Bought these last week, cooked them on my smoker. They turned out amazing! Will definitely do this again.

I slow cooked these in a foil pack in my oven at 200°F for about 5 hours and they were incredibly tender and delicious.

I think that the meat is somewhat at the price it should be. Not liking this inflation we all have going on though.

They were amazing! I slow cooked them for 24 hours and they were so tender. They looked so good in the package, I couldn’t pass them up.

Sometimes the short ribs have too much of the fat on them, which makes the price per pound a bit high for what I expected to get.

We do not look at price for what we want. The Angus beef short ribs are hard to find. Not all supermarket have them, except Sam's Club.

I can’t remember what we paid for them, but what ever it was it wouldn’t matter to me because they were excellently cut and melted in your mouth.

They would have been better if there wasn’t as much fat on the ribs. Cut majority of the weight away when trimming the ribs.

It is comparable to the market. I find it better tasting and last longer than the local market in my home town.
