We bought these light strings almost two years ago. We love them and turn them on every night. We made a nice patio off the master bedroom sliding glass door. We have a hot tub, gas fire pit, and sand box for the grand kids. There's nothing more fun than toasting marshmallows at any age. One of our four strings went dark, we called the company and they asked for a copy of our receipt and a pic of the string and they promptly sent us a replacement string. Great customer service.

I bought three sets to put around an outdoor playset. They are/were the envy of all who saw them. Then one day the middle run of lights just stopped turning on. Power flows through the middle set to the last one, but the middle lights no longer turn on. Nothing has worked to turn them on. I should have taken heed with these prior reviews, as the lights aren't cheap!

Bought early, April 29, 2019 and they stayed in box until my deck/gazebo was completed one week ago (July) They worked 3 days. I will ask for a replacement/refund. Saddened because I am expecting 30 senior citizens for a gathering in less than 2 weeks. They were professionally installed. Beautiful but so disappointed they lasted 3 days and less than 3 total hours.

Bought 4 strings about 2 months ago. I love these lights. Ran them every night for about 4 hours. Have one string plugged in alone, and 3 strings together on one plug. Tonight the third string in the row quit working. No wind or rain.? Tried plugging it in directly and tried a new remote. No luck. Was looking forward to using them instead of my Halloween lights.

So disappointed in these lights. My husband bought 2 strands for my birthday. He hung them up on our pergola and they looked and worked great. Last night we hosted a party and 1 of the strands won't work now. He had to remove the strand which was zip tied and and time consuming to put up. Now off to Sams to exchange since we have another set installed. Never should have to replace an expensive set of lights after barely being used.

Lights were amazing except for the terminal being so close to the bulbs. The controller terminal needs to be at least 6 feet away from the bulb so that water from rain won't cause a short to occur. The terminal box looks water proof but is not. Outdoor use is an understatement. These lights should be inside because outside use is not built for it.

I just could go on an on about these lights, but let me just say, they are incredible! We ordered 8 of them!! And this is just a picture from us throwing up one set in a tree real quick, but just love love love these. You can hook them up as multiple strands, the remote is easy to use and there is a bunch of preset color combinations for different holidays. They are really NICE colors, not cheesy ones and a BUNCH of colors. The bulbs are very heavy duty and look really cool not lit up, almost like rain drops. Absolutely 100% pleased with these.

I bought the color changing lights last year and went to turn them on and one strand isn't working. Have tried everything to try to figure out what is wrong but can’t find anything. These were kind of pricey so not very happy that only half of my deck is lit up now.

We used these in a BBQ I built. Loved how bright they were. Being LED they are bright and energy efficient. There is no glass in the bulbs. A lot safer than no LED bulbs. There are a lot of color and pattern options. They come with a remote. I also have them connected to a smart switch along with the rest of the lights in the bbq.We used two strands to go around the bbq which is 10ftx13ft.

Absolutely love the lights. The remote on the other hand, not so much. It stopped working almost immediately and I cannot turn lights on or off or change the colors which pretty much makes the lights useless. Finding out how to replace the remote is like pulling teeth. Very frustrating.
