Just after installed the "open door" of the oven wasn't working and the manual was inside...(impossible to read it) The "back and " home" button works also once out of 10/12. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seems like a silly thing to love, but the lack of knobs is great. I always found knobs to be hard to clean. Issue solved. I really like the inductive cooking. Very fast and very precise. Was not sure about the flat look top, but it is so easy to clean, and it looks great. The Bespoke look is perfect, and is a perfect match for the micro range and fridge. The simmer button works and makes cooking soups easy. Induction means it is easy to keep the top cool as only the pot gets hot. So cool. Anther cool feature id the ability to link two burners to make a long, large burner. Never saw this feature before. I like the indirect lighting as well. nice to have a nightlight built in. The Smart things app is great. Love using the camera to actually see the food cooking in the oven. You can turn on or off the top and oven. Remote control means you never have to worry if you left the oven on. So many modes and features. Air fry is quick and healthy. Modes for bread make that easy as well. All in all this is the perfect tool to cook with. I would recommend to anyone. Did I mention that it looks great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My initial impression was WOW! It's a beautiful appliance. I love the clean look that not having a traditional handle provides. And, the lack of a lip around the stove top sure makes wiping it down easier! The fact that it can go fully dark or supply ambient lighting on demand is fabulous. My husband and I excitedly began exploring features before the delivery truck had even departed and almost everything was intuitive. We did need to work a little at getting multiple phones set up to control it from afar but even that challenge wasn't exactly difficult. The speed of heating is impressive. The oven heats quite evenly and I am pleased with the varied options to suit any dish. Having timers that I can assign to individual burners as well as the oven is GENIUS! Induction use takes a little getting used to having had most of my previous experience with traditional electric ranges. But, I love that this appliance allows enough time to flip the veggies I am sauteing rather than immediately signaling that the pan is off the burner. And, I don't have to pull a pot off the stove anymore to stop the cooking, I just shut off that burner. The stove makes some peculiar sounds, particularly while using boost to boil water. That was unexpected but I am sure I will get used to it. For all the thrills it has provided, there are a couple things I would change. I was a touch annoyed to discover that if I switch the appliance off with the oven light left on, I have to switch it back on again in order to shut off the light. The stove layout is good but I often use two larger pots and it doesn't handle that scenario as well as I would like. I also wish they would add a volume control to the main display or a mute button as I love my beach party vibe being celebrated most of the time but occasionally want to silence it. This is purely a wish but I would also LOVE it if I could choose to darken the outer oven glass on demand since the oven camera struggles to get a useful image while the sun shines on the door. I've included a picture taken by the oven camera (in the evening) and this is a favorite feature for me. Mostly, this is a terrific appliance and I am excited to continue exploring all it can do.

As advertised the glass top is easy to clean and does not allow spills to adhere to the range top. I love all the features including the boost function of the range top and the oven settings that allow the oven to remain on even after the bake time is up. This gives me the ability to bake in multiple stages. A suggestion for potential/new owners: Lock the range in the settings menu. This allows inadvertent menu choices making cleaning the control panel a breeze.

This stove, however, was one of those old ones from the 90’s with the hard to clean metal coil burners, the out dated turn knobs and broken timer. We decided to upgrade to the Samsung Bespoke Smart Slide-In Induction Range, and I can confidently say it has definitely changed our cooking experience. This range is gorgeous, and the cooktop material that is a black matte finish (anti-scratch), unlike the typical shiny ceramic glass cooktop that most ranges have. I’m in LOVE with the frosted white glass on the front….it is the frosting with the cherry on top. You can tell right away that this cooktop is different - it just looks and feels more durable, and I am happy to report that it is after using it! From its sleek design to its efficient functionality, this appliance has exceeded all of our expectations. One of the standout features of this induction cooktop is its speed. It heats up incredibly fast, allowing me to start cooking almost instantly. We got a brand new pot and pan set from Heritage Steel Titanium Series to use with the new range. The SmartThings App is a real game changer and lets me know if the stove or oven has been left on. Another safety aspect that I love about this cooktop is it only heats the cookware and not the surface itself, I worry so much less about accidental burns or fires since we live in a shared house with neighbors. It even tells me the date, the time, the temperature, the weather and it plays music through Wi-Fi. Being able to monitor and control the range remotely adds an extra layer of convenience and safety. Our next step is to purchase the matching Bespoke microwave to put over our new range. Can’t wait to do this to complete the look and modern feel of our kitchen.

I had the same issue as others in which the screen lock button does not function properly. I called Samsung and they said I could have a replacement and now they are giving me the run-around. I not only do not recommended this product, but I also do not recommend Samsung support.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this range! The induction works perfectly. It has a boost mode on all the burners that works very well. I can boil a pot of water much faster then ever before. After a while the boost turns off and it automatically goes down to the highest setting of 9 so it's not a problem if you forget to turn it back down. The only pans I own that did not work are my t-fal pans, the rest worked perfectly. It has a censor on the burners so it will not turn on if there is no pan or a pan that is not compatible. I love how cool the top stays. Only the burner will get hot and everything else is cool to the touch which is great with kids and pets around. I really like the design and the light built in. The oven works great. It pre-heats quickly and cooks evenly. We have done everything from chicken to vegetables, to breads and everything came out perfect. The auto door open is neat. It has an additional safety feature of letting you know that the inside is hot and it will ask you to confirm that you would still like to open it just in case you pushed it by accident. It is very spacious and I can easily cook for our family of 5 as well as any guests that come over. Make sure you do an initial burn off as instructed to get rid of any smells. This was my first experience with an induction burner and I could not be more pleased. There is so many features and I really like that they can be accessed directly from the screen instead of an app. Set up was very easy. It is so easy to clean! I highly recommend this range.

In addition to robust feature set it has a unique look that lacks any physical buttons or dials and instead relies solely on a large touch screen. This touch screen is large and bright and very clearly shows off all the features and functions of the range with bright, colorful visuals, interactive menus, and pictures to make it easy to navigate and use. The induction anti-scratch matte glass is not only nice looking but works exceptionally well. It is durable and resistance to scratches and fingerprints. It is impressive how well the induction system works specially watching how fast it can boil water using the Power boil setting. I also love how the two burners on the left side can be synced together to allow cooking with a longer cooktop which is great for pancakes or hibachi. The oven has more features than I have ever encountered in a range. Not only does it include the standard functions like convection, bake, broil, and roast but it also includes more feature rich functions such as Air frying, Air Sous Vide, bread proofing, and dehydrating. It has helped eliminate smaller more specialized appliances in my kitchen and opened the door to new advanced cooking techniques I normally wouldn’t get to try or experiment with. In addition, there is a camera built inside the oven that lets me view the food while cooking from anywhere I can access my phone. This is great for allowing me to do a quick check in from the couch to prevent things from burning. The stove has built in Wifi and connects to the Samsung Smarthings app where it integrates into my home with the rest of my Samsung appliances. From the app I can pull up and view the oven camera. I can also control nearly every feature and function found for both the oven and the cook top. It also gives me access to settings like the lighting control, sound volume, clock, etc. The app is feature rich and gives me the benefits of being able to interact with the stove from anywhere in the house and get notifications when cook timers go off. One unique feature found on this stove is the ambient edge lighting. It makes the range a real stand out in the kitchen. When turned on it lights up the front of the stove and shines down on the floor broadly illuminating the path in front of it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently got the new Samsung Bespoke AI Smart Slide-In Induction Range. It is a perfect combination of function, aesthetic, and technology. The cooktop is scratch resistant and features 4 burners. The left front and back burner can merge to create one large cooking surface. I’ve never owned/used induction for cooking but now I can’t imagine cooking any other way. Bringing water to a boil is super quick and frying oil heats evenly. The touchscreen is super responsive and easy to navigate. The edge has an ambient lighting feature that is super modern and sleek. There is even a touchscreen button that automatically opens the oven door. I love the Bespoke line. The white glass is beautiful and offers a clean, modern look. The inside of the oven has a beautiful blue coating that elevates the aesthetics of the product line. The oven has so many features that I have not even tried them out yet. The oven can proof bread, air sou vide, dehydrate, and air fry. It has replaced several of my small counter top appliances. So far i am in love with this oven and excited to continue using and exploring all of the different cooking styles that it offers.
