[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my old dishwasher with the Samsung Stormwash model. Everything comes out spotless! This is the best dishwasher I have ever owned. I thought that maybe the lack of a drying cycle would be a problem, but it's not. The door opens automatically at the end of a cycle and the dishes and glasses just dry out when the steam releases. Plus, it sends a notification on my Samsung TV and my phone when done. There's even a third rack for some of the larger knives that might not fit well in the silverware basket.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Between the adjustable rack, the extra third rack, and the ease of loading, I love this dishwasher. It's so quiet, you almost don't know that it's running. And even if there's food left on the plates, it cleans it right off. Highly recommend.

We bought this on Sept 24, 2024. It was a nightmare from the start. The third party company delivery and installation company Sam's uses is AWFUL. Kept some of our parts, didn't install the dishwasher correctly, lied about if they were even scheduled to install it in the first place. After approximately 20 emails back and forth with Sam's Club customer service, we were forced to have the same company that screwed up the initial installation, come out a second time bc the hose wasn't correct, and believe me we did NOT want them again. The dishwasher itself does a terrible job of cleaning dishes and honestly we don't know if that's bc of the dishwasher itself or something to do with awful installation. It constantly smells like standing water but we can't locate the source. And now, just 8 months after purchasing, one of the spinners doesn't work! I will never ever purchase another Samsung appliance again. And I will never get any appliance through Sam's Club if I need it installed, due to who they use for installation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cleans dishes and silverware well. I wipe the silverware with a sponge before placing it in the dishwasher else it will leave a haze or spots. It is very quiet and I can hear the TV with the dishwasher running. It is easy to use, load and unload. It has drying feature but it is simply opening the door. Kind of wished it did better drying since I have to wipe water droplets off each dish before putting away

I’m beyond disappointed in the delivery service utilized by Sam’s Club. we were just notified that they cancelled the service install on our dishwasher for the THIRD time. They refused to take out our old dishwasher and after we did so ourselves they keep scheduling a day to do the rest of their job and have cancelled each time. I am sure the dishwasher itself is fine but be prepared for a horrible experience from the delivery team if the utilize rxo for the delivery

The Samsung washer has surpassed every single expectation I have ever had about dishwashers. Quiet as a mouse, cleans all dishes, flatware and glass to a sparkling, perfectly clean condition, every cycle. Thank you Samsung, you have gained a lifelong customer!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Smart dishwasher has many washing settings, probably more than I need. But for someone who needs the extra washing options, this dishwasher certainly meets that expectation. The machine is efficient and quiet.

Love the AutoRelease feature, I typically plan to start the load after dinner and then by morning everything is finished and all the dished have dried. There is also a short cycle setting that does a load in around an hour. Other brands typically have wash times starting at at least 2 or 2 1/2 hours.
