Ease of installation
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer I replaced was 45 years old. I expected improvements but not to the degree I experienced with Samsung. Quite, cleaning power, settings, informative communications, etc. What I enjoyed the most was the ease of installation. I purchased three appliances at the same time and opted for Samsung installation on the 2 easier jobs but mistakenly omitted the potentially most difficult dishwasher. The install instructions made it easier along with a big helping hand from my son.
Love My Dishwasher!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love our new dishwasher! It's quiet and doesn't leave the dishes grimy or spotted. Love using the SmartThings App with knowing when the load is completed. I appreciate the third mini rack on top which I end up using for large utensils.
Update to previous review 2024
This is an update to initial review back in 2024, which was also entirely negative. Not only was the installation process a nightmare, and all the hassle we had to go through to get the dishwasher to even clean our dishes, but here we are 1yr and 5mos from purchase date and the dishwasher is dead. Will not even power on. Went through every single troubleshooting suggestion, nothing. And it turns out we may have model that has a thermal fuse that can NOT be replaced! If it dies so does your dishwasher! I wish I could sue Samsung, but they don't care. They've been sued for their refrigerators (my sister has one involved in the class action suit), ice makers and farming your info from their TV's and they still sell the junk that earned them class action lawsuits. Will NEVER buy a single Samsung product again in my life!

Quiet, efficient
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dishwasher is great. Low noise app integration and cleans thedihs great. Not a fan of the 3rd rack as it limits space of the other two racks, but that is on me for choosing this particular design. I personally would go with the version without the third rack. Doesn't seem to add to overall capacity and id rather have the space split among two rock instead.
Awesome dishwasher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my dishwasher it has 2 large racks and at the top it has a small rack/ drawer where large cooking utensils such as stirring spoons spatulas..... or lids for your bowls or jars. It's very quiet. The AI technology is awesome it has multiple settings if you have a small load that will fit on the bottom rack theres a setting to wash that rack only. If you have a Samsung phone the app has a place to add your samsung appliances. After wash is complete everything sparkels/ shines such as your glasses and silverware. Once its complete it sends you message to your phone with a symbol. Also when it's complete it automatically opens the door about 3 or 4 inches.
Good for the price, could use improvements
The machine is decently laid out and good value for the price. A few things I don't like: The racks don't slide that well. The rack layout is lacking. The bottom lack doesn't allow many options for dish configuration, so it's a bit limiting on what you can put below. The slides seem a bit flimsy, hopefully they last.
Horrible Install Experience! Dishwasher is just ok
I have NEVER experienced such poor service ever in the past 50 years. First deliver, delivery guy brings the dishwasher but says he cannot install because he is not certified to do so. Leaves with unit. One week later, the second person arrives and says he cannot cannot install-no experience and training-left the dishwasher in my living room 2 WEEKS BEFORE CHRISTMAS! and there it had to stay. Seriously, how do you entertain for Christmas with all of the beautiful decorations and a dishwasher in the middle of the living room? Third person came with no tools and no parts. Removed the old dishwasher and he and a partner dragged it out and LEFT IT IN THE MIDDLE OF MY DRIVEWAY! He, too, was not qualified and came with no tools. None of our guests could park in our driveway. Fourth service person came and spoke no English and we communicated via his translation app on his phone. He could not install because he brought the "installation kit" which included no screws, no clamps, -nothing. He DID bring a hose, however it was a hose to an ice maker for a refrigerator! That installation went badly as well. FIFTH time we were scheduled my husband and I changed our schedule to accommodate the service appointment. NO PERSON FROM THE DELIVERY and INSTALLATION TEAM CAME. They had marked delivery as done and installed and never showed up. My brother BOUGHT all the parts he needed to install including screws, bolts, and hoses, and installed the new one. We did call Samsung with questions we had and the woman who answered could only point us to the installation book (which we did not receive with the dishwasher-just like we never received the installation kit with it either!) She emailed the PDF to us which we had to print ourselves. It was a huge number of pages (I don't remember the number off hand). Absolutely horrible. We have used it a few times and it seems to work as it should. Would not buy any appliance from Sam's again. I spent HOURS arguing on the phone with people over a period of about 5 weeks. Truly a horrible experience.

Fantastic dishwasher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this as a replacement… was a little skeptical at first because of some of the reviews… I’m so happy I went ahead with the purchase! This is the most efficient, quiet, large capacity dishwasher I’ve owned. Easy to operate and not once have I had to wash something over again… so much easier to keep clean than stainless steel! Just love the white glass!
Terrible Product!
This is a bad product. It started having issues before the first year of owning it. I called to get it fixed and they managed to get it to limp past the warranty. Now I have owned it for a year and a half. It gives the 5C code every wash which means it isn't draining right, but even prior to that it left food on the dishes. Now, it wasn't food that was on there before, but rather food from the water that it shot and then dried onto the dishes. This dishwasher is worse than not washing dishes. It makes them dirtier. It is a complete waste of money.

Love It. Quite, Works Great!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher works great. It is quite and we love that it tells us on our phone app when it is finished. The other thing we like is that the door opens when finished. Love the large capacity and the top rack for lids.
