With having two large dogs and 4 small kids, keeping carpets and upholstery clean is a next to impossible job, but not anymore! My muddy pawprint carpet and kid stained couch got the luxury treatment from the TurboClean DualPro pet! The assembly was a breeze and required no hardware or screws to complete the set up! All you do is pop into place and get on your way! Cleaning the system was a breeze too, I just wiped all the gunk and grime off the brush cage and it was ready to go! The best feature is the removable hose with the storage bag. My 2 year old had just ground s'mores pop tart into my brand new couch, so using the hose with the tough stain tool on express clean mode easily got all ground in pop tart off of my precious new couch. The carpet cleaner itself got so much dirt out of the carpet and area rug, that it shocked me! So. Much. Dirt! Overall, I am so incredibly impressed and pleased with this product. First I just have to say WOW! I have 2 cats at home and a toddler so we have a lot that floats around and gets rubbed into the carpet. This cleaner picked up so much! It came in a large box and was very easy to put together. Everything pretty much clicks into place. The water tank for this is the perfect size for my large room both on the deep clean line and the quick clean line. I love that there are two setting on this device. It allows me to do a deep clean a couple times a month and do a quick clean in-between when it needs it. The machine is lighter than the last one I had which is very nice, and the hose attachments make it easier to get around furniture. The noise level on this one is about normal for cleaners, a little quieter than my last machine I think. The only negative I have is that the clean tank doesn't click in really, so when you get less water in it it can be knocked off the top. It does have a mechanism that keeps water from spilling out if it falls, but it is not toddler/big dog proof in that regard. Overall I really enjoy this cleaner and it's functions and I recommend it if you are looking for a multipurpose machine for your cleaning needs. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the hand held on my couch for about 10 minutes. When I was unsung it was great. Got the spill out. I turned it off to dump the bottom part and now the handle no longer sprays. Just a single small stream of water comes out. Very disappointed

This carpet cleaner did a great job cleaning my bedroom carpets. There has been a lot of rain and my dog tracks in wet paws consistently. While the carpet may not show stains, this carpet cleaner cleaned a lot of dirt. The express mode is really nice for quick touchups. We enjoyed having the opportunity to try the TurboClean™ DualPro Pet carpet cleaner! My husband and I have three children and many pets, and we found this cleaner to be very effective at removing various messes and stains from our carpets and rugs. We particularly liked using the hose and tough stain tool, as we could easily use it on various upholstery (where we often need to clean the most!). The express clean mode was great, as the carpet did not need to dry as long, but still cleaned really well. The assembly of this cleaner was simple, and we found it easy to use right away because the directions were clear. Our favorite feature of this cleaner would probably be its aesthetics and its lightweight design. It is not clunky or cumbersome to take around to different places in your home, but it still does a great job cleaning your messes! As a mom of two young toddlers I need all the help I can get in cleaning up messes and stains! Thankfully, the TurboClean DualPro Pet helped with that and much more. First things first, set up: I'd give this the highest score possible! It was a couple clicks and snaps, so easy to put together with the 2 large pieces connecting in one click and the two tanks inserted. I'd say in less than 5 minutes and I was on my way to clean carpets! I quickly skimmed the directions, poured solution and water as directed, and choose the deep cleaning mode in order to pull up some stains on my white carpet! Sure enough, in just one pass, the stains were lifted and I couldn't even find the original spot. It was incredible! I was also extremely impressed by the suction. Say goodbye to soggy carpets! My children were able to play on the carpet without worrying about the wetness within a matter of 15 minutes. I think this is something worth noting because most carpet cleaners leave your carpets extremely wet for an hour or more. The carpet went from stained and dull to a bright white again! I used it on another carpet that was much more lush and was happy to see that it cleaned it just as easily. Overall, I thought it was easy to use, intuitive and not nearly as bulky as I expected. Challenges did not present themselves when I cleaned two large carpets. The only thing that I wanted to point out is that I had to dump the dirty tank multiple times to do one carpet when I was on the deep cleaning mode. On express mode you could do multiple carpets on one tank which is great! My favorite featured was the hose and tough stain tool. I used it to wash some spots on my couches! I loved that this carpet cleaner was so versatile. There were food stains on my dark gray fabric couch from my kids and with just a few passes using the tough stain tool, the couch was stain free. Quick and easy to assemble with clear instructions. It was easy to mix the solution and the machine was adequate for home cleaning though did not provide as deep of a clean as a commercial cleaning service. It did pull out a good amount of dirt, and will provide a nice and easy way to clean between professional cleanings and for spot cleaning. Nice to have on hand for homes with kids and pets.

I'm 77 years old and this machine is easy for me to use, to clean, to store. I cleaned my living room carpet and it turned out so nice! I had to do it in pieces, as I can't move some of the furniture very far. The carpet dried well...usually about an hour and it was completely dry. I'm thrilled to have this machine as part of my tools. My elderly cat does cough up hairballs etc and I'm not sure why, but it seems to happen most when she's in the living room! Now I can grab my Bissel pet machine and do a quick clean. Very satisfied.

I was thrilled when I learned that I'd be getting a TurboClean™ DualPro Pet to review through the Stellar Product Testing Panel! The DualPro Pet felt super sturdy and well engineered: the pieces really click together in a satisfying way. The first project I tackled was my bedroom rug, which I dragged to a tile floor so that I wouldn't damage my bedroom hardwood floor. I vacuumed it really well with my regular vacuum and then used the Pro Max Clean + Protect solution that came with the DualPro Pet to clean the rug. MAN the dirty water that came off that rug was dirty. And the solution smelled good and the instructions were clear, I thought it was a great success! My only concern was that there seemed to be clumps of rug fibers being pulled off the rug. If the rug had been more precious I would have worried about it, but ultimately I don't think there was any noticeable damage. Next I tried the living room carpet with the stains and cat pee, and those stains and smells came right out! Again I saw some clumps of rug fibers coming up, but nothing too concerning. There were a few times that I struggled to keep the machine going in a straight line, it kept wanting to veer to the side, but overall it was easy to manage. I did want to try out the hose and tough stain tool, so I used them on my carpeted runner on my stairs. I struggled a little bit here because the sprayer wouldn't work unless the machine was above the level of the stairs I was spraying. Ultimately I figured it out, though, and I ended up with some seriously dirty water after cleaning the stairs! I do have to say that the machine was a bit annoyingly loud when it was on the hardwood floor, though when I used it on the rug or carpet it didn't bother me. I was also concerned that the machine would damage my hardwood floor while I was using the hose and tough stain tool because the manual warns about this, but the brushes actually stopped spinning and I didn't worry about damage to the floor.

There are many great features of this carpet cleaner that made me very impressed. I really appreciate how there is an express mode and a deep-clean mode, depending on the damage done to your carpet and how much time you have to clean. The suction is really strong - I didn't need any fans to dry out the carpet and my floors felt dry within a few hours, with no musty smell. It is extremely easy to assemble and to clean out - there are many pieces to it but that didn't bother me at all, and it is as easy to store as a standard vacuum. I am not as impressed with the hose, which is supposed to be used to clean off cushions. I used this cleaner to clean my outdoor patio cushions, and ended up using the main cleaner instead of the hose. I do wish the hose had a rotating brush so it would clean better. My favorite part of this product is how well it actually cleaned our carpet and got out all of the dog hair. We had our carpet professionally cleaned just a few months prior to me using this, and it still pulled a lot of dirt out. I also really like how the cleaning solution is eco-friendly and safe around kids and pets - it actually smelled really good!
