[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this stove in July 2024. I have always wanted an induction cooktop and convection oven. When I saw this one on sale I didn’t hesitate. The delivery team showed up within 30 minutes of the scheduled time (unheard of where I live). This unit requires some practice and getting use to. There is a learning curve to this stove. So far so good. No problems and no regrets.

It has everything that you can need in an oven and functions you never thought you needed. First of the smart functionality of the range is really impressive, with the smart things app, I can monitor every aspect of the range, whether it’s to remotely turn it on/off or create custom modes depending on what I’m cooking to the best part - watching what’s cooking inside the oven from my phone. The camera monitoring feature was something that I love and can’t believe haven’t had my entire life. The oven is great and heats ups pretty fast, the bake, convection and Air fry functionality is top notch. I like that it looks minimalist and doesn’t have any knobs. You can control everything via the touchscreen display, you can even watch videos on there. The matte top is really nice too, which makes clean up a lot easier than a conventional oven. I didn’t know I needed an induction range. It boils waters in seconds, it’s shocking how fast it is. The only thing I wish was that you could still open the range door manually, you have to use a button to open it which could potentially cause problems if the touch buttons stop working. As well as waking it up via the power button, it takes quite some time to wake it up. Outside of that the oven has been great.

Literally bought and had a unit delivered on Monday 8/12. The touchscreen arrived defective and we had to have a replacement sent. The replacement arrived today and the touchscreen is almost entirely non-responsive. I can’t push the button to even power on/off the unit. I’m on hold as we speak with Samsung—they’re telling me that because they already sent a replacement, I’d have to pay for another??? This is insane. The original delivery wasn’t even 7 days ago. And two units with the same exact issue! Not to mention that I’ve had to order meals for my family this entire week, which has cost us nearly $1000 in total for one week.

I had the same issue as others in which the screen lock button does not function properly. I called Samsung and they said I could have a replacement and now they are giving me the run-around. I not only do not recommended this product, but I also do not recommend Samsung support.

Bought this item less than a year ago. While the range itself works fairly well, heats quickly and generally has good features, I am unable to give it any sort of positive score as it is already broken within a year. Purchasing the extended warranty seems to not do anything to help me. Turned on the largest "burner" to max setting last week only to have a loud popping noise resulting in a dead range. Samsung repair tech did not check my breaker, and since I wasn't home I was not able to assist. He left without fixing it, and now I'm out of a working range for another week. By the time this is fixed, I will have been out TWO WHOLE WEEKS without a working stove/oven. Steer clear of this item, and any Samsung electric range unless you are prepared to spend a lot of money on your family's food while waiting for the repair.

My most recent range being a dual fuel (gas cooktop & electric oven), which I thought was the best of both fuel types. Boy was I wrong! Induction is where it's at! My cookware have never heated so quickly or cooked so evenly than thay have on this Samsung induction range. And boiling water has never been faster. I thought I was gonna miss the control knobs on the front of the range, but the built in touch screen on this Samsung range was seemless and very user friendly. It is so easy to control the temp on the burners of the cooktop and the oven, that I actually prefer the touch screen and won't miss the control knobs one bit. My favorite (of many favorites) cooking feature of the oven is the built in air fryer. Now I can get rid of the large eye sore of an air fryer on my countertop. The food just cooks so evenly and crispy when using the air fryer on the Samsung range. I'm big on technology, and features that make things just a little bit easier in life, and this Samsung Induction Range does just that. The ambient lighting on the front of the range that glows so elegantly, and it fades in and out when you are cooking, as sort of a visual reminder that your oven/stovetop are on if you are in the other room. I also like that you can open the oven door with just a press of the finger on the touch pad, or you can use Bixby or Alexa voice commands to open it (among other controls). The Samsung SmartThings integration with this range is spectacular as well. You can use SmartThings to control the range for things like preheating the oven. You can also use the SmartThings app to view what you're cooking/baking inside the oven via the built in camera. That's right, this range has a built in camera! Samsung truly has thought of everything with this range, and all it's included features. They only con I would say is actually something that I thought I would really love, which is the built in timer for the induction burners. Unfortunately the timer is only to alert you with an audible sound when it's finished counting down. It doesn't actually turn off the induction burner when it hits zero, so you would still need to manually turn off the burner when the timer goes off. But other than that one minor con, this Samsung Bespoke Range is AWESOME, and I would recommend it to anybody!

The induction cooking has proven so much safer for my teen since the only thing that gets hot where the pot touches the surface. The smart features are amazing, especially the ability to preheat from my phone and the time-lapse video you get after baking something in the oven. The air frier does take longer to cook items compared to a stand alone air frier at the same temperature but you save time since there is no need to preheat. One less appliance to crowd my counter space. It also is looks very sleek and modern. A nice upgrade for my kitchen. Overall, AWESOME OVEN!

In addition to robust feature set it has a unique look that lacks any physical buttons or dials and instead relies solely on a large touch screen. This touch screen is large and bright and very clearly shows off all the features and functions of the range with bright, colorful visuals, interactive menus, and pictures to make it easy to navigate and use. The induction anti-scratch matte glass is not only nice looking but works exceptionally well. It is durable and resistance to scratches and fingerprints. It is impressive how well the induction system works specially watching how fast it can boil water using the Power boil setting. I also love how the two burners on the left side can be synced together to allow cooking with a longer cooktop which is great for pancakes or hibachi. The oven has more features than I have ever encountered in a range. Not only does it include the standard functions like convection, bake, broil, and roast but it also includes more feature rich functions such as Air frying, Air Sous Vide, bread proofing, and dehydrating. It has helped eliminate smaller more specialized appliances in my kitchen and opened the door to new advanced cooking techniques I normally wouldn’t get to try or experiment with. In addition, there is a camera built inside the oven that lets me view the food while cooking from anywhere I can access my phone. This is great for allowing me to do a quick check in from the couch to prevent things from burning. The stove has built in Wifi and connects to the Samsung Smarthings app where it integrates into my home with the rest of my Samsung appliances. From the app I can pull up and view the oven camera. I can also control nearly every feature and function found for both the oven and the cook top. It also gives me access to settings like the lighting control, sound volume, clock, etc. The app is feature rich and gives me the benefits of being able to interact with the stove from anywhere in the house and get notifications when cook timers go off. One unique feature found on this stove is the ambient edge lighting. It makes the range a real stand out in the kitchen. When turned on it lights up the front of the stove and shines down on the floor broadly illuminating the path in front of it. I have the option to select a cool blue color or warmer yellow color based on preference or for matching the rest of the lights in my hom

I researched the internet for induction range, and I could not find much on this range. I had a gas range and I have been looking for the best appliance that was more efficient and after my research, I found out that Induction ranges are more efficient than gas or electric. With not having much to go on because there are not many reviews on the internet regarding this range, I decided to go with the Samsung Bespoke AI Smart Slide-In Induction Range 6.3 cu. ft. in White Glass with AI Hub & Smart Oven Camera. I trusted Samsung so I decided to place the order. Once the order was placed, I started to have buyer remorse because I was concerned about the technology and the look of the range, but all that changed when the range was delivered. I was in a virtual meeting when the range was delivered and being installed. Once they were done and asked me to look at the installed range. I walked into my kitchen, and I could not believe what I was seeing. I have never seen an appliance so aesthetically pleasing. The first thing I noticed, there were no knobs to operate the device, the range is operated by touch screen. As soon as I turned it on, I received a notice on my phone asking me if I wanted to connect it to my smart Things app. The technology on this range is beyond my imagination. There’s a camera in the oven, so when baking delicate desserts, you don’t have to keep opening the oven door, you can just look on your phone and see what is in the oven. After installing the range, I decided to make a meal, put my pot on the stove and I got an alert that my pot was not compatible with the induction range, so I had to use a different pot to make my meal. This thing is fast. I was worrying about this range matching my other appliances, I currently have black stainless-steel appliances and this range blended with them. I will have to get the white glass refrigerator to go with the new range. I like how easy it is to clean the range. I love AI technology; this thing is a beast. Overall, if you are on the market for a new range, please do not hesitate with this induction range. You will not regret it. This range does everything it needs to do and more. The bespoke range panels can also be changed to match your décor in your kitchen or your home. This induction range will have you cooking, even if you are not a chef. Finally, you will also be doing your part to be more energy efficient. Samsung does not disappoint, I don’t know why I was worrying about this, I trust this brand.
