It's heavier then stated. Has no handle in the back for transport. It's difficult to push on heavy nap carpet

Handle is defective - the top piece of the handle detaches as I’m pushing and pulling the machine. The sprayer mechanism doesn’t work. Tried contacting Bissell and they never responded. Now I have to haul this thing back to Sam’s.

I'm not impressed with this carpet cleaner 😐. It's so annoying to use because I have to stop and clean out the carpet fibers multiple times 🧹😒.
