I've been using my Bob for several weeks and love it. It's great for picking up crumbs and all the kitty hair that would normally turn into tumble weeds over a course of a few days. The system itself is really quiet. I am surprised how it hasn't lost any of the mapping, and if I do leave a door open, it works it's way in and even does well on carpeted surfaces. Very satisfied overall with the product.

I recently ordered Dusty and I am really happy with it. I actually have had two other popular brand of robots in the past, but I gave them away after I bought Dusty. I can't wait to try the mop feature since all my floors are hardwood. I have two cats that like to leave little hairs around the house and Dusty tackles them with ease. The map feature is a very cool feature too!

Love this vacuum, love that it maps the house so accurately. I didn't give it 5 stars (but a solid 4.5) just bc it seems to get full, but doesn't go back to the unit to get cleaned out unless you tell it to. (or I haven't figured out how to set it to do it automatically)

The bObsweep Dustin Robot Vacuum and Mop is a total game-changer. It gets the job done, maps out the space like a pro, and I barely have to lift a finger. Dustin handles all the dirty work, and my place has never looked better. Seriously, I’m loving it—money well spent!

I was surprised at how good this works. I was skeptical that it would work at all, but saw that it was on sale and decided to give it a try. My house is mostly all on one floor, but has different levels and has carpet, hardwood, tile and linoleum. Once Dustin learned it's to map the house, it can clean 5 rooms-6 rooms in about 40 minutes. I continue to be impressed with how well it works, how much time it saves me and how neat my floors are. I have two short hair dogs that used to leave a deposit of hear each day. My floors are nice and clean and easy to maintain. The only problem that I had was the brush falling off, but fixed that with a small piece of paper to make it fit more snug and it hasn't fell off since.

after using this product for past 5 months here are the pros and cons Pros - None Cons : 1. Problem in localization always after it start clean and return to doc 2. Not able to detect objects and always stuck in between furniture and chairs. 3. unable to clean floor or vacuum properly. 4. does not work even you mark no-sweep zone or mop zone

I have been extremely pleased with my "Dustin" robot vacuum cleaner from bObsweep! I bought one for myself as well as my four adult children. Theirs was for their Christmas present. I was so pleased when I opened my box and started using Dustin that I couldn't wait until Christmas to give them to our children. So what do you do when you're that excited about something! You give them an early Christmas present! They simply loved it. I get a call or text every week telling me thank you and they have found something new that they love about their robot vacuums. We have all named ours a different name to refer to when we have a discussion about what we have learned new.

I absolutely love Dustin! We had a Roomba before this and it did ok, but would miss huge swaths of carpet! Not with Dustin! Dustin doesn’t miss a thing, even getting under the lips of the cabinets! I love the fact that I can make rooms in the app and then tell Dustin to clean a specific room instead of just randomly sweeping the entire house. The ability to make “no go” zones is awesome as well. I set it so it doesn’t bump my dogs food and it does a great job of avoiding it! I also like the mop function. It’s not going to win any awards, but it does get most of the water spots from our dogs water dish and any dribbles from the kitchen sink. We put ours on a schedule so we don’t even have to worry about running it! For the $$, this has to be one of the best investments for an automatic vacuum. The ONLY issue that I have is that I don’t get notified if it completes a job or even if it gets stuck. I have to go into the app to see the notifications.

Great product all around. Very powerful and yet quiet. Was used to my old robot vacuum that used IR and bumping into everything to get around. The Lidar mapping is great. Did one pass of the room and now can navigate around every obstacle. Tried the no mop/no vacuum feature on the app, which is a huge plus. And, I used it everyday and still haven't had to empty it. Would definitely recommend!

I previously owned a iRobot Roomba. I liked it until after many years of having it, it stopped working properly. I saw this Dustin on the Deal of the Day at great price and thought I would give it a try. I just received it about a month ago. But I can tell, it's a unit I will truly enjoy. I don't have pets. But I do have 3 young children. And boy can they make a mess! Anyways, Dustin is making his way around the house nicely. I don't have stairs. So that's a plus with not having to set edge detection. I love the way it maps out the house. It's pretty accurate. And it's much quieter than my Roomba. Another plus. It picks up pretty good also. But I think the thing I like most is, when it gets stuck somewhere, (which isn't often), I can look at the map and know exactly where it is. With my Roomba, we would have to hunt from room to room. Or wait for it to speak. This unit is a half an inch or so lower, so I don't have this problem too often. I haven't used the mopping feature. I really don't think I will. But that's just me.
