This cut of meat is usually great but this last time it was very bad

These are good but were fantastic when they were sliced thicker

Soft and the meat is fresh cut

The only place I buy these and such a good value

To much fat not enough meat sliced to thin

Short ribs marinated in Bulgogi and ready to savor next day

These were the fav at our barbecue. They were meaty and juicy!

Love this meat is so cheap the price
