I have tried to order these on several occasions and by the time my order was filled, they were out of stock so I know they're very popular. Not for me, however. Very, very tough. Not a great cut. Way too expensive for what the end result is. I would NOT purchase again, nor would I recommend. Try a traditional cut or a traditional flanken cut. Too thin, too tough and I never have that problem with any other beef short ribs I've purchased elsewhere.

I've purchased a couple of times through out the years, taking some year breaks in between purchasing. Every time I've had bone flakes in them and they were extra extra thin this time too. I'm just not going to purchase these from here again. I gave too many tries from 2 different locations.
