Short Ribs

Lot of fat ..  once you opened the meet 
Inside under bottoms so fat meet and big bones . Those  meet —can not eating…
:(((

Need more good Kalbe meet ..

I recently purchased Korean beef from Sam's Club and was pleased with the quality, but I noticed a significant difference in fat content between the pieces at the front and back of the package. It would be great if Sam's Club could provide more transparency in their packaging.  Also the cuts are not consistent. Some slices are thinner than others.
