Sometimes the short ribs have too much of the fat on them, which makes the price per pound a bit high for what I expected to get.

Oh my, just made Kalbi out of these and they came out perfect! I marinated for about 1.5hrs, can't wait to try marinating overnight!

They were amazing! I slow cooked them for 24 hours and they were so tender. They looked so good in the package, I couldn’t pass them up.

Cuts can differ in width from day to day. Some days they are too thick for Korean Style cooking. Overall quality is very good.

It is comparable to the market. I find it better tasting and last longer than the local market in my home town.
