I've purchased at local stores and they were much cheaper and larger.

Short ribs

A little below cost at other grocery stores. Extremely fresh.

Excellent taste.

Maybe I was too late. Ribs that was left wasn't up to quantity or quality

I love Sam's Club

Way too much gristle and connective tissue. I thought this was just going to be a fatty cut of meat but there is a ton of cardiacs garbage in there too.

Yuck

I recently purchased Korean beef from Sam's Club and was pleased with the quality, but I noticed a significant difference in fat content between the pieces at the front and back of the package. It would be great if Sam's Club could provide more transparency in their packaging.  Also the cuts are not consistent. Some slices are thinner than others.
