[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had another brand of dishwasher before this and prefer the Samsung Smart Auto Release Dishwasher. Having the control button on the top and not on the outside of the dishwasher prevents me from accidentally bumping into the buttons while in the kitchen. The Smart controls are a nice addition, but you can operate the dishwasher from the control buttons on it. Overall, I’m satisfied with my dishwasher and would recommend it to others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is incredibly quiet. It was easy to install and has done nothing but deliver clean plates, shining silverware, and spotless glasses. The 3rd rack for untensils saves space below so you can really load up on bowls and plates. The extendable 2nd rack is great at preventing glasses from rolling over. It's easy to use and the self popping feature is great at helping steam dissipate quickly before unloading. It's able to connect to Samsung Smart Things which is nice if you have a house too big to hear your dishwasher finish it's cycle.

Lots of space to load items compared to my previous dishwasher, and I enjoy having the top rack for silverware. Would recommend.

This dishwasher was installed by the builder of our home, and it's clear why they chose it—likely the cheapest 'modern-looking' option available. Almost immediately after the warranty period ended, the drawer baskets began rusting severely. Now I have tines breaking off completely, and replacement baskets cost nearly as much as a new dishwasher. Unlike previous dishwashers I've owned, this Samsung model requires extensive pre-cleaning of dishes to achieve even adequate results—despite having filtered and softened water throughout our home. The poor cleaning performance combined with the rapid deterioration of components is deeply disappointing. I'll likely be replacing this dishwasher after just two years of use, and based on this experience, I doubt it will be another Samsung product. The quality simply doesn't justify the cost or reputation of the brand.

I just bought tge unit and havent run a full dirty load yet so I cant attest to its cleaning ability yet. I can say I''d give it a five for exterior styling and technology being wifi enabled. However upon getting the unit I noticed a glaring omission: There are no adjustable tines in the upper or lower baskets nor are there any cup shelves. It's a bare bones setup. I didn't think they even made dishwashers in 2025 without some adjustability in the baskets. So if you want that, you may want an upgrade from this model. Fancy outside, base model inside.

This dishwasher is very quiet. We have an open floor plan, and our kitchen and living room are side by side. We can watch tv with the dishwasher running and not have to adjust the volume at all. It does an excellent job at cleaning, and it doesn't leave water marks on glass dishes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazingly quiet and stylish dishwasher. I have owned other dishwashers in the past (including other Samsung) and this one is the quietest I've ever had. You can't even tell that it is on unless you are trying to find the sound. Highly Recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher is very good size and capacity. It has various sections to position and segregate various items small and big. That's great. However the only thing it lacks is a super strong drying. The dishes are usually not fully dry when it opens up and need additional drying agents. This is a step back in my opinion. Washes great though.

We’ve had this one for about six months now. Although this dishwasher is fairly quiet and does a decent clean (there have been more than a handful of occasions where we had to hand wash something that was in the dishwasher), one thing it doesn’t do is dry your dishes. After the wash, everything comes out dripping and we usually have to leave it sitting for over an hour just to air dry. A good dishwasher is going to do everything including steam dry.
