I just bought tge unit and havent run a full dirty load yet so I cant attest to its cleaning ability yet. I can say I''d give it a five for exterior styling and technology being wifi enabled. However upon getting the unit I noticed a glaring omission: There are no adjustable tines in the upper or lower baskets nor are there any cup shelves. It's a bare bones setup. I didn't think they even made dishwashers in 2025 without some adjustability in the baskets. So if you want that, you may want an upgrade from this model. Fancy outside, base model inside.

We've had this one for about six months now. Although this dishwasher is fairly quiet and does a decent clean (there have been more than a handful of occasions where we had to hand wash something that was in the dishwasher), one thing it doesn't do is dry your dishes. After the wash, everything comes out dripping and we usually have to leave it sitting for over an hour just to air dry. A good dishwasher is going to do everything including steam dry.

RXO and their communication with driver is terrible. I got a call saying there was no driver but they showed up. Good thing I was home. Than no one called about installation. I called after a month. They came out after several calls saying they can't install because it needed to be hard wired. That was not clear online. Once again they RXO did not have clear instrutions as the installers showed up with no appointments being made. I cancelled installalation and hired someone else to do it.

I love how it cleans everything and there is no build up or traces of anything after the cycle ends. The AutoRelease feature is great! It saves on energy by not having a drying cycle. I love it!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is great, washes really well, and is very quiet. I love how it sounds like a Nintendo Game Boy when you run through the menus or it's done washing. I have no issues with anything so far I've had it for 2 weeks.

It’s so quiet and reliable great product the wifi capability is great

I was expecting "matte black" so I'm a little bummed that it is satin and grey. Other than that, it works well.
