[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My biggest issue is that it doesn't dry my dishes all the way. Not to mention that even putting in the jet dry stuff, the little door never opens. So I'm not sure why this is, maybe that's the problem.

I can even operate init when I have company over and we can visit easily as there is so little noise. I really enjoy the 3rd rack. A lot more than I thought I would. I am more than satisfied with the cleaning ability. Casserole dishes come out spotless even with baked on Foods. The pop open feature at the end of the cycle is a great time saver as the last of the moisture evaporates.

Have no problem with it!!! And the price I paid for it was very affordable for what you get if you would buy a very expensive one. Love the setup inside the dishwasher as it has the 3rd "slider" so you can load lids, large knives or anything that is flat!
