Good for the price, could use improvements

The machine is decently laid out and good value for the price. A few things I don't like: The racks don't slide that well. The rack layout is lacking. The bottom lack doesn't allow many options for dish configuration, so it's a bit limiting on what you can put below. The slides seem a bit flimsy, hopefully they last.

Very disappointed

I'm beyond disappointed in the delivery service utilized by Sam's Club. we were just notified that they cancelled the service install on our dishwasher for the THIRD time. They refused to take out our old dishwasher and after we did so ourselves they keep scheduling a day to do the rest of their job and have cancelled each time. I am sure the dishwasher itself is fine but be prepared for a horrible experience from the delivery team if the utilize rxo for the delivery

FINALLY, good help isn't hard to find!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My last dishworker up & quit and walked out on me, but this! This right here is a very fine peace of steel 👌 that outcompetes its overworked and underpaid predecessor. The best part is, with this upgrade, I never hear any lip coming from this one. It is so quite I've accidentally ran the thing twice because it was so quite i didnt realize it had already ran! 😳 (please no judgements, I already feel bad enough)

Doesn't have a drying cycle, don't buy

This dishwasher came installed in our builders package. I hate that it does not dry the dishes, instead the door pops open and sometimes falls all the way instead of just cracked. Either way, the dishes are always soaking wet because they're is no heated dry feature! If I wanted to hand dry my dishes I would have hand washed them also. Ridiculous. There is no way to know when the rinse aid compartment is low. It is very quiet and cleans well but I need it to dry the dishes also. Looks like I might have to deal it out for the one in our old house, that builder package was much better- Whirlpool products, that we never had s problem with. The microwave in this Samsung package is pretty but takes longer to hear, popcorn button leaves tons of kennels, the oven chipped inside after 3 uses while I was just wiping up a spill with a wet rag. And the stove disks are in very inconvenient places. But, my complaint is that the dishes don't get dried by this dishwasher.

Multiple Issues

Multiple issues with this dishwasher. Locking mechanism continually sticks and has to be manually reset which is causing early wear and tear. Additionally, even though we scrub and rinse dishes before putting them we continually get the SC error code for draining.

Door issue

We purchased AutoRelease Smart 46dBA Dishwasher with StormWash™ in Stainless Steel. other than the door falls to the floor when done we are happy with the rest of the results. what can we do to correct the door auto opening past the 5" as advertised?

DO NOT BUY OURS CAME BROKE

DO NOT BUY THIS DISHWASHER. IT CAME BROKE. AND WARRANTY IS AWFUL. WE HAVE BEEN SITTING W A BROKEN USELESS DISHWASHER FOR OVER 3 WEEKS. THE "WARRANTY VENDOR" HAS BEEN A JOKE. FINALLY, GOT AN APPT ... TOOK OFF W9RK, WAITED ALL DAY FOR TECH AND AT 4:15 CALLED TO SAY THEY WERENT COMING. "WARRANTY VENDOR" NOW SAYS ITLL BE ANOTHER WEEK AND THEYLL CALL TO SET SOMETHING UP FOR THE REPAIR. DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG.

Super Quiet & Looks Awesome

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is seriously impressive. First off, it looks amazing—really clean and modern with the white glass finish. It's also super quiet, which I didn't realize would make such a difference. I can run it while watching TV and not even notice it's on. The StormWash feature is legit—my dishes come out sparkling even when I don't rinse them first. I also love that the door pops open at the end to help with drying. Setup was easy, and it connects to my smart home stuff without any hassle. Definitely happy with this purchase!
