If something spills on the stove, there is a space where water can fall through and it makes the screen use useless thus making the oven not work

You can't wipe the top off when you're cooking because if you do you turn the oven and everything off , so what's up with that!

It's absolutely gorgeous and the white color matches my Samsung Fridge, Dishwasher, and Microwave. My dream kitchen is now complete and every time I go into my kitchen it makes me smile :-) It's very smart and efficient and everything on the top or inside can be controlled thru the SmartThings App, or on the 7 inch screen, which I use both only a daily basis. I also love the Ambient Edge Lighting and 3 different colors than can be chosen. I went with Cool to match the white lighting in the kitchen plus color of the appliances. Another feature I love is the Anti Scratch Matte Glass on the cooktop.It's super easy to clean and keeps everything looking nice and good and not scratched up. One of my favorite features ! Last there is a camera inside the range ? What ? Yes there is a camera inside. You can actually watch your food being cooked. How cool is that ? You actually get a notification on the SmartThings App that your food is almost done cooking, and you can watch it, add more time if needed or stop the cooking. It's crazy cool ! I have not yet tried the Air Sous Vide or Air Fry yet, or had the need to clean it, but I am very very very happy with it and look forward to using and enjoying it for many years. I absolutely love my new Samsung Induction Range !

This stove, however, was one of those old ones from the 90’s with the hard to clean metal coil burners, the out dated turn knobs and broken timer. We decided to upgrade to the Samsung Bespoke Smart Slide-In Induction Range, and I can confidently say it has definitely changed our cooking experience. This range is gorgeous, and the cooktop material that is a black matte finish (anti-scratch), unlike the typical shiny ceramic glass cooktop that most ranges have. I’m in LOVE with the frosted white glass on the front….it is the frosting with the cherry on top. You can tell right away that this cooktop is different - it just looks and feels more durable, and I am happy to report that it is after using it! From its sleek design to its efficient functionality, this appliance has exceeded all of our expectations. One of the standout features of this induction cooktop is its speed. It heats up incredibly fast, allowing me to start cooking almost instantly. We got a brand new pot and pan set from Heritage Steel Titanium Series to use with the new range. The SmartThings App is a real game changer and lets me know if the stove or oven has been left on. Another safety aspect that I love about this cooktop is it only heats the cookware and not the surface itself, I worry so much less about accidental burns or fires since we live in a shared house with neighbors. It even tells me the date, the time, the temperature, the weather and it plays music through Wi-Fi. Being able to monitor and control the range remotely adds an extra layer of convenience and safety. Our next step is to purchase the matching Bespoke microwave to put over our new range. Can’t wait to do this to complete the look and modern feel of our kitchen.

Delivered yesterday 9/7 . Some areas of the touchscreen works only once out of 10/12. Just after installed the "open door" of the oven wasn't working and the manual was inside...(impossible to read it) The "back and " home" button works also once out of 10/12. First off, the design is sleek and modern with a beautiful white glass finish that fits perfectly into any kitchen. The AI Home Hub with its LCD display is super intuitive and makes managing recipes and settings a breeze. Plus, it integrates with all your favorite apps, so you can control everything from your phone. One of my favorite features is the Smart Oven Camera. It lets you keep an eye on your food without having to open the oven door – perfect for multitasking. The cooking options are fantastic too, with Air Fry, Convection+, and even Air Sous Vide. I have never used induction before or stainless steel pots and pans so it has taken some getting used to but I am obsessed with how quickly it heats the pans. It's not like your traditional range where you can just open the oven door manually, you have to press a button. It's nice but I hope that holds up for a long time. The white glass looks great in the white kitchen and is an easy clean. The technology it has is amazing. The touchscreen can provide you recipes as well as entertainment. I love the smart things app. You can control the range within the app and you can view your food as it is cooking due to camera. The induction range heats up the food pretty quickly and I like that you won't burn your hands if you accidently touch the flat tip. I highly recommend this induction range to anyone.

Bought this item less than a year ago. While the range itself works fairly well, heats quickly and generally has good features, I am unable to give it any sort of positive score as it is already broken within a year. Purchasing the extended warranty seems to not do anything to help me. Turned on the largest "burner" to max setting last week only to have a loud popping noise resulting in a dead range. Samsung repair tech did not check my breaker, and since I wasn't home I was not able to assist. He left without fixing it, and now I'm out of a working range for another week. By the time this is fixed, I will have been out TWO WHOLE WEEKS without a working stove/oven. Steer clear of this item, and any Samsung electric range unless you are prepared to spend a lot of money on your family's food while waiting for the repair.
