Well.. I haven't cooked them yet, so it's hard to rate something I've never eaten before. This was my first purchase for these. They were super expensive, so I hope they are worth it when I finally try them. Not sure how else to rate this.

Best short ribs I have found. Perfect balance of marbling and they grill great! Juicy and fully of meat heartiness!! Will continue buying this brand from Sam’s.

I used to buy these monthly. They are a great quality and very flavorful. However, like everything else, the price gas gone up significantly. Almost twice the amount per pound.

I haven’t really tried the short ribs, i believe it’s because the price of the shirt ribs is pretty steep, therefore I would choose a different cut of meat and purchase it..

They were meaty and tender while cooking. I like all of you guys meet that's why I buy the bacon and everything it's the quality and you get more than the grocery stores

I have tried to order these on several occasions and by the time my order was filled, they were out of stock so I know they're very popular. Not for me, however. Very, very tough. Not a great cut. Way too expensive for what the end result is. I would NOT purchase again, nor would I recommend. Try a traditional cut or a traditional flanken cut. Too thin, too tough and I never have that problem with any other beef short ribs I've purchased elsewhere.

Two days before July 4, I bought 4 packs in store for about $135. They’re usually tasty after we marinate and grill or pan fry them but there was sooo much bone dust (tiny fragments of bones). Sometimes I bit right into a small piece of bone, which was not pleasant.

We were disappointed in finding small bits of bone when we bit into the meat. It was hard to eat, since we had to be careful not to bite too hard and encounter a bone fragment. Not sure if it was dull blades the butcher used or the cut of meat itself. This is the first time it happened to us after purchasing several trays before.
