need to clean the most!). The express clean mode was great, as the carpet did not need to dry as long, but still cleaned really well. The assembly of this cleaner was simple, and we found it easy to use right away because the directions were clear. Our favorite feature of this cleaner would probably be its aesthetics and its lightweight design. It is not clunky or cumbersome to take around to different places in your home, but it still does a great job cleaning your messes! This carpet cleaner did a great job cleaning my bedroom carpets. There has been a lot of rain and my dog tracks in wet paws consistently. While the carpet may not show stains, this carpet cleaner cleaned a lot of dirt. The express mode is really nice for quick touchups. First I just have to say WOW! I have 2 cats at home and a toddler so we have a lot that floats around and gets rubbed into the carpet. This cleaner picked up so much! It came in a large box and was very easy to put together. Everything pretty much clicks into place. The water tank for this is the perfect size for my large room both on the deep clean line and the quick clean line. I love that there are two setting on this device. It allows me to do a deep clean a couple times a month and do a quick clean in-between when it needs it. The machine is lighter than the last one I had which is very nice, and the hose attachments make it easier to get around furniture. The noise level on this one is about normal for cleaners, a little quieter than my last machine I think. The only negative I have is that the clean tank doesn't click in really, so when you get less water in it it can be knocked off the top. It does have a mechanism that keeps water from spilling out if it falls, but it is not toddler/big dog proof in that regard. Overall I really enjoy this cleaner and it's functions and I recommend it if you are looking for a multipurpose machine for your cleaning needs. As a mom of two young toddlers I need all the help I can get in cleaning up messes and stains! Thankfully, the TurboClean DualPro Pet helped with that and much more. First things first, set up: I'd give this the highest score possible! It was a couple clicks and snaps, so easy to put together with the 2 large pieces connecting in one click and the two tanks inserted. I'd say in less than 5 minutes and I was on my way to clean carpets! I quickly skimmed the directions, poured solution and water as directed, and choose the deep cleaning mode in order to pull up some stains on my white carpet! Sure enough, in just one pass, the stains were lifted and I couldn't even find the original spot. It was incredible! I was also extremely impressed by the suction. Say goodbye to soggy carpets! My children were able to play on the carpet without worrying about the wetness within a matter of 15 minutes. I think this is something worth noting because most carpet cleaners leave your carpets extremely wet for an hour or more. The carpet went from stained and dull to a bright white again! I used it on another carpet that was much more lush and was happy to see that it cleaned it just as easily. Overall, I thought it was easy to use, intuitive and not nearly as bulky as I expected. Challenges did not present themselves when I cleaned two large carpets. The only thing that I wanted to point out is that I had to dump the dirty tank multiple times to do one carpet when I was on the deep cleaning mode. On express mode you could do multiple carpets on one tank which is great! My favorite featured was the hose and tough stain tool. I used it to wash some spots on my couches! I loved that this carpet cleaner was so versatile. There were food stains on my dark gray fabric couch from my kids and with just a few passes using the tough stain tool, the couch was stain free.
